DAY 01 ISTANBUL AIRPORT – NICE - SAVONA
We meet at Istanbul Airport International Terminal at 03:30 in the morning, then depart for Nice at 07:10 with Turkish Airlines flight number TK1813. After arriving in Nice at 09:20 local time, transfer to the port of Savona, where our ship COSTA SMERALDA will depart. After ship check-in and passport procedures, settle into the cabins and free time. Our ship will leave the port at 17:30. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
DAY 02 MARSEILLE (AIX AN PROVANCE )
Our ship will dock in Marseille port at 09:00 in the morning. Free time for breakfast, shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish may join the extra “Marseille City Tour & Aix En Provance Tour” organized by their guides. We will begin our tour in Marseille, an important maritime city, by first visiting the “Notre Dame de la Garde Cathedral” located on a high hill. After this visit, some of the places to be seen are Longchamps Fountain, Saint Charles train station, old town, Hotel de Ville and the marina area. Then we will go to Aix en Provence, which is 40 minutes away from Marseille. It will start with the famous St. Saviour’s Cathedral from the 12th century, with its Romanesque façade and covered arched passageway. Later, during our pleasant walk in the old part of the city, you will see the ancient inns here and the Mazarino district, which was designed in the 17th century by the brother of Cardinal Mazarino. Our ship will leave the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
DAY 03 BARCELONA
Our ship will dock in Barcelona port at 08:30 in the morning. After breakfast, free time for personal activities. Guests who wish may join the “Barcelona City Tour” organized as an extra by our guide. Our city tour in Barcelona, one of Europe’s most beautiful metropolises, will begin with our private bus waiting for us at the port. La Rambla Street, Cristoforo Colombo Monument, Maremagnum Artificial Port, Barceloneta Beach, Olympic district and port, Catalunya Square, Paseu de Gracia street where Gaudi’s houses were turned into a street museum, and his most essential work Sagrada Familia are among the places we will see. During our tour, we will go up Montjuic hill and take panoramic photos. After free time for shopping, we will return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 18:30. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
DAY 04 IBIZA
Our ship will dock in Ibiza port at 12:30 in the morning. After breakfast, free time for personal activities. Guests who wish may get information from our guide and swim in Ibiza’s magnificent beaches, shop, and have a meal. Our ship will leave the port at 20:00. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
DAY 05 AT SEA
On this day spent cruising at sea, our ship will offer you many alternatives. Those who wish can benefit from the ship’s open and indoor pools, jacuzzis, and sunbathing areas. Those who want can shop in duty-free stores, try their luck in the casino, or take advantage of the various music and entertainment performances in dozens of bars. Different meal options await you throughout the day. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
DAY 06 PALERMO
Our ship will dock in Palermo port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish may join the “Palermo & Cefalu Tour” organized as an extra by our guide. After arriving in Palermo, the capital of Sicily, we go to Cefalu, one of the most beautiful holiday resorts in Palermo and Sicily. With its medieval structures, the town is a place where you can both shop and truly feel the spirit of Sicily. During our tour, the Norman cathedral and the ancient laundry are among the places we will visit. After free time, we return to Palermo and take a city tour. Then we visit Monreale Monastery. We see the mosaic decoration covering a total area of 6340 m2, depicting scenes from the Old and New Testaments. Then return to the ship. Our ship will leave the port at 16:30 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
DAY 07 CIVITAVECCHIA / ROME
Our ship will dock in Civitavecchia port at 08:30. After breakfast, free time for personal activities. Guests who wish may join the “Rome City Tour” organized as an extra by our guide. In this full-day tour, after a 1 hour 15 minute journey with our bus waiting for us at Civitavecchia Port, we arrive in Rome and take a panoramic tour by bus, among the places to be seen are; Castel Sant’Angelo, the Tiber River, Borghese Park, Via Veneto, Popolo Square, Republica Square, Via Nazionale, Marcello Theater, Circo Massimo, Forum areas. Then we explore Rome’s famous squares on foot. Among the places to be seen; we finish our tour at Pantheon Square, Navona Square, Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps and take a shopping break. At the end of our tour, we return to our ship. Our ship will leave the port at 19:00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
DAY 08 SAVONA – NICE - ISTANBUL AIRPORT
Our ship will dock in Savona port at 08:30 in the morning. After breakfast, we carry out our ship departure procedures and then leave the ship. We depart to Nice Airport with our private vehicle waiting for us at the port. After our arrival at the airport, following check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 19:25 with Turkish Airlines flight number TK1816. Arrival at Istanbul Airport at 23:25 local time. End of our tour.
