DAY 01 |
ISTANBUL AIRPORT – MILANO – SAVONA After meeting at the Istanbul Airport International Terminal at 03:30, we complete our check-in procedures and depart for Milan on Turkish Airlines flight TK1873 at 06:55. Upon arrival in Milan at 08:40 local time, we are transferred by private vehicle to Savona port where the COSTA FASCINOSA ship is docked. After completing ship check-in and baggage procedures, we settle into our cabins and then have free time. Our guide will organize a briefing session after boarding to introduce you to the ship and our tours; thereafter, you can enjoy the ship until dinner. The ship departs from the port at 17:30. Dinner and overnight on board. |

DAY 02 |
OLBIA – SARDINIA ISLAND The ship will dock at Olbia port at 08:00 in the morning. After breakfast, guests who wish may join the "Olbia, Sardinia City Tour" organized by our guide as an extra option. We proceed along Costa Smeralda, which features some of the most beautiful beaches and coves of Sardinia, enjoying scenic views towards Porto Cervo. Along the way, we stop at one of the exceptional coves with white sands and turquoise waters. After visiting Porto Cervo, known as the residence and anchorage of the world's wealthiest individuals, we also visit Baia Sardinia, home to some of the island's finest beaches, before returning to Olbia. After the city tour in Olbia, the remaining time can be spent freely in Olbia. The ship will depart from the port at 19:00. Dinner and overnight on board.

DAY 03 |
AT SEA On this day spent cruising at sea, the ship offers many alternatives. Those who wish can enjoy the ship's open and indoor pools, jacuzzis, and sunbathing areas. Others may shop in duty-free stores, try their luck in the casino, or enjoy various music and entertainment programs offered in dozens of bars. A variety of dining options await you throughout the day. Dinner and overnight on board. |

DAY 04 |
VALENCIA The ship will dock at Valencia port at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast, there is free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish may join the Valencia City Tour organized by our guides as an extra option. During this half-day tour, we will visit Valencia Cathedral, the famous Micalet Bell Tower, Plaza de la Virgen, Basilica de la Virgen de los Desamparados (Basilica of Our Lady of the Forsaken), Plaça de Reina (Queen's Square), La Lonja de la Seda (Silk Exchange) - a masterpiece of late Gothic architecture used for silk trade, Mercado Central (covered market) - one of the liveliest spots in the region, the Town Hall, and El Edificio de Correos (Post Office Building) - an elegant eclectic building. The ship will depart from the port at 20:00. Dinner and overnight on board. |

DAY 05 |
IBIZA The ship will dock at Ibiza port at 12:00 in the morning. After breakfast, there is free time for personal activities. Guests who wish can get information from our guide to swim in Ibiza's magnificent beaches, go shopping, and have meals. The ship will anchor in the port. |

IBIZA After breakfast, there is free time for personal activities. The ship will depart from the port at 16:00. Dinner and overnight on board. |

DAY 07 |
LA SEYNE – ST. TROPEZ The ship will dock at St. Tropez port at 12:00 in the morning. After breakfast, there is free time for shopping and personal activities. Guests who wish may join the Cannes & Grasse Tour organized by our guides as an extra option. On this full-day tour, accompanied by the magnificent views of the French Riviera, we head to Cannes, the heart of cinema and a jet-set city, located about an hour away. Along the way, we visit Grasse, the perfume capital of France and the world, where shopping is possible. We continue to Cannes. After the city tour of Cannes, there is free time for lunch and shopping in the city. After touring the city, we return to St. Tropez and tour it. The remaining time will be spent freely in St. Tropez. The ship will depart from the port at 20:00. Dinner and overnight on board. |

DAY 08 |
SAVONA – TORINO AIRPORT – ISTANBUL AIRPORT The ship will dock at Savona port at 09:00 in the morning. After breakfast, we complete the ship disembarkation procedures and leave the ship. We then depart for Turin Airport via the private vehicle waiting for us at the port. Upon arrival at the airport, after completing check-in and passport procedures, we depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK1312 at 18:50. We arrive at Istanbul Airport at 22:45 local time. End of our tour. |

CANCELLATION WITHOUT PENALTY UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE
All package programs within the campaign will offer an uninterrupted cancellation right up to 30 days before the departure date.
Cancellation conditions:
30 days or more: unrestricted cancellation
29 - 15 days remaining: 75% of the total amount,
14 - 0 days remaining: 100% of the total amount as a cancellation fee will be applied.
GENERAL INFORMATION
FLIGHT & PROGRAM INFORMATION
The flights specified in the program have been obtained from the relevant airline and cruise company. Our agency is not responsible for any changes that may occur in the times. For this reason, our agency reserves the right to make changes to the program due to any time change.
The operating agency reserves the right to change the flight route if deemed necessary. For example, a flight route announced as Nice/Lyon for a ship departing from Marseille can be changed to Marseille, or vice versa.
Documents required for visa applications are obtained within 96 hours. You must request your visa confirmation letters from your agency at least 4 days before your application.
SHIP & RESTAURANT ARRANGEMENTS
Guests are responsible for their own luggage during transfers between the airport and ports and between the airport and port. No agency official, guide, or driver has the right to accept luggage custody nor can they be held under any responsibility.
During the ship journey, 2 of your evening meals are official dinner nights; all male guests wishing to dine here must have at least one suit with them, and female guests must have at least one evening gown. The cruise company and captain reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary and port times before or during the tour. The contents specified in the program flow are for illustrative purposes only.
The operating agency reserves the right to change tour contents.
During the ship journey, the restaurants and tables where our group will have dinner are generally predetermined and numbered by names depending on the cruise company, while in some cruise companies it will be open seating. In ships with predetermined tables, everyone will sit at the predetermined tables from the first evening dinner until the last evening dinner, and guests who wish may also take their meals in other restaurants on the ship, subject to arrangement by the ship's authorized personnel.
PAYMENT & DEPOSIT ON BOARD
During ship check-in, without exception, every passenger (only 1 person per couple) must present a credit card to the ship reception or deposit cash when taking cabin keys. As a result of this presentation, an average provisional charge of 300 euros will be deducted from each credit card. The reason for this is the expenses you will incur on board after checking into the ship. You will be able to make your expenses on board using magnetic cards issued to you by the ship reception. Except for the casino, no cash transactions take place anywhere on the ship. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.
The minimum number of participants for all programs is 20 people (10 cabins). The operating agency reserves the right to cancel the tour 1 month in advance if the majority is not met. An alternative program may be offered to the guest.
BAGGAGE & PORT RULES
At the beginning of our ship journey, luggage tags of specific colors for all our group's luggage will be sent to you along with your cruise ticket. It is required to attach these tags to your luggage at the cruise port. Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowding and is the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is beneficial to pack essential needs for the first day you board the ship in a small handbag and carry it with you.
Strict adherence to the ship's departure times is required. At ports, boarding must be completed at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such a situation.
At the end of our ship journey, you must collect your luggage, attach the tags left in your cabins the night before, and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After our disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the station where their luggage is located. We earnestly request that each of our guests personally touch and check their own luggage when collecting it.
PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION
Passports older than 10 years, even if valid, cannot be used for exit abroad.
Your passport must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the tour end date.
Your passport must not be torn or worn out.
OTHER MATTERS
All guests must carry their round-trip flight tickets and ship tickets with them.
We recommend that our guests activate their mobile phones for international use.
