DAY 1 - ISTANBUL - MOSCOW
Meeting at Istanbul Airport, International Terminal, at the Turkish Airlines counter at 06:00. After check-in and passport procedures, departure to Moscow at 09:10 on Turkish Airlines flight TK417. Following our arrival in Moscow at 13:00 local time, we will begin our panoramic city tour. During the city tour, Leningrad Avenue, Tverskaya Street, the Parliament Building, the Bolshoi Theatre, Lubyanka Square, the KGB Headquarters Building, St. Basil's Cathedral, Red Square, Gum Shopping Center, Christ the Savior Cathedral, and the Parliament Building are among the places to be seen panoramically. At the end of our tour, transfer to our hotel and dinner. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 2 - MOSCOW
After breakfast at our hotel, we will have optional extra tours with our guests who wish to join: the NOVODEVICHY Cemetery, where NAZIM HIKMET and many statesmen and artists who shaped Russian history are buried, and the METRO + ARBAT tours. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and dinner. After dinner, optional extra MO SCOW BY NIGHT tour. Overnight at our hotel
DAY 3 - MOSCOW
After breakfast, we will do our optional extra “KREMLIN” tour. After our tour, we will head to our ship waiting for us at the port. After boarding the ship and settling into our cabins, our ship departs. At the briefing meeting to be held at the specified time, information will be given about the ports to be visited, the waterways to be covered, and the operating system of the locks. Toward evening, we will be at the captain's welcome cocktail. Dinner and overnight on our ship.
DAY 4 - UGLICH
After breakfast, you can join the onboard activities or watch the beauties of the Volga River from the upper deck. After lunch, our ship arrives in Uglich. On the free Uglich walking tour we will take in this charming town on the banks of the Volga; the Transfiguration Cathedral in the Old Kremlin Square and the Church of St. Demetrius on the Blood, built on the place where Dmitry, son of Ivan the Terrible, was killed at the age of 9, are among the sights to be seen. Ship departure at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on our ship.
DAY 5 - GORITSY / KIRILOV
After breakfast, you can take part in various activities on the ship and watch the beauties of the Volga River from the deck. Arrival in Goritsy after lunch. Known as a picturesque and peaceful village in Russia, Goritsy has a small harbor on the riverbank. By immersing yourself in the simplicity of this small and charming village, you will discover its medieval atmosphere. This region is also one of the important centers of early Christianity in Russia, and therefore it reflects the spiritual life of many monasteries and monks. Upon arrival in this beautiful village located on the riverbank, we depart by bus to Kirilov Town, 10 km away. After our visit to the monastery in the town, we return to the village. We will have free time to explore the village and shop. At the specified time, return to our ship and departure of the ship. On the upper deck of the ship, you can sip your coffee and watch the scenic views along the riverbank, almost like paintings. Dinner and overnight on our ship.
DAY 6 - KIZHI
After breakfast, you can join onboard activities and watch the beauty of Lake Onega. After lunch, arrival in Kizhi at 17:00. This island, located inside Lake Onega above the 60th parallel, is an open-air museum and is on UNESCO's World Cultural Heritage list. On the free Kizhi walking tour we will take in Kizhi; we will see the wooden Transfiguration Church, built without the use of a single nail, with its 22 domes in a fairy-tale appearance, and the old wooden Russian village houses, and we will receive information about past village and island life. Free time on the island after the tour. Then return to our ship and departure of the ship at 20:30. Dinner and overnight on our ship.
DAY 7 - MANDROGI
Breakfast on the ship and arrival in Mandrogi at 10:30. Free time in Mandrogi, a lush green village with colorful Russian wooden houses. Here you can take a walk in the open air surrounded by greenery, visit the mini zoo, souvenir shops located in beautiful wooden buildings, and souvenir workshops. There is also a small vodka museum here. (Entrance fee applies) Departure of the ship after lunch. While our ship cruises among Russia's northern forests, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery. Tonight you will be hosted with the Captain's Gala Dinner. Overnight on our ship.
DAY 8 - VALAAM
After breakfast on the ship, we arrive in Valaam. Located north of Lake Ladoga, the largest lake in Europe, the Valaam archipelago has an extraordinary beauty with its nature and historical monasteries. On the walking tour we will take in Valaam, the largest of the archipelago islands, we will discover the historical structures dating back to the 14th century and the island's amazing natural beauty. Valaam has a very important place in Orthodox Christianity. We will learn about the history of the island and the region, which have witnessed many historical events, as well as the monasteries and religious centers here. After the tour, return to the ship and the ship's departure to St. Petersburg. Tonight you will be hosted with the Captain's Gala Dinner. Overnight on our ship.
DAY 9 - ST.PETERSBURG
After breakfast, arrival in St. Petersburg. After the disembarkation procedures, we leave the ship with our suitcases and begin our city tour. During our tour, Alexandr Nevsky Monastery, Nevsky Prospect, Count Stroganov Palace, Palace Square, Winter Palace, St. Isaac's Cathedral, Smolny Monastery, Anichkov Palace and Bridge, and the Church of the Savior on Blood are among the places to be seen. After the tour, optional extra “HERMITAGE MUSEUM” and, again for those who wish, optional extra “CANAL” tours will take place. Then transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.
DAY 10 - ST. PETERSBURG
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out procedures and transfer to the airport. End of our tour after the return flight.
- Our company shall not be responsible for changes to the times and dates made by the ship, airline or train company.
- The ship, airline and train companies reserve the right to make these changes.
- The operating days and hours of the museums and archaeological sites specified in the program may vary.
- Travel documents and airline tickets are sent to guests 48 hours before the trip. Participants are obliged to read and check these tickets and the information contained therein.
- Due to river water levels, changes in port conditions, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances, the shipping company has the right to make changes to the program. Accordingly, the ports to be visited and the arrival and departure times at the ports may change depending on river traffic.
- Our agency is not responsible for passengers who are not present at the airport specified at the times notified by our agency or at the port where the ship will dock, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but are unable to board the aircraft or ship and therefore cannot take the trip. Passengers who miss the aircraft or ship shall be responsible for all costs of new round-trip airline tickets required to join the tour or transportation to the port where they can reach the ship, as well as transfers in the destination region.
- Information regarding the ships' departure times from the port is announced on board via announcements or information boards. Guests are obliged to follow this information. If the ship's departure is missed, all costs incurred to continue the trip by boarding the ship from a different port or to return by cutting the trip short shall be borne by the passenger. No refund of the tour fee can be made if the trip is cut short.
- For international trips, a legally valid passport with at least 6 months' validity remaining from the date of the end of the trip is mandatory. Passengers' passports must not be damaged/worn/torn and must contain a blank visa page. Passengers are obliged to fulfill the legal requirements necessary for entry into the countries to be visited. If these rules are not followed, our passengers shall be personally responsible for any losses resulting from being denied boarding at the airports.
- Passengers participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags and luggage, and our agency is not responsible for forgotten/lost/stolen belongings. If forgotten belongings are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.
- Full-board accommodation on the ship begins with dinner on the first day and ends with breakfast on the last day.
- In Russia, museums, archaeological sites, and the main squares and thoroughfares of cities may be closed by the government without prior notice. In this case, the right to make changes to or cancel the planned tours (city tour, optional tour) is at the discretion of the ship management and the guide. This situation cannot be foreseen in advance.
- Buses for optional tours are only for guests who have joined the optional tour, and guests who do not participate in the tours may not use these buses.
- The programs and days of the tours and optional tours in Moscow and St. Petersburg may change depending on the museums and archaeological sites. Some tours may be conducted as combined tours.
Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation without penalty up to 90 days before the tour departure date (The right to cancel without penalty up to 90 days before the tour departure date is valid only for the ship portion. Airline ticket deductions will be charged separately).
A 50% penalty applies between 89 and 60 days.
An 80% penalty applies between 59 and 45 days.
A 100% penalty applies from 44 days until the tour departure date.

- Travel health and cancellation insurance (To ensure that all our passengers do not suffer in the event of a health-related cancellation, it is recommended that they obtain travel health insurance.)
- Visa fee: Russia applies visas to ordinary (regular) passports. To participate in the Volga Tour, online electronic visa is required. The visa fee is 100 Euro per person. No visa is required for green passports. Regardless of passport type, entry to Russia requires a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the end of the tour, undamaged, and with no tears in its seams.
