We meet with you, our valued guests, at the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal 3 hours before the flight time. Following our baggage drop-off, ticketing, and passport procedures, we depart for Bali on a Turkish Airlines flight. Upon arrival, after completing the baggage procedures, we transfer to our hotel in the vehicle waiting for us and have free time to rest.

After breakfast, we set off for our Handara Gate & Ulun Danu Beratan Temple & Sangeh Monkey Forest & Ubud Local Shopping tour with lunch, to discover Ubud’s unique natural and cultural beauties. Our first stop is Handara Gate, located amidst lush mountain scenery and considered one of Bali’s most iconic photo spots. After a photo break here, we visit Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, located on the shores of Lake Beratan and one of Bali’s most important temples. After exploring the temple with its magnificent lake views, we have a short free time. Continuing our journey, we proceed to the Sangeh Monkey Forest area, famous for its sacred forest and natural wildlife. Here, we have the opportunity to closely observe Bali’s natural beauty by taking a pleasant walk through the tropical forest, home to hundreds of monkeys. We then head to Ubud, known as the center of art and culture, where we have the opportunity to get to know local life more closely through Ubud local shopping. We have free time for shopping in this colorful market, famous for its handmade souvenirs, traditional art products and local handicrafts, followed by a transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.

After breakfast, we set off for our Kintamani & Mount Batur & Lake Batur & Goa Gajah & Luwak Coffee Experience tour with lunch, to explore Bali’s impressive volcanic landscapes and cultural heritage. Our first stop is Mount Batur, one of the island’s most famous natural landmarks. Admiring the panoramic views of this impressive mountain, notable for its active volcanic structure, we have the opportunity to take unforgettable photos. We then take a photo break on the shores of Lake Batur, located at the foot of the volcano and renowned for its fascinating beauty. Continuing our tour, we visit Goa Gajah, one of Bali’s oldest and most important sacred sites. Also known as the “Elephant Cave,” this historic temple complex offers the opportunity to discover Bali’s cultural richness up close with its unique rock carvings and mystical atmosphere. In the final part of our tour, we set off to experience Luwak coffee and gain insight into Bali’s world-famous coffee culture. After learning about the coffee production process, we have the opportunity to taste different types of coffee
varieties. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to rest.

After breakfast, we set off to explore Bali’s unique natural beauty on our Tegalalang Rice Terraces with Lunch and Iconic Swing & Tegenungan Waterfall & Tanah Lot Temple tour. Our first stop is the Tegalalang Rice Terrace, one of the island’s most iconic locations, known for its lush landscape and layered agricultural fields. During our photo break at these impressive rice terraces, which reflect traditional Balinese farming culture, we enjoy the area’s enchanting atmosphere, and guests who wish may take iconic swing photos here. We then visit Tegenungan Waterfall, located amidst tropical nature and regarded as one of Bali’s most popular waterfalls. At this spot, which impresses visitors with its natural beauty, we take a walk, experience the cool atmosphere of the waterfall, and have free time for photography. Continuing our tour, we proceed to Tanah Lot Temple, which has become one of Bali’s most important landmarks due to its location rising above the Indian Ocean. At this sacred temple, famous for its impressive view merging with the sea and its mystical atmosphere, we enjoy memorable moments while witnessing one of Bali’s unforgettable sunset views. After our tour, we transfer to our hotel and have free time to relax.

After breakfast, we depart for Nusa Dua Mengiat Beach, one of Bali’s most enjoyable coastal areas. We provide free time on this beautiful beach, which stands out with its crystal-clear sea, golden sands and peaceful atmosphere, so you can enjoy the sea, sand and sun. Afterwards, we head to the seafood restaurant located at Jimbaran Beach to have dinner. On the coast of the ocean, accompanied by a unique sunset view, we have the opportunity to taste Bali’s famous seafood. After our tour, transfer to our hotel and free time to rest.

Our guests may relax on Bali’s unique beaches, spend time at local markets and shopping centers, or discover Bali at their own pace through the various activities the island has to offer. On this day at leisure, which can be spent according to personal preferences, you can enjoy Bali’s natural beauty and tropical atmosphere. Accommodation at our hotel continues throughout the day, offering our guests ample time to rest and spend their free time.

After breakfast, we depart from the hotel and have free time until the time given by the guide. At the time specified by the guide, we transfer to the airport, and following the baggage and ticket procedures here, our flight to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines begins. Upon our arrival in Istanbul according to local time, our tour comes to an end.

- Intermediary and Responsibility: Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change, and all times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure dates. Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft will land. You can obtain information about flight times from our offices or your sales representative. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for schedule changes and delays caused by airlines.
- Flight Procedures: Passengers participating in tours with flights are personally responsible for check-in and boarding procedures, which must be completed at the airline counters at the airport or online before the flight. Last-minute delays and gate changes are announced audibly at airports and displayed on information boards. This information must be monitored.
- Participation in the Tour: Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for passengers who fail to be present at the specified airport at the times notified by Bluemaxx Travel, who do not complete their check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who do not board the aircraft. Passengers who miss their flight are responsible for the cost of new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the region required for them to join the tour.
- Program and Meals: Excursions specified in the programs may be conducted on days other than those indicated due to compelling circumstances. Lunches and dinners included in the program may be served at restaurants designated by the agency when deemed necessary or due to changes in flight times. Panoramic city tours are 2–3-hour tours organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional tours may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged. Optional tour prices may vary depending on the content and number of participants.
- Cancellation of the Tour: Panoramic tours and other program tours may not take place if local authorities do not permit visits or due to closed roads. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if these tours cannot take place when weather conditions make the tour impossible. In locations with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted, tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot.
- Optional Tours: Excursions indicated as optional in the program may not take place if there is insufficient participation. Optional tours along the route will be conducted even without the participation of all passengers. Guests who do not participate will be directed to rest areas by the guide. Passengers who do not participate in optional tours along the route will be deemed to have joined the tour by agreeing to wait at the rest stop.
- Personal Belongings: Participants in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and luggage. If forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings are found, any expenses incurred while delivering them to the country or person concerned shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
- Hotel and Accommodation: Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names. Triple rooms may include an extra bed, which may be a foldaway bed or a bed known as a coach bed. Therefore, for reservations for a third person and/or children, any possible lack of space in the rooms and the type of bed shall be deemed accepted. The child prices indicated in the price list are valid when the child stays with two adults. The continental breakfast served at hotels consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice. Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- Insurance and Health: Participants are required to carry their travel insurance with them during the trip. Reports concerning health problems, pregnancy, and medications in continuous use must be carried with you when participating in the tour.
- Other Notes: Tours may be combined with tours of other agencies. In this case, Bluemaxx Travel guests are the responsibility of Bluemaxx Travel. During busy periods (fairs, conventions, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc.), hotels may be located farther than the specified distances. In such cases, information will be provided 15 days before the tour departure date. When children under the age of 18 do not participate in the tour together with one or both of their parents, they must carry the required letters of consent with them during the trip.
- Passport validity date: For all our passengers traveling abroad, the issue date of their currently valid passports must not be more than 10 years ago. In addition, their passports must be valid for 6 months as of the end of the trip. Guests who will renew their passports are obliged to share their updated passport details through the channel from which they made the purchase at a later date if they do not provide valid passport information at the time of purchase.
