Day 1: Istanbul
Meet at the Turkish Airlines counter in Istanbul New Airport International Departures Terminal at 23:10.
Day 2: Istanbul – Baku
After completing departure procedures, we depart for Baku on Turkish Airlines flight TK338 at 02:10. Upon arrival, we leave the airport and begin our panoramic city tour. We view the Haydar Aliyev Center, which has become a symbol of Baku, panoramically. Then, we take a short photo break at Flag Square and Baku Boulevard to immortalize this moment. After visiting Ag Shahri, a newly opened area in Baku, we proceed to our hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we complete check-in procedures and settle into our rooms. Guests who wish may additionally join the 'Evening Dinner Old Baku City Tour' that will be organized separately. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Evening Dinner Old Baku City Tour Per Person – Per Person: 80 USD
The tour begins at the fortress walls of the Old City, where tourists can learn about the objects surrounding them (including monuments such as the monument to Sabir, Azerbaijan's first national poet, and the monument to Nizami, along with its establishment date). The program also includes the building of the City Duma, which houses the Philharmonic Orchestra named after Muslim Magomayev, the first women's school in the East; the exterior of the Ismaili House, designed in a Venetian style; and the famous Torgoviy Street, reminiscent of Istiklal Avenue in Baku. This street is known as the Barvikha of the 19th century with its extraordinary houses. We pass through Dagustu Park, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city, and enjoy a bird's-eye view of Baku. Afterwards, we proceed to a restaurant for dinner served as a set menu. During this tour, you can experience Azerbaijani cuisine.
Day 3: Baku
Morning, free time after breakfast. Guests who wish may join the optional 'Lunch Included Gobustan – Mud Volcanoes – Carpet Museum Tour'. Overnight at our hotel.

We set off towards Gobustan, located approximately 65 km southwest of Baku. This region is Azerbaijan's richest in archaeological treasures and is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Situated near the Caspian Sea on the ancient Shirvan route, Gobustan is also known as an open-air museum. It provides important information about prehistoric and medieval societal life, hunting, animals, and vegetation through its rock carvings and painted stones. Afterward, we continue our journey to visit the nearby Mud Volcanoes area. This region is one of the most fascinating places in Azerbaijan, famous for its natural resources; it is home to more than half of the world's over 700 mud volcanoes, including some of the largest. Upon arrival, you will feel as if you are among "moon craters."
Following the guide's explanations in the area, we observe active volcanic movements. After visiting the mud volcanoes, we proceed to a local restaurant for lunch before heading to the Carpet Museum, the largest in Azerbaijan.
Day 4: Baku
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the extra 'Atasgah, Yanardag & Haydar Aliyev Museum Tour' and the 'Evening Dinner with Music Azerbaijan Night Tour'. After the tour, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Atasgah, Yanardag & Haydar Aliyev Museum Tour Per Person – 80 USD
Located 30 km from the center of Baku, at the foothills of Surakhani village, is the Eternal Fire Temple (17th-18th centuries), revered by Zoroastrians, Hindus, and Sikhs at various times. It emerged in the 17th-18th centuries. The temple is called "Atasgah" because it stands where eternal fires cannot be extinguished; natural gas outlets burn, meaning "House of Fire" or "Place of Fire." This site provides important information about prehistoric medieval society life, hunting, animals, and vegetation through its carved rocks and painted stones. Afterward, we return to Baku for our visit to the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center. Built over 3.5 years, this building, designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid, reflects the rise of the Caspian Sea in Azerbaijani mythology. As one of Azerbaijan's most important structures, the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center is seen as a symbol of the Azerbaijani people's forward-looking approach, with its modern, unusual, and futuristic architecture. Inside the center are permanent and temporary exhibitions, archaeological findings, an ethnography section, classic vehicles, personal items belonging to Haydar Aliyev, and official cars. During this visit, you will gain extensive knowledge about Azerbaijan from past to present. After our tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel until the transfer time set by our guide.

We will spend an evening full of dance, music, and entertainment at the restaurant where we will have our dinner as a set menu.
Day 5: Baku-Istanbul
After breakfast at the hotel, check-out from rooms and free time. ***Important Note: The latest check-out and key handover time at hotels is 12:00. Guests who wish may join the 'Shopping Tour' organized additionally.
Gathering at the time determined by our guide for transfer to the airport. After our transfer to the airport, we complete our ticket, baggage, and passport procedures and depart for Istanbul at 22:00 on Turkish Airlines flight TK335. Upon arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour concludes.
Extra Tour: Shopping Tour - 25 USD
We begin our tour with the famous historic Green Bazaar (Sharg bazaar). Get ready to explore the renowned Yashil Bazaar, one of Baku's most delicious and colorful places; here the air is filled with the scent of spices, while stalls overflow with fresh fruits, sweets, jams, teas, and more. After visiting the bazaar, we tour Ganjlik Mall, one of Baku's largest shopping centers, which is also filled with international brands, cafes, cinemas, and restaurants. Then we head towards Ajami Street, Baku's famous shopping avenue. In Ajami, discover a perfect combination of international stores, fashion boutiques, traditional shops, and bazaars. You can find everything you need in this beautiful city.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours are conducted with a minimum of 10 participants. In case of participation below 10 people, changes may occur in tour prices or it may be carried out by metro. Our guide may make changes on the days of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
- In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the arrival area. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a situation, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, made panoramically with guide narration inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or archaeological sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be carried out if places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to carry out the mentioned tours. Some tours may be carried out by public transport or on foot within available limits at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations listed below must be communicated to the guests. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with T.C. green passports must renew their passports if they were issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; said passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator makes a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors.
- For passengers who will apply for their own visas, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. In case of failure to do so, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest can receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they prove they did not use their visa within 1 week from the visa expiry date by presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa with their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Changes may occur in routes depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and hotels may show variations due to availability during high season or special periods, so similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalty fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Our guests must have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering a fine due to not carrying the travel insurance, the responsibility lies with our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the control of the Operator, in such cases, the Operator bears no responsibility, which is accepted by the parties involved.
- To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may accept to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days without changing the content, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or there may be price changes.
- Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or accessed for any reason by local authorities are not carried out. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these tours or trips.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. In case of missing and/or not using the outbound flight, the return flight will automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase their new ticket themselves (according to the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, due to missing the group's departure, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest goes to the relevant city/country on a different flight from the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their own funds can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline company after the tickets are issued. Since the airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. The price difference occurring in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving temporarily or permanently.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
- General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
