Cruise ships can be likened to floating deluxe hotels equipped with the latest technology. You can follow the daily program outlining activities from the ship's newspaper distributed to your cabin the evening before each day. Think of this newspaper as a bulletin containing all information about what will happen on board that day, including all activities within the ship, weather forecasts, details about ports of call, contact information for reservations at specialty restaurants or spas, and more.
Upon boarding the ship, you must check in your luggage, hand over your passport, and provide credit card details (a deposit may be required for potential expenses) at the check-in desk located at the ship's entrance. Your passport will be returned to you only at the end of the tour after being handed over at the beginning of the journey. After submitting your passport to the ship, you will receive a Boarding Card from the cruise line. This card serves as both your passport substitute and your cabin key, and is used for all transactions on board. The Boarding Card displays various information such as your first and last name, cabin number, and dining session.
There is a dress code for passengers on board the ship. Since there are special events such as the Captain's Welcome Dinner and Gala Night, we kindly request that you bring elegant and classic attire. You can track these events, including the Gala Night and Welcome Dinner, via the ship's newspaper mentioned earlier. Additionally, the dress code is specified in the bulletin.
Cruise ships offer open buffet restaurants where you can eat something at any time throughout 20 hours of the day. In addition to breakfast, lunch, and dinner included in your fare at the main restaurant, there are fast-food outlets and buffets available. Specialty concept restaurants are also available on board, such as Thai restaurants and steakhouses. You can make reservations in advance to enjoy special meals prepared by dedicated chefs at these venues. Thematic restaurants are subject to an additional charge.
Cruise ships offer numerous facilities and activities for families traveling with children. Onboard, there are children's pools and play clubs where kids can spend their time.
Cruise ships are designed by engineers to minimize motion during travel, and ship captains are specially trained. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the ship, including your cabin. You may smoke on the open deck unless there is a sign prohibiting it; smoking areas with ashtrays are available. Ships have doctors and nurses on board, and accessible cabins for guests with disabilities are also provided.

• Child prices are valid only if children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For the 0-2 years age category, the child must not have turned 2 years old by the tour return date. Cash is not used anywhere on the ship except in the casino. The EUR currency and credit cards are accepted on board. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.
• Bringing drinks, irons, hair dryers, etc., onto the ship is strictly prohibited.
• At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags of specific colors will be sent to you along with your cruise ticket for all our group's luggage. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the cruise port.
• Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowds, which is definitely the ship's responsibility. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential needs for the first day in a small handbag and carry them with you.
• Strict adherence to the ship's departure times is required. Boarding must be completed at the ports at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board. The agency will not be responsible for such situations.
• At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the labels previously left in your cabins, and place them outside your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the designated station. WE URGENTLY REQUEST THAT EACH GUEST PERSONALLY PICK UP AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE.
• ALL PASSENGERS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. PASSENGERS WHO DO NOT HAVE PRINTED COPIES OF THE TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY/SHIP.
