Day 1: Ankara - Cairo
Meet at the AJET AIRLINES counter in front of Ankara Esenboğa International Departures Terminal at 09:45. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on Ajet Airlines' scheduled flight VF599 at 12:45 to Cairo, the capital of Egypt.
Upon arrival at local time 13:45, proceed to our hotel. After check-in, settle into your rooms and enjoy free time. Guests who wish may optionally join the 'Dinner Cruise on the Nile'. Overnight at our hotel.

During our boat tour on the Nile River, we will enjoy dinner accompanied by live music while taking in the lights and night views of Cairo. Transportation from the hotel to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dancer performance are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.
Day 2 / Cairo
After breakfast, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist attractions such as the Citadel of Cairo, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Rifa'i Mosque, Saad Zaghloul's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic Art, Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square during our panoramic city tour at the time set by our guide.
Following the city tour, we will meet for our transfer at the time designated by our guide to attend the Shakira Concert at the Giza Pyramids, departing in our private vehicles. The concert, held under the enchanting silhouette of the pyramids, will feel like time standing still in Giza. After the concert, we will return to our hotels for an overnight stay at our hotel.
Day 3: Cairo
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish may join the 'Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour', which will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

Are you ready to see one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World? Today, we will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and the New Cairo Museum, one of the world's richest museums. We will have lunch at a local restaurant. Entrance fees for the Pyramids Area and the Cairo Museum are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.
Day 4 / Cairo-Ankara
In the morning, after an early breakfast, we are transferred to the airport at the time determined by our guide. By 12:00, we check out and vacate our rooms. After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with Ajet Airlines on flight VF600 begins at 14:35. Upon arrival at 17:35 local time, our journey concludes. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from Advantageous Travel package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours require a minimum of 10 participants. In case of fewer than 10 participants, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours while keeping the content unchanged.
- Price changes may occur on extra tours depending on regional density or season. Prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply on extra tours.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding services will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
- Guests must inform their guide about cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation/refund status of requested extra tours may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified km. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour packages are tours lasting up to 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be carried out if places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. BTB Tours is not responsible for the inability to carry out such tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible due to closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- Guide meetings in our tour programs take place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the reception of the hotel where they stay before the pickup time given by the guide.
- Hotels, etc., listed in the program are offered for sale. Availability at hotels may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, similar alternative hotels may be provided.
- To prevent guests from being affected by exchange rate fluctuations, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of currency. Old/worn-out currencies are not accepted by banks at destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservation transactions will not be made with old-type currencies that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are international, knowledge of foreign languages is the responsibility of the guests.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations available below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any complaints arising after such information has been provided. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with T.C. green passports whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is required that such passports be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. Any obstruction in this regard is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. BTB TOURS has no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only performs its role as an intermediary institution. There is no penalty or liability for BTB TOURS in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When BTB TOURS submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that could hinder the flight.
- The documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through BTB TOURS Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week from the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may change during high season or special periods, similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations have been communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve additional bed arrangements, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, blockage is made by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Our guests must have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering the relevant fine because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the control of BTB TOURS, it is accepted that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such cases.
- To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for city introductions. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, extra tours may not be held or price changes may occur.
- Tours or trips that are not allowed by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours or trips.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may miss part or all of the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with miles can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets have been issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference in the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before upgrading. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving briefly or entirely.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. BTB TOURS cannot be held liable if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.
- General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
