Day 1: Ankara – Baku
Meet at AJET Airlines counter in front of the Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal at 09:30.
After completing outbound procedures, we depart for Baku on AJET Airlines flight VF577 at 12:25. Upon arrival, we leave the airport and begin our panoramic city tour. We view the Haydar Aliyev Center, which has become a symbol of Baku, panoramically. Then, we take a short photo break at Flag Square and Baku Boulevard to immortalize this moment. After visiting Ag Shahri, a newly opened area in Baku, we proceed to our hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we complete check-in procedures and settle into our rooms. Guests who wish may optionally join the Evening Dinner Old Baku City Tour, which will be organized separately.

The tour begins at the Old City fortress walls (where tourists can learn about the objects surrounding them), including monuments such as the monument to Sabir, Azerbaijan's first national poet, and the monument to Nizami with its installation date. The program also includes Yayla Park (Shahidlar Street, Turkish Mosque, Mini Square of the Double Hero of the Soviet Union, Lieutenant General Hazi Aslanov, Flame Towers, Eternal Flame, an observation deck with magnificent views), Baku and Baku Bay views, Baku TV Tower, and Little Venice. The tour features walking and bus segments through the city. It also covers the building of the City Duma, home to the Philharmonic Orchestra named after Muslim Magomayev, the first women's school in the East, and the exterior of the Ismaili house in Venetian style. We will explore the famous Torgoviy Street, reminiscent of Baku's Independence Avenue, known as the Barvikha of the 19th century with its extraordinary houses. Passing through Dagustu Park, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city, we savor the bird's-eye view of Baku. Afterwards, we proceed to a restaurant for our dinner set menu. On this tour, you can experience Azerbaijani cuisine. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2: Baku
Morning, free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the extra 'Lunch Included Qobustan – Mud Volcanoes – Haydar Aliyev Museum Tour Per Person – 80 USD tour. Overnight at our hotel.

We set off towards Gobustan, located approximately 65 km southwest of Baku. It is Azerbaijan's richest region in terms of archaeological artifacts and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Situated near the Caspian Sea on the ancient Shirvan route, Gobustan is also known as an open-air museum. Here, carved rocks and painted stones provide important information about prehistoric medieval society life, hunting, animals, and vegetation from all over the world. Later, we continue our journey to visit the nearby Mud Volcanoes region. This area is one of the most fascinating places in Azerbaijan, famous for its natural resources; it holds more than half of the world's 700+ mud volcanoes, including some of the largest. Upon arrival, you will feel as if you are among "moon craters." After guided explanations in the area, we observe active volcanic movements. Following the mud volcanoes, we have lunch at a local restaurant before returning to Baku for our visit to the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center. The building, designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid, reflects the rising of the Caspian Sea in Azerbaijani mythology and was constructed in 3.5 years. As one of Azerbaijan's most important structures, the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center is seen as a symbol of the Azerbaijani people's approach to the future with its modern, unusual, and futuristic architecture. Inside the center, there are permanent and temporary exhibitions, archaeological findings, an ethnography section, classic vehicles, personal items belonging to Haydar Aliyev, and official cars. During this visit, you will gain extensive knowledge about Azerbaijan from past to present. After our tour, we return to our hotel.
Day 3: Baku
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the extra organized "Atasgah, Yanardağ & Baku Historical Villages Tour" for 90 USD and the "Azerbaijan Night with Dinner and Music" – 60 USD tour. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Located 30 km from the center of Baku, at the foot of Surakhani village, is the Eternal Fire Temple (17th-18th centuries), revered by Zoroastrians, Hindus, and Sikhs at various times. It emerged in the 17th-18th centuries. The temple is called "Atasgah" because it stands where eternal fires cannot be extinguished; natural gas outlets burning there mean "House of Fire" or "Place of Fire." This site provides important information about prehistoric medieval society life, hunting, animals, and vegetation through its carved rocks and painted stones. After having lunch at a local restaurant, we visit Baku's historical villages. After visiting the Ethnic Qala Museum, Mardakan Fortress, and Ramana Fortress, we return to our hotel.

We will spend an evening full of dance, music, and entertainment at the restaurant where we will have dinner as a set menu.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Travel package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. In case of fewer than 10 participants, there may be changes in tour prices or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the dates of the extra tours while keeping the content unchanged.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the designated area. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding services will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such cases, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours organized for general introduction to cities, conducted with guide narration from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible due to closures of places to be visited by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, road closures due to any event along the route, or weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot within available limits if roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted at certain points.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising after such information has been provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they intend to visit and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; it is required that said passports be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. There is no penalty or liability for the Operator in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be verified by the guest. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that could prevent boarding due to such errors.
- For passengers who will apply for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and due to availability in high season or special periods, hotels may show changes, so alternative similar hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; however, if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Our guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with the guests if they encounter fines due to not carrying their travel insurance.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited some countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the parties accept that the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases.
- To provide economy and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be scheduled on different days without changing the content, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be conducted or price changes may occur.
- Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and outbound and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically expire. In such cases, the rules of the airline company apply.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket themselves (if necessary, as an outbound-return ticket according to the previous clause). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to missing the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country via a different flight than the group, the transfer from the airport-city or airport-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets have been issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference indicated by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class. The price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings without any omissions when leaving temporarily or completely.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. The Operator cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
