Day 1: Istanbul
Meet at the AJet Airlines counter in front of the Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal at 21:15.
Day 2: Istanbul – Baku
Be present at the AJET Airlines counter in front of the Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal 3 hours before the flight departure. After completing exit procedures for international travel, depart to Baku on AJET Airlines flight VF178 at 00:15. Upon arrival, we will leave the airport and have an extra breakfast in central Baku before starting our tour. After breakfast, we begin our panoramic city tour. We will see Haydar Aliyev Center, which has become a symbol of Baku, from a distance. Then, we will take a short photo stop at Flag Square and Baku Boulevard to immortalize this moment. After visiting Ag Shahri, a newly opened district in Baku, we proceed to our hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we complete check-in procedures and settle into our rooms. Guests who wish may optionally join the 'Evening Dinner Old Baku City Tour' that will be organized separately. Overnight at our hotel.

The tour starts at the fortress walls of the Old City (where tourists can learn about the objects surrounding them), featuring monuments such as the monument to Sabir, Azerbaijan's first national poet, and the monument to Nizami, along with its establishment date. The program also includes the building of the City Duma, which was the first women's school in the East, named after Muslim Magomayev; the exterior view of the Ismaili house in Venetian style; the famous Torgoviy Street, reminiscent of Baku's Independence Avenue; Kusbakisi Park, offering stunning panoramic views of the city and known as the Barvikha of the 19th century with its extraordinary houses; and the observation deck with magnificent views over Baku and the Baku Bay. The tour includes walking and bus segments through areas like Yayla Park (Shahidlar Street, Turkish Mosque, Mini Square of the Double Hero of the Soviet Union, Lieutenant General Hazi Aslanov, Flame Towers, Eternal Flame), the TV Tower, and Little Venice. Day 3: Baku
In the morning, after breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the extra tour 'Lunch Included Gobustan – Mud Volcanoes – Carpet Museum Tour'. Overnight at our hotel.

We set off towards Gobustan, located approximately 65 km southwest of Baku. It is Azerbaijan's richest region in terms of archaeological artifacts and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Situated near the Caspian Sea on the ancient Shirvan route, Gobustan is also known as an open-air museum. This site provides important information about prehistoric medieval society life, hunting, animals, and vegetation through its rock carvings and painted stones, recognized worldwide. Afterward, we continue our journey to visit the nearby Mud Volcanoes area. This region is one of the most fascinating places in Azerbaijan, famous for its natural resources; it hosts over half of the world's more than 700 mud volcanoes, including some of the largest. Upon arrival, you will feel as if you are among "moon craters."
After the guided explanations in the area, we observe active volcanic movements. Following the mud volcanoes, we will proceed to the local restaurant for lunch before visiting the Carpet Museum, which houses the largest collection of Azerbaijani carpets.
Day 4: Baku
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can additionally join the 'Atasgah, Yanardag & Haydar Aliyev Museum Tour' and the 'Azerbaijan Evening with Dinner and Music Tour'. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Located 30 km from the center of Baku, at the foot of Surakhani village, is the Eternal Fire Temple (17th-18th centuries), revered by Zoroastrians, Hindus, and Sikhs at various times. It emerged in the 17th-18th centuries. The temple is called "Atasgah" because it stands where eternal fires cannot be extinguished; natural gas outlets that burn mean "House of Fire" or "Place of Fire." This site provides important information about prehistoric medieval society life, hunting, animals, and vegetation through its carved rocks and painted stones. Afterward, we return to Baku for our visit to the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center. Reflecting the rise of the Caspian Sea in Azerbaijani mythology, this building designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid was constructed in 3.5 years. As one of Azerbaijan's most important structures, the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center is seen as a symbol of the Azerbaijani people's forward-looking approach, with its modern, unusual, and futuristic architecture. Inside the center are permanent and temporary exhibitions, archaeological findings, an ethnography section, classic vehicles, personal items belonging to Haydar Aliyev, and official cars. During this visit, you will gain extensive knowledge about Azerbaijan from past to present. After our tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel until the transfer time determined by our guide.

We will spend an evening full of dance, music, and entertainment at the restaurant where we will have our dinner set menu.
Day 5: Baku-Istanbul
Airport transfer. After ticket, baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul at 06:55 with AJet Airlines flight VF179. Upon our arrival at Istanbul Airport at 09:00, our tour concludes.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. In case of participation below 10 people, changes may occur in tour prices or they may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the arrival area. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a situation, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out if places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot within available limits at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if the issue date is older than 10 years. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; it is required that said passports be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, the situation is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors.
- For passengers who will apply for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. In case of non-compliance, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and hotels may show variations during high season or special periods due to availability, so similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel subject to availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Our guests must have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering the relevant fine because they did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the parties accept that the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases.
- To provide economic and time benefits to the group for tours made along the route, guests who do not wish to participate agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or price changes may occur.
- Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (and if necessary, a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest goes to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, the transfer from the airport-city or airport-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets are issued. Since the airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving briefly or entirely.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
- General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
