IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from Advantageous Tour package prices on extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency authority during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum of 15 participants. If participation is below 15 people, changes may occur in tour prices or they may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
- Prices may change on extra tours depending on regional density or period. Prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
- If only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
- Guests must notify the guide at least 24 hours in advance regarding cancellation or changes to extra tours. Cancellation and refund status of requested extra tours may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program: BTB Tours is not responsible if these tours cannot be carried out due to closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event, or impossibility of the tour due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible in areas with closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- Guide meeting in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of their accommodation hotel before the pickup time given by the guide.
- Hotels, etc., listed in the program are offered for sale. Availability at hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, similar alternative hotels may be provided.
- To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate fluctuations, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of currency. Old/worn-out currencies are not accepted by banks at destinations. Therefore, reservation procedures for extra tours will not be made with old-type currencies that banks will not accept.
- Since our tour packages are intended for international travel, knowledge of foreign languages is the responsibility of the guests.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; the aforementioned passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. In case of non-compliance, the situation is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only performs the intermediary role. There is no penalty or liability for BTB TOURS in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these terms.
- The procurement of documents required by passengers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not join/is unable to join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOUR Vize department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees paid to consulates for the visa, provided they prove they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date by presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa with their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and this situation was communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. Triple rooms cannot guarantee 3 separate beds; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled with must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests must have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from BTB TOURS or otherwise, and must carry the relevant insurance policy. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police. In case of encountering fines due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in inability to obtain visas for another/multiple countries or inability to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the control of BTB TOURS, BTB TOURS accepts no liability in such cases.
- To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route should agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
- Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will also automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These informations must be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and procure their new ticket themselves (according to the previous paragraph, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if going to the relevant city/country with a flight different from the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with miles can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets are issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls/calls received.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving briefly or entirely.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without changing the content of the program in case of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held liable if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.
- General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
