Day 1: Ankara - Cairo
Meet at the FREEBIRD Airlines counter in the Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal at 06:30. After completing ticket and departure procedures at the airport, depart for Cairo, the capital of Egypt, on a special FREEBIRD Airlines flight at 09:30. Upon arrival at Sphinx International Airport at local time 11:00, proceed to central Cairo. Following our arrival in Cairo, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist sites during our panoramic city tour, including the Citadel of Cairo, Muhammad Ali Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Shafi'i Mosque, Anwar Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic Art, Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square.
After the city tour, proceed to our hotel. Guests who wish may optionally join the Dinner Cruise on the Nile. Check-in and overnight stay at our hotel.

During our boat cruise on the Nile River, we will enjoy dinner accompanied by live music while taking in the lights and night views of Cairo. Hotel transfer to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dance show are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.
Day 2: Cairo - Sharm El Sheikh
In the morning, after our early breakfast, rooms are to be vacated. Guests who wish may enjoy free time to partake in the hotel's activities. Those guests who prefer can join the Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour organized as an extra option. After our tour, we will depart towards Egypt's exotic destination, Sharm El Sheikh. Following our enjoyable 7-hour journey, we will check into the hotel and spend the night.

Are you ready to see one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World? Today, we will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and the New Cairo Museum, one of the world's richest museums. Day 3: Sharm El Sheikh

In the morning, after breakfast, you have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. By 12:00, we check out and vacate our rooms. After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with FREEBIRD Airlines' special service begins at 20:45. Upon arrival at 22:45 local time, our journey concludes. IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of optional tours provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply.
- When only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany guests during optional tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of optional tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the requested optional tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with commentary by a guide from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the scheduled day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, subject to available options.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, guests must be informed of the tour program and the general terms and obligations stated below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the passport was issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their airline flight from Türkiye may not be operated. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary; BTB TOURS bears no responsibility for the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of intermediary. BTB TOURS has no obligation or responsibility regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When BTB TOURS submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting issue that may prevent boarding the flight.
- Obtaining documents required by passengers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may change during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will block one subject to availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate dining room.
- During reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
- Whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility for any such fine lies with our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another or multiple countries or being unable to enter through the border gate. Since this situation is beyond BTB TOURS’s control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our trip will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are trips organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days without changing their content or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, optional tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot be conducted.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and flights are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in such cases.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, airport-city or airport-hotel transfers are the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade before carrying out the requested upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and incoming calls.
- When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use during your trip and the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father; traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
