Meeting at Pegasus Airlines counter in the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 17:30. We will complete our check-in procedures. After passport and customs formalities, we depart for Doha on Pegasus Airlines flight PC 614 at 20:55.
Day 2: Doha
Our arrival takes place at 01:00 local time. After passport procedures, we transfer to our hotel with the vehicle waiting for us in the area. We will spend the night at our hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, we begin our panoramic Doha city tour.
We will witness the city's magnificent silhouette and the perfect harmony between modern structures and traditional architecture. Our tour starts from the 7-kilometer-long Corniche road. After viewing iconic landmarks of the city such as the futuristic Doha Tower, the captivating old port of Doha, and the Museum of Islamic Art panoramically, we will explore the carefully designed Katara Cultural Village together on foot. From the picturesque Doha Corniche, we will capture the breathtaking views of the Persian Gulf and discover the beauty of Pearl Island, an artificial island project adorned with luxury residences, endless dining options, and shopping opportunities. After Pearl Island, we will move to Lusail Marina, which features the crescent-shaped building that is a must-see part of the Doha skyline, immortalizing this special moment with photos. After our tour, we head back to our hotel.

In the evening, we explore Doha with traditional Dhow boats. After enjoying tea, coffee, and dates served here, we transfer to a Lebanese restaurant for dinner. After having the buffet meal there, we transfer to our hotel by our buses.
Day 3: Doha
Morning, free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the extra organized ‘QATAR CULTURE TOUR and ILLUSION MUSEUM and Doha Desert Safari with Dinner Tour’. Overnight at our hotel.

The Education City under the Qatar Foundation, established by the Qatari Emir's family, houses the Qatar National Library and the Minaret Mosque. After visiting these sites, we pass by the Qatar National Museum. The Qatar National Museum presents Qatar's history up to the present day through a time tunnel with its unique architecture. After this unforgettable experience, we proceed to the Doha Illusion Museum. Here, we will experience how much you believe in your senses and what you see. Together, we explore this deceptive world of illusions.
EXTRA TOUR: Doha Desert Safari with Dinner Per Person: 130 EURO
Picked up in 4x4 vehicles, you can enjoy unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After the fun and exciting ride on the red sands, we go to the area where the desert meets the sea, watch an unforgettable sunset, then have dinner and arrive at the Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here, there is an option to ride a camel for an additional fee. The tour includes one complimentary drink per person (soft drink, tea, or coffee). After dinner, our tour ends, and we return to our hotel via our private 4x4 vehicles.
Day 4: Doha

Our first stop is Katara Towers located in the newly developing city of Lusail. We take our first photo stop in front of these iconic towers and Lusail Marina. We visit the Lusail Stadium, where the FIFA final match was held, from the outside. We do some shopping at Vendome Mall and watch the Dancing Fountain Show.
Day 5: Doha
Pegasus Airlines flight PC 615 departs at 02:05 from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport. Arrival in Istanbul at 06:45 and the end of our tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
● To benefit from Advantageous Tour package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
● Extra tours take place with a minimum of 15 participants. If fewer than 15 people participate, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of the extra tours while keeping the content the same.
● Prices may change in extra tours depending on regional density or period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
● When only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or when options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
● In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
● Guests must notify the guide about cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of requested extra tours may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
● During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such cases, information will be provided by the AGENCY 2 days before the tour departure date.
● Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting maximum 2-3 hours organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
● Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be carried out if places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, the AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
● Guide meeting in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they stay before the pickup time given by the guide.
● Hotels etc. listed in the program are offered for sale. Availability at hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, similar alternative hotels may be provided.
● To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate fluctuations, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of currency. Old/worn banknotes are not accepted by banks at destinations. Therefore, reservation procedures for extra tours will not be made with old-type currency that banks will not accept.
● Since our package tours are intended for international travel, knowledge of foreign languages is the responsibility of the guests.

GENERAL TERMS
● Guests traveling with a Turkish Green Passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the AGENCY cannot assume any liability.
● To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is required that such passports be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
● Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests and may prevent boarding.
● The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The AGENCY bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The AGENCY only performs its role as an intermediary institution. There is no penalty or liability for the AGENCY in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these terms.
● Documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the AGENCY is not responsible for any possible delays.
● If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not join/cannot join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through Bluemaxx Travel Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar charges paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and the AGENCY cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
● Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and this situation was communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
● Guests must be present at the airport where the plane will depart at least 3 hours before departure. Domestic flight guests must collect their tickets based on the flight time. In case the flight cannot be caught due to the guest, any resulting problems and damages are not the responsibility of the AGENCY.
● Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel according to availability.
● Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
● Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
● During reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
● Regardless of whether guests obtain it from the AGENCY or not, they are required to have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering such a fine because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
● Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. As this situation is outside the control of the AGENCY, in such cases, the AGENCY bears no responsibility, which is accepted by the parties involved.
● To provide economy and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
● Panoramic city tours are organized for city introductions. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days without changing the content, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, the AGENCY is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or there may be price changes.
● Tours or visits that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
● Flight seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will also automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
● Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These informations should be monitored by individuals. In case the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (as per the previous paragraph, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, due to missing the group's departure, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, area-city or area-hotel transfers are the responsibility of the guest.
● Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets are issued. Since flight seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference at the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before upgrading. Any price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
● To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
● While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving briefly or entirely.
● The AGENCY may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
● The AGENCY reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
● The AGENCY is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
● Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the AGENCY cannot be held liable.
● General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
