Day 1: Istanbul – Casablanca
Be at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport International Departures Terminal at 21:20.
Day 2: Istanbul – Casablanca – Marrakech
After completing departure procedures, we depart for Casablanca at 00:20 on Air Arabia Airlines' scheduled flight 3O438.
Upon arrival at 02:25 local time, we proceed to Marrakech. Following our arrival and an optional extra breakfast in the morning, we begin our city tour of Marrakech. We view the Koutoubia Mosque, a symbol of Marrakech, the historic Medina district, and Jemaa El Fna Square, one of the world's most famous squares, panoramically. We experience the atmosphere of Marrakech with its colorful markets, scents of spices, and street performers. After the city tour, we transfer to our hotel. Guests who wish may join the extra Chez Ali Fantasia Night Tour with dinner. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Chez Ali Fantasia Night Tour with Dinner (Per Person 85 EUR / Child 55 EUR)
We depart from our hotel for the Chez Ali Fantasia Show, one of Marrakech's most famous and impressive nighttime entertainment events. Upon arrival at the Chez Ali complex, decorated with traditional Moroccan architecture and resembling a fairy-tale land, we begin an unforgettable evening where you can closely experience Moroccan culture. While enjoying traditional Moroccan dishes served in Berber tents, we will have the opportunity to watch music and dance performances by folkloric groups. Later in the evening, we witness a mesmerizing show reflecting Morocco's deep-rooted culture, featuring horseback Fantasia displays, acrobatic performances, traditional costumes, live music, and impressive light shows.
Day 3: Marrakech
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can join the additional Essaouira Tour that will be organized. Overnight at our hotel.

We explore Essaouira, one of Morocco's most special cities, known for its historic medina listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, its white and blue houses, fishing port, and art galleries. While walking through the city's historic walls, harbor area, and narrow streets, we feel the peaceful atmosphere of the Atlantic coast. During our tour, we visit one of the argan oil production cooperatives, gaining insight into one of the region's most important natural products.
Day 4: Marrakech
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can join the Atlas Mountains and Ourika Valley Tour, which will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Atlas Mountains and Ourika Valley Tour (Per Person 80 EUR / Child 50 EUR)
We set off towards Ourika Valley, located at the foot of the Atlas Mountains. Along the way, we explore Morocco's natural beauty alongside traditional Berber villages, lush valleys, and impressive mountain views. While learning about the local life in the region, we take photo stops. During our visit to Ourika Valley, we see the natural beauties by the river, enjoy nature by walking around the area, and experience the unique atmosphere of the region.
Day 5: Marrakech – Casablanca
In the morning, after breakfast, we head to Casablanca, the economic capital of the country. During our city tour of Casablanca, we view Mohammed V Square, one of the central points of the city, and Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, panoramically. After the city tour, we transfer to our hotel and settle into our rooms. Guests who wish may join the additional Rabat Tour organized separately. In the evening, guests who wish can take a walk in the Corniche area, known as the heart of Casablanca's coastal life. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Rabat Tour (Per Person 55 EUR / Child 40 EUR)
We set off towards Rabat, the capital of the Kingdom of Morocco and one of the country's most elegant cities. Located on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, this impressive city is one of Morocco's most important centers due to its historical heritage, wide boulevards, and modern urban structure. Upon arrival in Rabat, during our panoramic tour, we see the magnificent Hassan Tower, one of the city's most important symbols, whose construction was left unfinished in the 12th century. Then, we visit the Mausoleum of King Mohammed V, which sheds light on the history of the Kingdom of Morocco and is one of the country's most important monuments. During our tour, we have the opportunity to view the Royal Palace, which is still used today as one of the official residences of the royal family, panoramically. Throughout our tour, accompanied by the streets, squares, and architectural structures of Rabat that reflect both its historical and modern faces, we get to know closely Morocco's political and cultural capital.
Day 6: Casablanca – Istanbul
In the morning, after breakfast, we check out of our rooms and complete our c-out procedures. We are transferred to the airport at the time specified by our guide. After ticket and customs procedures, our flight begins at 15:40 with Air Arabia Airlines' scheduled flight 3O437. Following arrival at 23:30 local time, our tour concludes.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from Advantageous Tour package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. In case of participation below 10 people, changes may occur in tour prices or they may be conducted via metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours while keeping the content unchanged.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests in the area. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers to/from the area. If extra tours are taken, the guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to conduct due to closures of places to be visited by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. The Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct such tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot within available limits if roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted at certain points.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising after such communication. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is required that said passports be renewed and, if the country applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors.
- For passengers who will apply for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and due to availability in high season or special periods, hotels may show variations, so alternative similar hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from the Operator or not, they are required to have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering the relevant fine because they did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited some countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, in such cases, the Operator bears no responsibility, which is accepted by the parties involved.
- To provide economy and time benefits to the group for tours made along the route, guests who do not wish to participate agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are tours organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, the Operator is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
- Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or accessed by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours or trips.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically expire. In such cases, the rules of the airline company apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may miss part or all of the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets are issued. Since the airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference at the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class. The price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving briefly or entirely.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
