Day 1: Istanbul – Doha
Meeting at 17:40 in front of the Pegasus Airlines counter in the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. We will complete our check-in procedures. After passport and customs formalities, we depart for Doha at 20:40 on Pegasus Airlines flight PC600.
Day 2: Doha
Our arrival is scheduled for 01:00 local time. After passport procedures, we will transfer to our hotel with the waiting vehicle in the area. We will spend the night at our hotel. Following the morning breakfast at the hotel, we begin our panoramic Doha city tour.
We will witness the city's magnificent silhouette and the perfect harmony between modern structures and traditional architecture. Our tour begins along the 7-kilometer Corniche road. After viewing iconic landmarks of the city such as the futuristic Doha Tower, the captivating old port of Doha, and the Museum of Islamic Art from a panoramic perspective, we will explore the carefully designed Katara Cultural Village on foot. From the picturesque Doha Corniche, we will capture the breathtaking views of the Persian Gulf and discover the beauty of The Pearl, an artificial island project adorned with luxury residences, endless dining options, and shopping opportunities. After The Pearl, we will proceed to Lusail Marina, which features the must-see crescent-shaped building that defines the Doha skyline, immortalizing this special moment with photos. After our tour, we will head back to our hotel.
In the evening, guests who wish may join the extra organized DHOW CRUISE TOUR WITH MEALS tour. We will spend the night at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Dhow Cruise Tour with Meals – Per Person: 90 Euro
In the evening, we explore Doha aboard traditional Dhow boats. After enjoying tea, coffee, and dates served here, we transfer to a Lebanese restaurant for dinner. Following the buffet meal, we will transfer back to our hotel by our buses.
Day 3: Doha
In the morning, after breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the extra organized 'QATAR CULTURE TOUR and ILLUSION MUSEUM and Doha Desert Safari with Dinner Tour'. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Qatar Culture Tour and Illusion Museum – Per Person: 100 Euro
The Education City under the Qatar Foundation, established by the Qatari Royal Family, houses the Qatar National Library and the Minaretin Mosque. After visiting these sites, we pass by the Qatar National Museum. The Qatar National Museum presents Qatar's history up to the present day through a time tunnel with its unique architecture. Following this unforgettable experience, we proceed to the Doha Illusion Museum. Here, we will experience how much you trust your senses and what you see. Together, we explore this deceptive world of illusions.
Extra Tour: Doha Desert Safari with Dinner – Per Person: 130 Euro
We are picked up in 4x4 vehicles to enjoy unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After a fun and exciting ride on the red sands, we head to the area where the desert meets the sea, and after watching an unforgettable sunset, we arrive at a Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here, we have dinner, and you also have the opportunity to ride a camel. The tour includes one complimentary drink per person (soft drink, tea, or coffee). After the meal and shows, our tour concludes, and we return to our hotel via our private 4x4 vehicles.
Day 4: Doha
In the morning, after breakfast, we have free time and check out of our rooms. ***The latest check-out time from hotel rooms and key handover is 12:00.*** Guests who wish can join the extra tours to Lusail Stadium, Katara Crescent Towers, Lusail Marina, Place Vendome Mall Shopping, or Meryal Water Park. The journey to the airport begins at the time determined by the tour leader.
Extra Tour: Lusail Stadium, Katara Crescent Towers, Lusail Marina, Place Vendome Mall Shopping – Per Person: 50 Euro
Our first stop is Katara Towers located in the newly developing city of Lusail. We take our first photo stop in front of these iconic towers and Lusail Marina. We visit Lusail Stadium, where the FIFA final match was held, from the outside. We also do some shopping at Vendome Mall and watch the Dancing Fountain Show.
Extra Tour: Meryal Water Park – Per Person: 55 Euro
Meryal Water Park, Qatar's newest and most exciting themed water park, offers guests a unique cooling and adrenaline experience in the hot desert climate. Located in the Lusail area, this modern water park stands out with dozens of slides, wave pools, themed river rides, and spacious relaxation areas suitable for all age groups. As part of our tour, guests are picked up from their hotels by private vehicle and transferred directly to the water park. The day-long fun combines thrilling slide experiences at your own pace, safe play areas for children, and Meryal's iconic visual themes. After free time within the park, we gather at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time and proceed with our return transfer to the hotel.
(This tour will operate with a minimum of 4 participants. Due to maintenance, the water park will be closed between February 16 and March 20; therefore, this extra tour cannot be conducted during those dates.)
The Meryal Water Park entrance ticket, round-trip private vehicle transfer, and full-day park access are included. Services not included in the tour are meals and beverages, fees for special activities inside the park, rental charges, and personal expenses.
Day 5: Doha
Pegasus Airlines flight PC 605 departs at 04:00 from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Arrival in Istanbul at 08:20 and the end of our tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from Advantageous Travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours require a minimum of 10 participants. In case of fewer than 10 participants, there may be changes in tour prices or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours while keeping the content the same.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests upon arrival in the area. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to conduct due to closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot within available limits if roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted at certain points.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising after such communication. Guests are deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Turkish citizens traveling with green passports whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the destination country due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is required that such passports be renewed and, if the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of failure to comply, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. Any obstruction arising from this is the responsibility of the guest.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. There is no penalty or liability for the Operator in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information printed on the issued visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent travel resulting from such errors.
- The documents required for passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for any possible delays.
- If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they prove they did not use their visa within one week of the visa expiry date by presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa using their own resources and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and timing may change, and hotels may show variations during high season or special periods due to availability, so alternative similar hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with two adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, regardless of whether they obtain it from the Operator or not, and are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police. In case of encountering fines due to not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another country or countries or being denied entry at border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the Operator accepts no liability in such cases.
- To ensure economic and time benefits for the group, guests who wish not to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour concludes. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for city introductions. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days without changing the content, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or price changes may occur.
- Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and outbound and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically expire. The rules of the airline company apply in such cases.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These informations must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to missing the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, the transfer from airport-city or airport-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if availability exists on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets have been issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference indicated by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before performing the upgrade. The price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure you have taken all your belongings with you when leaving temporarily or permanently.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. The Operator cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.
- General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
