Meeting at Qatar Airways counter in Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at 10:30. We will complete our check-in procedures. After passport and customs formalities, we depart for Doha on Qatar Airways flight QR 240 at 13:50. Arrival is at local time 17:50. After passport procedures, we transfer to our hotel with our waiting vehicle. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Day 2: Doha
After the breakfast at our hotel, we begin our panoramic Doha city tour.
We will witness the city's magnificent skyline, where modern structures and traditional architecture blend perfectly. Our tour starts along the 7-kilometer Corniche road. After viewing iconic landmarks of the city such as the futuristic Doha Tower, the captivating old port of Doha, and the Museum of Islamic Art from a panoramic perspective, we will explore the carefully designed Katara Cultural Village on foot. From the picturesque Doha Corniche, we will capture breathtaking views of the Persian Gulf and discover the beauty of The Pearl, an artificial island project adorned with luxury residences, endless dining options, and shopping opportunities. After The Pearl, we will proceed to Lusail Marina, featuring the crescent-shaped building that is a must-see in the Doha skyline, and immortalize this special moment with our photos. After the tour, we will head back to our hotel.
In the evening, guests who wish may join the extra organized DHOW CRUISE TOUR WITH MEAL. Overnight at our hotel.

In the evening, we explore Doha with traditional Dhow boats. After enjoying tea, coffee, and dates served here, we transfer to a Lebanese restaurant for dinner. Following the buffet meal, we will transfer back to our hotel by our buses.
Day 3: Doha
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the ‘QATAR CULTURE TOUR and ILLUSION MUSEUM and Doha Desert Safari with Dinner Tour’, which will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

The Education City, under the Qatar Foundation established by the Emir's family, hosts the Qatar National Library and the Minaret Mosque. After visiting these sites, we pass through the Qatar National Museum. The Qatar National Museum presents Qatar's history up to the present day through a time tunnel with its unique architecture. After this unforgettable experience, we proceed to the Doha Illusion Museum. Here, we will experience how much you trust your senses and what you see. We explore this deceptive world of illusions together.
EXTRA TOUR: DOHA DESERT SAFARI WITH DINNER Per Person: 130 EUROPicked up in 4x4 vehicles, you can enjoy unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After the fun and exciting tour on the red sands, we go to the area where the desert meets the sea, watch an unforgettable sunset, then have dinner and arrive at the Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here, there is an option to ride a camel for an additional fee. The tour includes one free drink (soft drink, tea, or coffee) per person. After dinner, our tour ends, and we return to our hotel via our private 4x4 vehicles.
Day 4: Doha
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the extra organized LUSAIL STADIUM, KATARA MOON TOWERS, LUSAIL MARINA, PLACE VENDOME MALL SHOPPING Tour.

Our first stop is Katara Towers located in the newly developing city of Lusail. We take our first photo stop in front of these iconic towers and Lusail Marina. We visit Lusail Stadium from the outside, where the FIFA final match was held. We do some shopping at Vendome Mall and watch the Dancing Fountain Show.
Day 5: Doha
After breakfast, we check out of our rooms.

Following our transfer to the airport at the time specified by our guide, we depart for Istanbul Airport on Qatar Airways flight QR 245 at 14:05. Arrival in Istanbul at 18:40 marks the end of our tour.

In Abu Dhabi tours, regarding the Mosque Visit: Men must not wear shorts. Women must not wear sleeveless tops, mini skirts, leggings, or shorts. A long-sleeved cardigan and headscarf must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.

In our Desert Safari tour, please note the following: Wear sporty and comfortable clothing and bring a cardigan. Avoid heavy meals before the tour and do not drink excessive amounts of water. Guests with stomach, back, or neck complaints and pregnant guests must inform their guides about their condition.

To benefit from Advantageous Travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.

Extra tours require a minimum of 20 participants. In case of fewer than 20 participants, there may be changes in tour prices or the tour may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours while keeping the content unchanged.

In extra tours, price changes may occur depending on regional density or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.

Due to VB processing in the tour program, or when only category information is provided without specifying names and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by a different guide. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of their accommodation before the pickup time given by the guide.

Guests must notify their guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of requested extra tours may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

Panoramic city tours included in the tour program are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.

Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to conduct due to closures of sites by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible if roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

Guide meeting in our tour programs takes place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of their accommodation before the pickup time given by the guide.

Hotels listed in the program are sold as "etc." Hotels may vary during high season or special periods due to availability. Therefore, similar alternative hotels may be provided; the name of the hotel is not guaranteed.

We recommend that guests avoid exchanging large amounts of currency to avoid being affected by exchange rate fluctuations. Old/worn banknotes are not accepted by banks at destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-style banknotes that banks will not accept.

In extra tour purchases, since transactions are conducted in USD for the relevant destination, the USD-EUR parity applies equally.

Since our package tours are intended for international travel, knowledge of foreign languages is the responsibility of the guests.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations available below. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.

Guests traveling with a Turkish Green Passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and Bluemaxx Travel cannot assume any liability.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is required that such passports be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.

Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas if deemed necessary. Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility for the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. Bluemaxx Travel only performs the role of an intermediary agency. There is no penalty or liability for Bluemaxx Travel in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.

When Bluemaxx Travel submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors.

For passengers applying for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any potential delays.

If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through Bluemaxx Travel Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar charges paid to consulates, provided they prove they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiry date by presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.

Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and hotels may vary during high season or special periods due to availability, so similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.

Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds in triple rooms cannot be given; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.

Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.

Breakfasts offered at hotels are continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

During reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from Bluemaxx Travel or not, they are strictly required to have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering such a fine because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.

Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or being denied entry at the border. Since this situation is outside the control of Bluemaxx Travel, in such cases, Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility, which is accepted by the parties involved.

To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route must agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.

Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days without changing the content, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel is obligated to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or there may be price changes.

Tours or visits that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held liable for the inability to conduct these tours.

Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.

Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, area-city or area-hotel transfers are the responsibility of the guest.

Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets are issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class. The price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.

To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company before leaving Turkey whether your line is open for international calls/calls received.

While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have taken all your belongings with you when leaving briefly or completely.

Bluemaxx Travel may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company flown, without altering the content of the program, in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.

Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.

Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held liable.
