DAY 1 - ISTANBUL - MOSCOW
Meeting at 06:00 at Istanbul Airport, International Terminal, Turkish Airlines counter. After check-in and passport procedures, departure to Moscow at 09:10 with Turkish Airlines flight TK417. Upon our arrival in Moscow at 13:00 local time, we will take our panoramic city tour. During the city tour; Leningrad Avenue, Tverskaya Street, Parliament Building, Bolshoy Theater, Lubyanka Square, KGB Central Building, St. Basil's Church, Red Square, GUM Shopping Center, Church of Christ the Savior, and the Assembly Building are among the places to be seen panoramically. At the end of our tour, transfer to our hotel and dinner. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 2 - MOSCOW
After breakfast at our hotel, we will carry out optional extra tours with our guests who wish to join: the NOVODEVICHY Cemetery, where NAZIM HIKMET and many statesmen and artists who shaped Russian history are buried, and the METRO + ARBAT tours. After the tour, transfer to our hotel and dinner. After dinner, we will depart for the optional extra MOSCOW UNDER THE LIGHTS tour with our guests who wish to join. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 3 - MOSCOW
After breakfast, we are doing our optional extra “KREMLIN” tour. After our tour, we will head to our ship waiting for us at the port. After the boarding procedures and settling into the cabins, our ship departs. At the information meeting to be held at the specified time, information will be given about the ports to be visited, the waterways to be traveled, and the operating system of the lock gates. Toward evening, we are at the captain’s welcome cocktail. Dinner and overnight on our ship.
DAY 4 - UGLICH
After breakfast, you can join the onboard activities or watch the beauties of the Volga River from the upper deck. After lunch, our ship arrives in Uglich. On our free Uglich walking tour in this charming city on the banks of the Volga; the Transfiguration Cathedral in Old Kremlin Square and the Church of Demetrius on the Blood, built at the place where Dimitri, the son of Ivan the Terrible, was killed at the age of 9, are among the places to be seen. The ship departs at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on our ship.
DAY 5 - KUZINO
After breakfast on the ship, we reach Kuzino, located at the confluence of the Sukhona and Yug rivers, accompanied by the beautiful landscapes of Northern Russia. Right opposite the historic Veliky Ustyug, this small settlement stands out for its tranquility and naturalness, and it is also one of the important stops of Viking River Cruises. Here, we stop and, for guests who wish, set off by bus toward the Kirillo-Belozersky Monastery, one of the most magnificent structures in the region. This monastery, one of the finest examples of medieval Russian architecture, has a unique value not only religiously but also culturally and historically. After our monastery visit, return to our ship and the ship departs. After lunch, you can enjoy the scenery and participate in various activities on board. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
DAY 6 - PETROZAVODSK
After breakfast, you can watch the beauty of Lake Onega, the second largest lake in Europe, from the deck. After lunch, at 17:00 our ship arrives in Petrozavodsk, the capital of the Karelia Autonomous Republic. We set out to discover the important squares and avenues of this city established on the shores of Lake Onega. The famous Onega Embankment and Governor Park, where the city residents spend their free time, are also among the places we will see. Free time in the center after the city tour. Then return to the ship and the ship departs. Dinner and overnight on our ship.
DAY 7 - SVIRSTROY
After breakfast, you can join the activities on board or watch the beauties of the Svir River from the deck. Arrival in Svirstroy at 12:00 noon. We leave the ship to explore this charming town on the banks of the Svir River. In Svirstroy there is one of the first hydroelectric power plants in the USSR. This power plant bears the name of engineer and academic Genrih Graftio, who carried out pioneering work in the construction of hydroelectric power plants that began during the Soviet Union era and played an important role in the development of energy infrastructure in the USSR. Svirstroy is also one of the important places in Russian Christian history. After our excursion here, return to the ship and departure at 15:30. Dinner and overnight on our ship.
DAY 8 - ST.PETERSBURG
After breakfast, arrival in St. Petersburg. After the check-out procedures, we leave the ship with our luggage and begin our city tour. During our tour, Alexander Nevsky Monastery, Nevsky Prospekt Street, Count Stroganov Palace, Palace Square, Winter Palace, St Isaac's Cathedral, Smolny Monastery, Anichkov Palace and Bridge, and the Blood Church of Alexander II are among the places to be seen. After the tour, optional extra “HERMITAGE MUSEUM” tours will be held with our guests who wish to join, and optional extra “CANAL” tours will also be held with our guests who wish to join. Then transfer to our hotel. Dinner and overnight at our hotel.
DAY 9 - ST. PETERSBURG
After breakfast, we leave the hotel and set off for St. Petersburg airport. After check-in and passport procedures, return flight and the end of our tour.

Travel documents and flight tickets are sent to guests 48 hours before the trip. Participants are responsible for reading and checking these tickets and the information provided in their details.

The cruise company reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to river water levels, changes in port conditions, weather conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. Accordingly, the ports to be visited and the arrival and departure times at the ports may vary depending on river traffic.

Our agency shall not be responsible for passengers who are not present at the specified airport or at the port where the ship will dock at the times notified by our agency for participation in the tour, who do not complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or who complete check-in and boarding procedures on time but are unable to board the aircraft or ship. Passengers who miss the aircraft or ship shall be responsible for all costs of any new round-trip flight tickets required for them to join the tour, transportation to the port where they can board the ship, and transfers in the destination area.

Information regarding the ships' departure times from the port is announced on board via announcements or information boards. Guests are responsible for following this information. If the ship is missed, all costs incurred for continuing the journey by boarding the ship at a different port or returning after ending the journey prematurely shall be borne by the passenger. No refund of the tour fee can be made if the journey is ended prematurely.

For international trips, it is mandatory to have a passport that is legally valid for at least 6 months beyond the end date of the trip. Passengers' passports must not be damaged, worn, or torn, and must contain blank visa pages. Passengers are required to fulfill the legal obligations necessary for entry into the countries to be visited. If these rules are not complied with, passengers shall be personally responsible for any losses arising from being denied boarding at airports.

Passengers participating in the tour are responsible for their personal belongings, bags, and suitcases, and our agency shall not be responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen belongings. If forgotten belongings are found, the costs incurred in delivering them to the country and/or person shall be borne by the owner of the belongings.

Full-board accommodation on the ship begins with dinner on the first day and ends with breakfast on the last day.

In Russia, museums, archaeological sites, and the main squares and thoroughfares of cities may be closed by the government without prior notice. In this case, the right to make changes to or cancel the planned tours (city tour, optional tour) is at the discretion of the ship management and the guide. This situation cannot be foreseen in advance.

Optional tour buses are exclusively for guests participating in the optional tour, and guests who do not participate in the tours may not use these buses.

The schedules and days of the tours and optional tours in Moscow and St. Petersburg may vary depending on the museums and archaeological sites. Some tours may be conducted as combined tours.
Cancellation Terms;
RIGHT TO CANCEL WITHOUT PENALTY up to 90 days before the tour departure date (The right to cancel without penalty up to 90 days before the tour departure date applies only to the ship portion. Flight ticket cancellation fees will be charged separately.)
A 50% penalty applies between 89 and 60 days!
An 80% penalty applies between 59 and 45 days!
A 100% penalty applies from 44 days before the tour departure date up to the departure date.

- Visa Fee: Russia applies visas to ordinary (regular) passports. To participate in the Volga Tour, an ONLINE ELECTRONIC VISA is required. Visa fee per person (100 EURO) No visa is required for green passports. Regardless of passport type, for entry into Russia, a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the end of the tour and is in no way damaged, with no tearing in its seams, is required.
