Venice Marathon Tour (10K)
We invite you to run on one of the world's most impressive courses.
You will cross bridges stretching over the sea to enter Venice, then pass through its canals and historic streets to reach the heart of the city.
This is not just a route; it is an experience felt at every step, found in very few races around the world.
DAY 1 | OCTOBER 24 SATURDAY
ISTANBUL – VENICE
Meeting in front of the Turkish Airlines counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After baggage and passport procedures, departure to Venice at 11:30 with TK 1871 scheduled flight Istanbul-Venice.
After arrival, Venice city tour:

***Today, approximately 4–6 km of walking will be done as part of the average city tour. Due to Venice's car-free structure, tours take place with enjoyable walks.
DAY 2 | OCTOBER 25 SUNDAY
VENICE – 10K RACE EXPERIENCE
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer for the Venice 10K race.
🏃♂️ VENICE 10K COURSE: In this event, one of the most unique races in the world:
- Running via Ponte della Libertà (Liberty Bridge)
- Unforgettable route with lagoon views
- Finish near Saint Mark's Square
Return to the hotel after the race and free time.
DAY 3 | OCTOBER 26 MONDAY
VENICE – VERONA & GARDA – ISTANBUL
Check-out from the hotel after breakfast.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellations and refunds can be made without penalty up to 31 days before the tour departure.
For cancellation requests made less than 31 days before departure, the entire amount will be forfeited.
An additional agency service fee of 100 Euros per person will be deducted for cancellation requests.
INSURANCE
Please request the details of the Travel Health and Tour Cancellation Insurance included in the tour price for guests up to the age of 70 from our travel consultant.
NOTES
-Only children aged 14 and over are accepted on our tour and they are charged as adults.
-If you have an allergy and/or intolerance to a particular food, please inform us during registration.
-The third-person bed differs from the additional standard beds and is in the form of a portable bed or sofa bed. Please inquire about availability.
-Our tour departs from Istanbul; if you require a domestic flight connection, please inform us during registration.
GENERAL TERMS
(It is an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.)
*Our Agency cannot be held responsible for expenses that may arise to the detriment of the passenger due to airlines changing their flight times.
*For our tours requiring a visa, our guests must obtain their visas by applying in person to the consulates of the relevant countries or through the Agency’s visa department. For the visa application, a passport valid for at least 6 months from the tour end date and the documents specified in the list of documents required for the visa, which you can obtain from our agency, are required.
*Please confirm with the relevant consulates or ministries whether visa requirements apply to holders of green passports and passports of any country other than the Republic of Türkiye. Visas must be obtained from the relevant consulates in Türkiye before the start of the trip.
*Having obtained a visa does not mean that entry into that country will be permitted. Passport control officers have the authority to refuse you entry into the country. In such a case, the passenger is responsible, and our Agency cannot be held liable in any way.
*In order to avoid problems with customs officials at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the relevant country requires a visa for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, the visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the passenger is responsible.
*The agency acts as an intermediary between the Passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary. Our Agency bears no responsibility if the passenger is unable to obtain a visa.
*The documents required by passengers who will apply for their visas themselves (obtaining the tour registration document normally takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, our Agency is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
*The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. In such cases, the rules of the airline company apply.
*Our Agency is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
*Extra city excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be carried out.
*The person making a reservation for a package tour confirms that all persons whose names are provided during the reservation and appear on the finalized reservation form agree to comply with the Reservation Conditions and that they are authorized to accept these Reservation Conditions on behalf of all persons named on the reservation form.
*All Passengers guarantee that they are fit to travel by air and that no health condition or circumstance will endanger the safety or comfort of the aircraft or other passengers. They also agree that they can be transported safely in accordance with the security requirements imposed by international, EU or national laws.
INSURANCE INFORMATION
Under the Trip Cancellation coverage, the maximum limit is equal to the tour price, and the applicable deductible is 25% of the cancellation penalty in the event of visa refusal and 15% in other cases. A 100% additional premium is applied to insured persons aged 70 and over.
Insurance does not cover discretionary cancellation or chronic illnesses; please ask your sales consultant for detailed information.
For insurance plans that include Trip Cancellation coverage, the policy/certificate must be issued within 7 days at the latest from the time the travel reservation is made.
However, if the travel reservation is made 14 days or less before the start of the trip, the insurance must also be issued within 48 hours (2 days) at the latest, including the day the reservation is made.
Otherwise, this coverage will be invalid.
For compensation claims for trip cancellation due to the refusal of a visa application, the application must be submitted through the authorized visa office provided as an additional service by the insured tour operator. If the visa service was not purchased from the tour operator and the application was made individually, the coverage will be invalid. Please request the detailed policy terms from your travel consultant.
