Meet at the SunExpress counter in front of the International Departures Terminal of Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport at 06:00. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart for Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination, on SunExpress flight XQ814 at 09:05. Upon arrival at local time 11:30, proceed to our hotel. After check-in procedures, settle into your rooms and spend the night at our hotel. You will be informed by our guides about tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh.

Extra tours take place with a minimum of 15 participants. If participation is under 15 people, changes may occur in tour prices or it may be implemented via metro. Our guide may make changes in the dates of extra tours while keeping the content the same.

If only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, if the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Acenteours is not responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be done by public transport or on foot where possible in cases of closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Guests traveling with a Turkish Green Passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and AcenteOURS cannot assume any responsibility whatsoever.

To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; the aforementioned passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements for TC citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.

AcenteOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. AcenteOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. AcenteOURS only performs the intermediary role. There is no penalty or responsibility for AcenteOURS in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these terms.

The documents required by passengers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, AcenteOURS is not responsible for any possible delays.

If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/does not manage to join the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through AcenteOUR Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and AcenteOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest can receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees paid to consulates and similar charges, provided they prove they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date by presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa with their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and AcenteOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.

Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or the inability to enter through border gates. Since this situation is outside the control of AcenteOURS, in such a case, AcenteOURS is not responsible, and this is accepted by the parties.

To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests, and our tour will continue.

Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such a case, AcenteOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or prices may change.

Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or gone to for any reason by local authorities are not conducted. AcenteOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.

Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will also automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.

Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These informations must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (according to the previous paragraph, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if going to the relevant city/country with a flight different from the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.

Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets are issued. Since aircraft seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
