Day 1 / November 24, 2026: Istanbul – Dubai
At the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal, we meet at the Emirates Airlines counter 20:20 before departure to complete our check-in procedures. After passport and customs formalities, we depart for Dubai on Emirates Airlines flight EK118 at 23:20.
Day 2 / November 25, 2026: Dubai
Our arrival is scheduled for 04:50 local time. After passport procedures, our tour begins with the vehicle waiting for us in the area. Before our panoramic city tour, we take an additional free breakfast break. After breakfast, we first proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's busiest and most grand avenue, to view the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Medinat Souk panoramically. Then we continue to Jumeirah Beach. Here, during a photo stop, we will see the world-famous only 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. Afterwards, we continue our tour by vehicle to Dubai Marina. In Dubai Marina, which has approximately 7 km of walking paths and is surrounded by restaurants and cafes, after a short free time, we move towards the hotels and complete our check-in procedures at the hotels' check-in time. Guests who wish can join the ''Dinner Dhow Cruise Boat Tour with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour'', which will be organized additionally in the evening hours. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

We begin our tour by moving to the Dhow boat in the Marina where we will have our dinner. As our boat sails within the marina, we enjoy our all-you-can-eat dinner while taking in the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and the Dubai Eye. After our boat tour, we proceed to Souk Al Bahar market, located right next to Dubai Mall, one of the world's largest shopping centers, situated in the shadow of the world's tallest skyscraper, Burj Khalifa; this market combines its historical character with the splendor of luxury. We enjoy a pleasant stroll in this authentic market reflecting Arab culture. Day 3 / November 26, 2026: Dubai
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the 'Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour' and 'Dubai Desert Safari with Dinner', which will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 4 / November 27, 2026: Dubai – Tarkan Concert
After breakfast, free time. We meet at the time specified by our guide for transfer and head to Abu Dhabi with our private vehicles. After this enjoyable journey lasting 1.5 hours, we arrive at Etihad Arena, one of Abu Dhabi's most prestigious event venues. Accompanied by our guide, we enter the arena and experience an unforgettable night in the area reserved for us, featuring Turkish music megastar Tarkan on a world-class stage with special production. After the concert, transfer to our hotels in Dubai.
Day 5: Dubai, November 28, 2026: Dubai
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the 'Outlet Mall & Global Village Tour', which will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 6 / November 29, 2026: Dubai to Istanbul
In the morning, after breakfast, we have free time and proceed to check out of our rooms. (The latest checkout time at hotels, including key handover, is 12:00). Guests who wish may join the additional 'Sky View, The View At The Palm Tour'. The journey to the airport begins at the time determined by your tour leader. After ticketing and customs procedures, our Emirates Airlines flight EK117 departs at 18:00 for Istanbul. Our arrival time is 21:35.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Points to be noted during the Mosque Visit on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, mini skirts, leggings or shorts. Long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
- Points to be noted on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
- To benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 20 people. If participation is below 20 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that their content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
- When the program is processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination to be visited. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the extra tour requested to be cancelled may vary depending on the local supplier’s final decision.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometres. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include entrance to museums or archaeological sites.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be operated because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads on the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, in the event of closed roads or at locations where vehicle access is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pick-up time given by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as hotels or similar. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, another similar hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange-rate differences. Old or worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD–EUR parity is applied equally.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program specified and the general terms and obligations below. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Guests are deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
- Guests travelling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the passport was issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight from Türkiye may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guests’ passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting issue is the responsibility of the guests.
- Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility for the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Bluemaxx Travel only undertakes the role of an intermediary. Bluemaxx Travel has no obligation or responsibility for personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When Bluemaxx Travel applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that could prevent boarding the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas, such as hotel confirmations and flight tickets, takes 1 business day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Bluemaxx Travel Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, another similar hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During reservation/registration, the first and last name as written in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether obtained from Bluemaxx Travel or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance that starts one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this matter is outside Bluemaxx Travel’ control, the parties acknowledge that Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not be operated or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be operated. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in the relevant case.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by the passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a different flight from the group, the airport-to-city or airport-to-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if availability exists, the difference specified by the airline may need to be paid and the ticket may need to be transferred from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Türkiye whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
- When temporarily or permanently leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- Bluemaxx Travel may, in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, without altering the content of the program.
- Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 travelling with their mother must obtain a letter of consent from their father; those travelling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those travelling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
- The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
