Day 1: Konya - Cairo
Meet at the FREEBIRD Airlines counter in front of the Konya Airport International Departures Terminal at 13:00. After completing ticket and departure procedures at the airport, depart at 16:00 on a special FREEBIRD Airlines flight to Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Upon arrival at Sphinx International Airport at local time 17:00, proceed to downtown Cairo. Following our arrival in Cairo, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist sites during our panoramic city tour, including the Citadel of Cairo, Al-Muizz Street Mosque (Mehmet Ali Pasha Mosque), Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Shafi'i Mosque, Anwar Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic Art, Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2: Cairo
Morning, free time after breakfast. At the time set by our guide, guests may optionally join the Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour and the Dinner Cruise on the Nile. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 3: Cairo - Sharm El Sheikh
After our early breakfast, we check out of the rooms. We depart for Egypt's exotic destination Sharm El Sheikh. After our enjoyable 7-hour journey, we check into our hotel and spend the night.
Day 4: Sharm El Sheikh
Morning, free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the tours organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 5: Sharm El Sheikh
In the morning, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel after breakfast. By 12:00, we check out and vacate our rooms. Guests who wish may join additional tours arranged separately. Transfer to the airport will be provided at the time determined by the guide.
Day 6: Sharm El Sheikh - Konya
After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with FREEBIRD Airlines' special service begins at 04:30. Upon arrival at 06:00 local time, our journey ends. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices for optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the dates of optional tours provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to optional tours.
- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
- In our programs, our guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
- Guests must notify the guide of optional tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund conditions of the requested optional tour may vary depending on the local supplier's final decision.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically from the vehicle with commentary by the guide; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours or other tours specified in the program cannot take place when local authorities close the places to be visited on the corresponding day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicles are not permitted, insofar as possible.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to inform guests of the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise despite the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility whatsoever if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of intermediary. BTB TOURS has no liability or obligation in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into account. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding consular fees and similar amounts paid for the visa, provided that they prove with their passport that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the plane lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may change during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will block one subject to availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During the reservation/registration, the first and last name as shown on the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Whether or not obtained from BTB TOURS, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the travel insurance was not carried, responsibility belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this is outside BTB TOURS' control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS has no responsibility in such a situation.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not reached, optional tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and the outbound and return flights are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. The airline's rules apply in this case.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by individuals. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided there is availability on the relevant airline's flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade before completing the upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether your line is enabled for international calls and roaming.
- When temporarily or permanently leaving the means of transport you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- BTB TOURS may, when force majeure circumstances arise or when deemed necessary, change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent form from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both parents. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
