Day 1: Istanbul – Cairo
Meet at the Ajet AIRLINES counter in front of the Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departures Terminal at 18:10. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on Ajet Airlines' scheduled flight VF247 to Cairo, the capital of Egypt, at 21:10.
Upon arrival at 22:30 local time, proceed to our hotel. After check-in procedures, settle into your rooms and spend the night at our hotel.
Day 2 / Cairo
In the morning, after breakfast, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist attractions such as the Citadel of Cairo, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Shafi'i Mosque, Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic History, Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square during our panoramic city tour at the time set by our guide.
After the city tour, we will meet for our transfer at the time determined by our guide to attend the Shakira Concert at the Giza Pyramids, and we will depart in our private vehicles. The concert, held under the mesmerizing silhouette of the pyramids, will feel like time standing still in Giza. After the concert, we will return to our hotels and spend the night at our hotel.
Day 3: Cairo - Sharm El Sheikh
After breakfast taken early in the morning, we check out from our hotels and embark on a pleasant 7-hour journey to Sharm El Sheikh, an exotic holiday resort of Egypt. Upon arrival at our hotels in Sharm El Sheikh, we complete the check-in procedures and have free time. Guests who wish can join additional tours organized separately. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Day 4: Sharm El Sheikh
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can join the tours that will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 5: Sharm El Sheikh

Day 6 / Sharm El Sheikh
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Our guests may optionally join tours that are organized additionally. By 12:00, we check out and vacate our rooms. (If the hotel is available and prior notice is given to our guide, you may keep your room until your airport transfer time by paying an additional fee.) Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide.
Day 7 / Sharm El Sheikh to Istanbul
After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with AJET Airlines on scheduled flight VF258 begins at 03:45. After arrival at 07:25 local time, our journey ends. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- In order to benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices for optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of the optional tours, provided that their content remains the same.
- Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional density or the period. For optional tours, the prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the optional tour requested to be canceled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with commentary by the guide; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be operated because the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible, on closed roads or at points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as hotels, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we advise them not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations cannot be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to convey to guests the tour program specified and the general terms and obligations set out below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or their flight from Turkey may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no obligation or responsibility for individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that could prevent boarding the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport as proof that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number exactly as shown on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from BTB TOURS, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility for any such fine due to not carrying travel insurance belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to enter through the border gate. Since this situation is beyond BTB TOURS's control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the benefit of the group in terms of economy and time agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be arranged on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided that their content does not change. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, optional tours may not be operated or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be operated. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The rules of the relevant airline apply in such cases.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. Guests must follow this information themselves. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in a group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
- When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transport you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a letter of consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
