Day 1: Sivas – Hurghada
Meet at the FREEBIRD Airlines counter in front of the Sivas Nuri Demirağ Airport International Departures Terminal at 02:00. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on a special FREEBIRD Airlines flight to Hurghada, Egypt's exotic holiday destination, at 05:00. Upon arrival at local time 06:45, proceed to our hotel and check into your rooms by 10:00. Guests who wish may optionally join the evening 'Hurghada City Tour'. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2: Hurghada
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can join the ‘Luxor Tour’, which will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

The Luxor region, where many of the most important monuments of mysterious Egyptian history can be seen together, is located only 3.5 hours away from Hurghada. In this tour, we will depart early in the morning from our hotel and return in the evening, visiting Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, the Colossi of Memnon, the Nile Delta, and other of the world's rarest historical and natural treasures with our expert guide. We will have our lunch at a local restaurant during the tour. This tour includes lunch and museum entrance fees.
Day 3: Hurghada – Cairo
In the morning, after having breakfast early, we check out from our hotels and set off from the exotic holiday destination Hurghada towards Cairo, the capital of Egypt. After a pleasant journey lasting approximately 7 hours, upon our arrival in Cairo in the afternoon, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist sites during our panoramic city tour, including the Citadel of Cairo, Muhammad Ali Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Shafi'i Mosque, Anwar Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, the Museum of Islamic History, the Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, we will check into our hotel for overnight stay.
Day 4: Cairo
Morning, free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the additional 'Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour' and 'Dinner Cruise on the Nile'. Overnight at our hotel.

Are you ready to see one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World? Today we will visit the Giza Pyramids, the mysterious Sphinx, and the New Cairo Museum, one of the world's richest museums. We will have lunch at a local restaurant. Entrance fees for the Pyramids Area and Cairo Museum are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.
Extra Tour: Dinner cruise on the Nile // USD 75 per adult – USD 55 per child
During our boat tour on the Nile River, we will enjoy dinner accompanied by live music and have the opportunity to savor the lights and night views of Cairo. Transfer from the hotel to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dancer show are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.
Day 5: Cairo – Sharm El Sheikh
After breakfast taken early in the morning, we check out from our hotels and embark on a pleasant journey of approximately 7 hours from Cairo, the capital of Egypt, to the exotic holiday destination Sharm El Sheikh. Upon arrival in Sharm El Sheikh, we check into the hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 6: Sharm El Sheikh
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can join the additional 'Sea Scope (Marine Observation Tour)' and 'ATV Desert Safari Tour' that will be organized separately. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Sea Scope (Marine Observation) Tour // 50 USD per Adult – 30 USD per Child
This amazing underwater journey is conducted in Royal Sea Scope's semi-submersible glass-bottom boats, which are among the most luxurious in the region and accommodate up to 80 passengers. For two hours, you can observe the magnificent marine life of the Red Sea at a depth of 3 meters without getting wet. Recommended for families with children.

Pick-up from your hotel begins this exciting and action-packed tour lasting approximately 2 hours. You will dance through the desert sands on four-wheeled ATV Quad motorcycles, capture unforgettable moments during photo stops at the stunning sunset, and have the opportunity to ride camels in the desert. At our final stop, a Bedouin tent, you will relax with tea service before being returned to your hotel. *** Bedouin tea and helmet are included in the tour price. Day 7: Sharm El Sheikh – Sivas
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. We check out by vacating our rooms. At the time determined by our guide, we transfer to the airport. After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with FREEBIRD Airlines' special service begins at 11:45. Following arrival at 13:30 local time, our journey ends. IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Travel package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours require a minimum of 10 participants. In case of fewer than 10 participants, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be conducted via metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours, provided the content remains the same.
- In cases where the tour program provides category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests upon arrival in the area. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted panoramically with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entrance fees to museums or archaeological sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to conduct due to closures of places to be visited by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, road closures due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, depending on available opportunities, if roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted at certain points.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations listed below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports; it is required that said passports be renewed and, if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, the situation is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator bears no responsibility regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors.
- For passengers applying for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times considering this period. In case of failure to do so, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week from the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and timing may change, and due to availability, hotels may change during high season or special periods, with alternative similar hotels being offered. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are assigned based on hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, blocks are made by the hotel based on availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be used for travel must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalty fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Our guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who fail to carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering such a fine due to not carrying travel insurance, responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or the inability to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the parties accept that the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases.
- To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, the Operator is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
- Tours or trips that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed due to missing the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if availability exists on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets have been issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference indicated by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before upgrading. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving temporarily or permanently.
- In case of force majeure or if deemed necessary, the Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not occur due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
- General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
