Day 1: Istanbul-Ankara-Sharm El Sheikh
Meet at the Freebird Airlines counter in Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at 06:00. Then we will complete our check-in procedures. Our FREEBIRD Airlines flight FH 9940 departs at 09:00 to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination. Our flight continues with a stopover at Ankara Esenboğa Airport at 10:00 and arrives at 11:00. After arrival at local time 13:30, we proceed to our hotel. You will be informed about tours and activities available in Sharm El Sheikh. Later in the day, you can enjoy the activities at your hotel and savor the unique sea. Guests who wish may join additional organized tours. Overnight at our hotel.

In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can join the tours that will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 5: Sharm El Sheikh-Ankara-Istanbul
After breakfast, we complete our check-out from the hotel. We depart for the airport at the time specified by your tour leader.
Following ticket and customs procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Freebird Airlines flight FH 9943 at 00:30. Our aircraft stops at Ankara Esenboğa Airport at 04:00, continues its journey to Istanbul at 05:00, and upon arrival in Istanbul at 06:00, concludes our tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from advantageous tour package prices for extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency authority during the tour.
- Extra tours require a minimum of 10 participants. If fewer than 10 people participate, there may be changes in tour prices or the tour may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. Prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.
- If the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are booked, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
- Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The refund status for requested cancellations may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours organized for general introduction of cities, conducted with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or archaeological sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be carried out if places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to carry out such tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- Guide meetings in our tour programs take place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, the guest must be present at the reception of their accommodation hotel before the pickup time given by the guide.
- Hotels, etc., listed in the program are offered for sale. Availability at hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, similar alternative hotels may be provided.
- To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate fluctuations, we recommend against exchanging large amounts of currency. Old/worn-out currencies are not accepted by banks at destinations. Therefore, reservation processes for extra tours will not be made with old-type currencies that banks will not accept.
- Since our tour packages are international, knowledge of foreign languages is the responsibility of the guests.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations available below must be communicated to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Green Passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; said passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only performs the intermediary role. There is no penalty or responsibility for BTB TOURS in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may hinder the flight.
- For passengers applying for their own visas, obtaining required documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this duration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/dissociates from the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOURS Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees paid to consulates for the visa, provided they prove they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiry date by presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa with their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may change during high season or special periods, similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided based on hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. Triple rooms cannot guarantee 3 separate beds; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether guests obtain it from BTB TOURS or not, they must definitely have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering the relevant fine because they did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border gates. Since this situation is outside the control of BTB TOURS, the parties accept that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such cases.
- To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, extra tours may be cancelled or subject to price changes.
- Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or entered for any reason by local authorities will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and the round-trip is arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be tracked by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (according to the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if going to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with miles can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets are issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference in the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class. The price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving briefly or entirely.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without changing the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.
- General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
