Day 1: Istanbul – Doha
Meet at the Turkish Airlines counter in the Istanbul New Airport International Departures Terminal by 22:30. We will complete our check-in procedures. After passport and customs formalities, we depart for Doha on Turkish Airlines flight TK782 at 01:30. Our arrival is scheduled for 05:45 local time. Following passport procedures, we begin our panoramic city tour of Doha with our waiting vehicle. We will witness the city's magnificent skyline, where modern structures and traditional architecture blend seamlessly. Our tour starts along the 7-kilometer Corniche road. After viewing iconic landmarks such as the futuristic Doha Tower, the captivating old port of Doha, and the Museum of Islamic Art from a panoramic perspective, we will explore the carefully designed Katara Cultural Village together. From the picturesque Doha Corniche, we will capture breathtaking views of the Persian Gulf and discover the beauty of Pearl Island, an artificial island project adorned with luxury residences, endless dining options, and shopping opportunities. After Pearl Island, we proceed to Lusail Marina, featuring the crescent-shaped building that is a must-see in the Doha skyline, immortalizing this moment with special photos. After the tour, we head to our hotel. Guests who wish may join the optional 'DINNER DHOW CRUISE Tour' arranged additionally. Overnight at our hotel.
EXTRA TOUR: DINNER DHOW CRUISE TOUR – Per Person: 90 Euro
In the evening, we explore Doha aboard traditional Dhow boats. After enjoying complimentary tea, coffee, and dates, we transfer to a Lebanese restaurant for dinner. Following the buffet meal, we return to our hotel via our buses.
Day 2: Doha
In the morning, after breakfast, free time. We meet at the time specified by our guide for the Shakira Concert to be held at Stadium 974, part of her world tour that ignites the stage with energy, rhythm, and legendary hits, and we depart in our special vehicles. After the concert, we return to our hotels and spend the night at our hotel.
Day 3: Doha
Morning, free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the ‘QATAR CULTURE and ILLUSION MUSEUM’ and the ‘EVENING DINNER DOHA DESERT SAFARI TOUR’, which will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.
EXTRA TOUR: QATAR CULTURE TOUR and ILLUSION MUSEUM – Per Person: 100 Euro
The Education City under the Qatar Foundation, established by the Qatari Royal Family, hosts the Qatar National Library and the Minaretin Mosque. After visiting these sites, we pass by the Qatar National Museum. The Qatar National Museum presents Qatar’s history up to the present day through a time tunnel with its unique architecture. Following this unforgettable experience, we proceed to the Doha Illusion Museum. Here, we will experience how much you trust your senses and what you see. Together, we explore this deceptive world of illusions.
EXTRA TOUR: EVENING DINNER DOHA DESERT SAFARI TOUR – Per Person: 130 Euro
Picked up in 4x4 vehicles, you can enjoy unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After a fun and exciting ride on the red sands, we head to the area where the desert meets the sea, and after witnessing an unforgettable sunset, we arrive at a Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here, we have dinner, and you also have the opportunity to ride a camel. In the tour package, one complimentary drink (soft drink, tea, or coffee) per person is included. After the meal and shows, our tour concludes, and we return to our hotel via our private 4x4 vehicles.
Day 4: Doha
In the morning, after breakfast, we have free time and check out of our rooms. ***The latest check-out time from hotel rooms and key handover is 12:00***. Guests who wish may join the extra tours ‘LUSAIL STADIUM, KATARA MOON TOWERS, LUSAIL MARINA, PLACE VENDOME MALL SHOPPING’ and ‘MERYAL WATERPARK TOUR’. The journey to the airport begins at the time determined by the tour leader.
Extra Tour: Lusail Stadium, Katara Moon Towers, Lusail Marina, Place Vendome Mall Shopping – Per Person: 50 Euro
Our first stop is Katara Towers in the newly developing city of Lusail. We take our first photo stop in front of these iconic towers and Lusail Marina. We visit Lusail Stadium, where the FIFA final match was held, from the outside. We also do some shopping at Vendome Mall and watch the Dancing Fountain Show.
EXTRA TOUR: Meryal Waterpark – Per Person: 55 Euro
Meryal Waterpark, Qatar’s newest and most entertaining themed water park, offers guests a unique cooling and adrenaline experience in the hot desert climate. Located in the Lusail area, this modern water park stands out with dozens of slides, wave pools, themed river rides, and spacious relaxation areas suitable for all age groups. As part of our tour, guests are picked up from their hotels by private vehicle and transferred directly to the water park. The day-long fun includes slide experiences at your preferred speed, safe play areas for children, and Meryal’s iconic visual themes. After free time within the park, we gather at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time and return to our hotel via transfer.
The Meryal Waterpark entrance ticket, round-trip private vehicle transfer, and full-day park access are included. Services not included in the tour are meals and beverages, fees for special activities inside the park, rental charges, and personal expenses.
Day 5: Doha
Turkish Airlines flight TK781 departs at 01:50 from Istanbul New Airport. Arrival in Istanbul at 06:35 and the end of our tour.

**Concert tickets cannot be canceled or refunded, and in the event of cancellation (including during the free cancellation period of the reservation), a net deduction of 200 EUR per person will be applied. **
**Tickets are in the General Admission category and there is an age limit of 16+. **
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Points to be considered during the Mosque Visit on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless tops, miniskirts, leggings or shorts; and long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
- Points to be considered on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, lower back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
- To benefit from the Advantageous Tour package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
- When the program is processed as VB, or when only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the stated kilometers. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include entrances to museums or archaeological sites.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time of the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where possible, due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as hotels, etc. Availability at hotels may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order not to be affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language knowledge.
GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program and the general terms and obligations stated below to the guests. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they will visit and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any obstacle lies with the guests.
- Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Bluemaxx Travel only undertakes the role of intermediary. Bluemaxx Travel has no liability or sanction in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Bluemaxx Travel applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for circumstances that may prevent boarding the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Bluemaxx Travel Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport proving that they did not use the visa within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During the reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Whether obtained from Bluemaxx Travel or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another or multiple countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is outside Bluemaxx Travel' control, the parties acknowledge that Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility in such a case.
- For the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days without changing their content or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
- Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in the relevant case.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by the individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade before carrying out the upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/roaming.
- When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- Bluemaxx Travel may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both parents. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
