Day 1: Istanbul – Baku
Meet at the Turkish Airlines counter in Istanbul New Airport International Departures Terminal 3 hours before departure.
After completing outbound procedures, depart for Baku on Turkish Airlines flight TK332 at 06:45. Upon arrival, we will leave the airport and begin our panoramic city tour. We will view the Haydar Aliyev Center, a symbol of Baku, panoramically. Then, we will take a short photo break at Flag Square and Baku Boulevard to immortalize this moment. After visiting Ag Shahri, a newly opened area in Baku, we will proceed to our hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will complete check-in procedures and settle into our rooms. Guests who wish may optionally join the Evening Dinner Old Baku City Tour, which will be organized separately.

The tour begins with an old city walking and bus tour, starting at the fortress walls of the Old City where tourists can learn about the surrounding landmarks (including the monument of Sabir, Azerbaijan's first national poet, and monuments of Nizami and their establishment dates). The program also includes the building of the City Duma, home to the Philharmonic Orchestra named after Muslim Magomayev, the first women's school in the East, and the exterior of the Ismaili House in Venetian style. We will explore the famous Torgoviy Street, reminiscent of Baku's Independence Avenue, known as the Barvikha of the 19th century with its extraordinary houses. Passing through Dagustu Park, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city, we will enjoy a bird's-eye view of Baku. Afterwards, we will proceed to a restaurant for our set-menu dinner. On this tour, you can experience Azerbaijani cuisine. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 2: Baku
Morning, free time after breakfast. Guests who wish may join the extra 'Lunch-included Qobustan – Mud Volcanoes – Haydar Aliyev Museum Tour'. Overnight at our hotel.

We set off towards Gobustan, located approximately 65 km southwest of Baku. It is Azerbaijan's richest region in terms of archaeological artifacts and is listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Situated near the Caspian Sea along the ancient Shirvan route, Gobustan is also known as an open-air museum. Here, carved rocks and painted stones provide important information about prehistoric medieval society life, hunting, animals, and vegetation from all over the world. Afterward, we continue our journey to visit the nearby Mud Volcanoes region. This area is one of the most fascinating places in Azerbaijan, famous for its natural resources; it hosts more than half of the world's 700+ mud volcanoes, including some of the largest. Upon arrival, you will feel as if you are among "moon craters." Following the guide's explanations in the area, we observe active volcanic movements. After visiting the mud volcanoes, we head back to Baku for our visit to the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center, where we will have lunch at a local restaurant. Designed by renowned architect Zaha Hadid, this building reflects the rising of the Caspian Sea in Azerbaijani mythology and was constructed in 3.5 years. As one of Azerbaijan's most important structures, the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center is seen as a symbol of the Azerbaijani people's forward-looking approach, with its modern, unusual, and futuristic architecture. Inside the center, there are permanent and temporary exhibitions, archaeological findings, an ethnography section, classic vehicles, personal items belonging to Haydar Aliyev, and official cars. During this visit, you will gain extensive knowledge about Azerbaijan from past to present. After our tour, we return to our hotel.
Day 3: Baku
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can additionally join the "Atasgah, Yanardag & Baku Historical Villages Tour" and the "Azerbaijan Evening with Dinner and Music" tour. After the excursion, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

Located 30 km from the center of Baku, at the foot of Surakhani village, the Eternal Fire Temple (17th-18th centuries), revered by Zoroastrians, Hindus, and Sikhs at various times. It emerged in the 17th-18th centuries. The name "Atasgah" was given to the temple because it is located where eternal fires cannot be extinguished, namely natural gas outlets, meaning "House of Fire" or "Place of Fire." This site provides important information about prehistoric medieval society life, hunting, animals, and vegetation through its carved rocks and painted stones. After having lunch at a local restaurant, we visit Baku's historical villages. After visiting the Ethnic Qala Museum, Mardakan Fortress, and Ramana Fortress, we return to our hotel.

We will spend an evening full of dance, music, and entertainment at the restaurant where we will have dinner as a set menu.
Day 4: Baku-Istanbul
Meeting at the time determined by our guide and transfer to the airport. After our transfer to the airport, we complete our ticket, baggage, and passport procedures and depart for Istanbul on Turkish Airlines flight TK335. Upon our arrival at Istanbul Airport, our tour ends.

We begin our tour with the famous historic Green Bazaar (Sharg Market). Get ready to discover Baku’s famous Green Bazaar, one of its most delicious and colorful places; while the air is filled with the aromas of spices, the stalls overflow with fresh fruits, sweets, jams, teas, and more. After exploring the bazaar, we visit Ganjlik Mall, one of Baku’s largest shopping centers, also filled with international brands, cafés, cinemas, and restaurants. Then we head toward Ajami Street, Baku’s famous shopping street. In Ajami, discover the perfect combination of international stores, fashion boutiques, traditional shops, and bazaars. You can find everything you need in this beautiful city.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Travel package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. In case of participation below 10 people, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- In cases where only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options are available for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the arrival area; the included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip transfers to/from the area. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a situation, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to inform the guests about the tour program specified below and the general terms and obligations available below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Turkish citizens traveling with a green passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be carried out by the airline company departing from Turkey. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any responsibility whatsoever.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border crossing of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; the aforementioned passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or responsibility. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator applies for a visa acting as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors.
- The documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. In case of failure to do so, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest can receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa with their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
- There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and due to availability in hotels during high season or special periods, similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. There is an extra bed arrangement in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Our guests must definitely have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering the relevant fine because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited some countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the parties accept that the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases.
- To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized tours for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be held on different days, provided the content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a situation, the Operator is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation condition of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or there may be price changes.
- Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or gone to for any reason by local authorities are not conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. In case of missing and/or not using the outbound flight, the return flight will also automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (according to the previous item, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may miss part or all of the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest goes to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with their mileage can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline company after the tickets are issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference at the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from the group class to the economy class before upgrading. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving briefly or entirely.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without changing the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen items during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held responsible.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from the tour program.

- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be conducted by the Operator if the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible at points where roads are closed or vehicle entry is not permitted.

Old Baku City Tour with Dinner

Qobustan – Mud Volcanoes – Carpet Museum Tour with Lunch
We set off for Gobustan, located approximately 65 km southwest of Baku, the richest region of Azerbaijan in terms of archaeological artifacts and included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Located near the Caspian Sea, on the ancient Shirvan road, Gobustan is also called an open-air museum. With its carved rocks and painted stones, this place provides important information about social life, hunting, animals and vegetation during the prehistoric and medieval periods. Afterwards, we continue our journey to visit the Mud Volcanoes region, located close to Gobustan. This region is one of the most interesting places in Azerbaijan, famous for its natural resources, attracting attention because it is home to half of the more than 700 Mud Volcanoes in the world, especially the largest ones, and where you will feel as if you are among the "craters of the Moon" when you arrive. Following the guide's explanations in the region, we observe the active volcanic movements. After the mud volcanoes, we will go to the largest Carpet Museum in the history of Azerbaijan after having lunch at a local restaurant.

Ateshgah, Yanar Dag & Heydar Aliyev Museum Tour
Located 30 km from the center of Baku, on the outskirts of the village of Surakhani, the Temple of Eternal Fire (17th–18th centuries) was revered at various times by Zoroastrians, Hindus and Sikhs.
