We set off towards Gobustan, located approximately 65 km southwest of Baku. It is the region richest in archaeological artifacts in Azerbaijan and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Situated near the Caspian Sea on the ancient Shirvan route, Gobustan is also known as an open-air museum. Here, carved rocks and painted stones provide important information about prehistoric and medieval society life, hunting, animals, and vegetation worldwide. Afterward, we continue our journey to visit the nearby Mud Volcanoes area. This region is one of the most fascinating places in Azerbaijan, famous for its natural resources; it hosts over half of the world's more than 700 mud volcanoes, including some of the largest. Upon arrival, you will feel as if you are among "moon craters." Following the guide's explanations in the area, we observe active volcanic movements. After visiting the mud volcanoes, we will have lunch at a local restaurant before heading to the Carpet Museum, the largest in Azerbaijan's history.

Located 30 km from the center of Baku, at the foothills of Surakhani village, the Eternal Fire Temple (17th-18th centuries) was revered by Zoroastrians, Hindus and Sikhs at various times. It emerged in the 17th-18th centuries. The name "Atashgah" was given to the temple because it is located where eternal fires could not be extinguished, namely natural gas outlets, meaning "House of Fire" or "Place of Fire". This site provides important information about prehistoric medieval society life, hunting, animals and vegetation with its carved rocks and painted stones. Then we return to Baku for our visit to the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center. The building, designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid, reflects the rise of the Caspian Sea in Azerbaijani mythology and was constructed in 3.5 years. As one of Azerbaijan's most important structures, the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center is seen as a symbol of the Azerbaijani society's approach to the future with its modern, unusual and futuristic architecture. Inside the center are permanent and temporary exhibitions, archaeological findings, an ethnography section, classic vehicles, personal belongings of Haydar Aliyev and official cars. During this visit, you will gain extensive knowledge about Azerbaijan from past to present. After our tour, we return to our hotel. To benefit from the advantageous tour package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
Extra tours take place with a minimum of 15 participants. In case of fewer than 15 participants, there may be changes in tour prices or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
In our programs, the guide will meet you at the arrival area; the included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding services will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be carried out if places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot within available limits if roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted at certain points.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any complaints arising after this information has been provided. The guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and Bluemaxx Travel cannot accept any liability.
To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is required that such passports be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. Responsibility lies with the passenger in case of non-compliance.
Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.
Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. Bluemaxx Travel only performs the role of an intermediary agency. There is no penalty or liability for Bluemaxx Travel in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
When Bluemaxx Travel submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that could prevent travel resulting from such errors.
For passengers who will apply for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for possible delays.
If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through Bluemaxx Travel Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and timing may change, and hotels may show variations during high season or special periods due to availability, so alternative similar hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
Child discounts apply only to children staying with two adults.
Breakfasts offered at hotels are continental breakfasts, not Turkish breakfasts. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
During reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
Whether obtained from Bluemaxx Travel or not, guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police. In case of encountering fines due to not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with the guests.
Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another country or countries or being denied entry at the border. As this situation is outside the control of Bluemaxx Travel, parties acknowledge that Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility in such cases.
To ensure economic and time benefits for the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
Panoramic city tours are organized for city introductions. City tours and extra tours may be arranged on different days, provided the content remains unchanged, or may not take place due to weather conditions. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or price changes may occur.
Tours or visits that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held liable for the inability to conduct these tours.
Flight seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in such cases.
Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket themselves (as a round-trip ticket if necessary, according to the previous clause). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to missing the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country via a different flight than the group, the transfer from the airport-city or airport-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets can only perform upgrade operations if availability exists on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets have been issued. Since flight seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference indicated by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
To use mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings without any omissions when leaving briefly or completely.
Bluemaxx Travel may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown, without altering the content of the program, in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held liable if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.
General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
