Day 1: Istanbul – Cairo
Meet at the AJET Airlines counter in front of the Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal at 18:10. At 21:10, our flight AJET VF247 departs for Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Upon arrival in Cairo at 23:30 local time, we will be transferred to our hotel by our private bus. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2: Cairo
In the morning, after breakfast, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist attractions such as the Citadel of Cairo, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Rifa'i Mosque, Saad Zaghloul's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic History, Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square during our panoramic city tour at the time set by our guide.
After the city tour, free time. Guests who wish may join the optional 'Dinner Cruise on the Nile'. Overnight at our hotel.

During our boat cruise on the Nile River, we will enjoy dinner accompanied by live music while taking in the lights and night views of Cairo. Transfer from the hotel to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dancer show are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.
Day 3: Cairo – Aswan – Nile Cruise
Departure from our rooms and transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After baggage handling and check-in procedures, we depart for Aswan on Air Cairo Airlines flight SM 129 at 06:20. Upon arrival in Aswan at 07:40, we transfer to the boat. After disembarking, we have free time for lunch. Following the lunch break, we begin our Aswan city tour. During the Aswan city tour, we will visit the Aswan High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk, and the Temple of Philae, one of the important temples of the ancient world. After the tour, we transfer back to the boat. Dinner and overnight stay on our boat.
Day 4: Aswan (Nile Cruise)
After breakfast, free time, and lunch on our ship in Aswan, our vessel will set sail for the Sobek Temple in Kom Ombo. Upon arrival, there will be free time. Guests who wish may join our optional tour. After the excursion, we will depart for Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

On this tour, we will explore the reliefs of the Sobek Temple, one of the important medical centers of the ancient world, uncovering the mysteries and advanced achievements of ancient Egypt.
Day 5: Luxor (Nile Cruise)
After our breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join our optional extra tour to Edfu. After our visit to Edfu, our ship will set sail towards Luxor, one of the important cities of the ancient world. Then, free time. Guests who wish can join our optional extra tour to Karnak and Luxor Temples. Dinner and overnight on board.

In this tour, our journey begins at the Temple of Horus in Edfu, and through the experiences we will witness, we will take a "journey through time."

The level reached by the Ancient Egyptian Civilization will be showcased at Karnak and Luxor Temples. Through our guide's narration, we explore the culture and history of Ancient Egypt.
Day 6: Luxor to Hurghada
After having breakfast on our morning boat, we bid farewell to the vessel and visit the western side of Luxor. Our tour includes the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, the Colossi of Memnon, and Alabaster Workshops. Then, at the time specified by our guide, we depart for Hurghada. After a pleasant journey lasting approximately 7 hours, we arrive in Hurghada in the afternoon and check into our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Day 7: Hurghada
In the morning, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel after breakfast. By 12:00, we check out and vacate our rooms. Guests who wish can join the additional Orange Bay & Giftun Tour arranged separately. Transfer to the airport will be made at the time determined by the guide.

The Giftun reserve area, one of the most beautiful islands of the Red Sea, awaits you with its underwater treasures and other natural beauties. During our full-day boat tour, you can observe the underwater world with a snorkel and fully enjoy all the island's attractions. Limited non-alcoholic beverages and lunch will be served on board. Guests who wish may also go scuba diving upon prior notice to the guide and for an additional fee. The cost of sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as the National Park entrance fee, are included in the price.
Day 8: Hurghada – Istanbul
After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with AJET Airlines’s VF252 scheduled flight begins at 03:35. After arrival at 06:15 local time, our journey ends. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
● When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
● In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. Different guides may accompany our guests during extra tours.
● During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
● The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle, without including museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
● BTB Tours is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted when the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, the roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
● Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
● To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
● BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when deemed necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no obligation or responsibility regarding individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
● Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
● If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date, proving that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
● There may be changes to the itineraries depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and this was notified at the time of contracting; THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES.
● Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an additional bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be provided in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, allocation will be made by the hotel according to availability.
● Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
● The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
● During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
● Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from BTB TOURS or not, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the travel insurance was not carried, responsibility belongs to our guests.
● Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or multiple countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this matter is beyond BTB TOURS’ control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
● Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
● Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days without changing their content or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable possible alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
● Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
● The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and flights are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in the relevant situation.
● Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals themselves. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as stated in the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Furthermore, due to missing the group’s departure, the guest may partially or completely miss the first day’s program; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. In addition, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-to-city or airport-to-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
● Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
● To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and incoming calls.
● When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
● BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
● BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
● BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
● Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a letter of consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
● The General Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.

Guests who wish may go scuba diving for an additional fee, provided that they inform our guide in advance. The sun loungers and umbrella fee, as well as the National Park entrance fee, are included in the price.
