Day 1: Istanbul – Cairo
Meet at the Air Cairo AIRLINES counter in front of the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at 09:15. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart for Cairo, the capital of Egypt, on Air Cairo Airlines' scheduled flight SM304 at 12:15.
Upon arrival at local time 13:20, proceed to our hotel. After check-in procedures, settle into your rooms and enjoy free time. Guests who wish may additionally join the 'Dinner Cruise on the Nile'. Overnight at our hotel.

During our boat tour on the Nile River, we will have the opportunity to enjoy dinner accompanied by live music as well as savor the lights and night views of Cairo. Transfer from the hotel to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dancer show are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.
Day 2 / Cairo
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the ‘Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour’, organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

Are you ready to see one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World? Today, we will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and the New Cairo Museum, one of the world’s richest museums. We will have lunch at a local restaurant. Entrance fees for the Pyramids Area and the Cairo Museum are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.
Day 3: Cairo
After breakfast, we will have the opportunity to see major tourist attractions such as the Citadel of Cairo, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Rifa'i Mosque, Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic History, Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square during our panoramic city tour at the time set by our guide.
Following the city tour, we will meet for our transfer at the time designated by our guide to attend Shakira's Concert at the Giza Pyramids. We will depart in our private vehicles. The concert, held under the mesmerizing silhouette of the pyramids, will feel like time standing still in Giza. After the concert, we will return to our hotels and spend the night at our hotel.
Day 4 / Cairo - Istanbul
In the morning, after an early breakfast, transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After ticket and customs procedures, our flight begins at 08:00 with Air Cairo Airlines' scheduled flight SM303. Upon arrival at 11:15 local time, our journey ends. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from Advantageous Travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. In case of fewer than 10 participants, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests upon arrival in the area. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to conduct due to closure of sightseeing locations by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event along the route, or weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, depending on available opportunities, if roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted at certain points.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Green Passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is required that such passports be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that could prevent travel resulting from such errors.
- For passengers applying for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times considering this duration. In case of failure to do so, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own resources and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and timing may change, and due to availability, high season, or special periods, hotels may be subject to changes, and alternative similar hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the third bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, blockage is made by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with two adults.
- Breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Our guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering the fine mentioned above due to not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited some countries may result in inability to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or inability to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the parties accept that the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases.
- To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be held on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, the Operator is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or there may be price changes.
- Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and outbound and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. In case of missing and/or not using the outbound flight, the return flight will automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These informations must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must procure their new ticket (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket) at their own expense. Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to the group missing the outbound flight; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, area-city or area-hotel transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if availability exists on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets have been issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before performing the upgrade operation. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving temporarily or permanently.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
- General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
