Day 1 Istanbul (Saw) – Casablanca – Marrakech
Meeting 3 hours before departure in front of the Air Arabia Airlines counter at Sabiha Gökçen Airport international departures terminal. After baggage and ticket procedures, we depart for Casablanca on Air Arabia Airlines flight 3O438 at 00:10. Upon arrival in Casablanca at 03:15 local time, we proceed to Marrakech with our vehicle waiting for us in the area. After arriving in Marrakech, we begin exploring this city whose narrow streets will take you back centuries, named after the word "mur akush" meaning "Land of God" in the language of the Berbers, North Africa's oldest indigenous people. Known as the "Red City" due to its famous red walls, Marrakech is one of Morocco's most important tourist centers. During our city tour, we will visit the Bahia Palace, which offers a wonderful impression of what it was like to be a nobleman in 19th-century Morocco; the Koutoubia Minaret, one of the city's most important symbols; the Majorelle Gardens, home to plant collections from all over the world; and Djemaa El Fna square, known as the "Courtyard of Souks and Miracles," the heart of the city. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 2 Marrakech – Essaouira – Marrakech
After the breakfast served at the hotel, we join the UNESCO World Heritage Grand Essaouira Tour. Home to civilizations since prehistoric times, Essaouira is known for its whitewashed old city walls enclosing the medina (city center), narrow streets, and traditional markets. The city center, listed by UNESCO as a ‘‘World Heritage’’ site, is not only a fishing port but also a tranquil coastal town where art and culture intertwine. A very peaceful atmosphere prevails here compared to Marrakech, offering visitors a relaxing escape. Over the years, this atmosphere has attracted many world-famous artists such as Cat Stevens, Jimi Hendrix, and Orson Welles, turning the city into a center of art and culture. Most recently, the town also hosted filming for the famous Game Of Thrones series. During our tour, we will visit the Essaouira ramparts, the Essaouira Fortress, the Essaouira Port where the fish market is located, and the world-renowned Medina. While exploring Essaouira, with its blend of elegant traditional Moroccan architecture and traces of modern life, you will also have the opportunity to enjoy some pleasant shopping. After the tour, we return to our hotel in Marrakech. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 Marrakech – Rabat – Casablanca
After the breakfast served at the hotel, we depart for Rabat, the magnificent capital of Morocco. Upon arrival, our panoramic city tour will include the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V built in memory of the grandfather of the current king and a pioneer of Morocco’s independence, and the Royal Palace. After our tour, we head to Casablanca. Upon arrival, our city tour begins. As Morocco’s main port, Casablanca is famous as the setting of the 1942 Hollywood film of the same name; it is also the country’s economic hub and the most populous city. While wandering through its narrow streets, you can observe the rich cultural influences of Islam, France, and Berber heritage. Highlights of Casablanca include Mohammed V Square, the heart of the city; United Nations Square, where Morocco’s past and present are wonderfully blended; the Hassan II Mosque, renowned for its grand architecture and home to the world’s second-tallest minaret; the Old Medina; the Hobus district, famous for its open-air markets; and Ain Diab and Corniche, located along the Atlantic Ocean coastline. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4 Casablanca – Istanbul (Saw)
Free time after breakfast at the hotel and check-out procedures. Then, departure for the airport at the time announced by our guide. After baggage and ticket procedures, departure to Istanbul with Air Arabia Airlines flight number 3O437 at 18:00. Arrival at 00:40 local time and end of our tour.
