After having breakfast at our hotel, we set our route towards Riga, the capital of Latvia, the most dynamic capital of the Baltics. However, the main magical stop hidden along our way is the breathtaking Sigulda Tour, known as Switzerland of Latvia. Here, we immerse ourselves in the unique beauties of Gauja National Park, located in the heart of Baltic nature, famous for its lush green landscapes and tranquility. We greet the legendary Gutman Cave, the magnificent Turaida Castle and Museum carrying traces of the Middle Ages, and other historical and natural wonders with a panoramic view. Starting from the fairytale Trakai Castle located in the middle of a lake surrounded by forests, extending to the historical streets of Kaunas, Lithuania's old capital; we will complete our journey at the Hill of Crosses, one of the world's most unusual and impressive places. Our first stop is Trakai, located just outside Vilnius and hosting one of Lithuania's most romantic views. This small historical city surrounded by lakes was once one of the important centers of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. The greatest treasure here is the magnificent Trakai Castle rising above the lake. With its red bricks, wooden bridges, and the calm waters of the lake, the castle seems to have come straight out of a fairy tale book. While touring the castle, we will take a journey to the powerful periods of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, knights, and political struggles of the Middle Ages. Afterwards, leaving the quiet lakes of Trakai, we arrive at our second stop, Kaunas, Lithuania's second-largest city. After having breakfast at our hotel, we depart for Warsaw, the capital of Poland born from ashes. After our arrival, we begin our tour. Our first stop is the historical center where we will have the opportunity to see the magnificent Royal Castle, a brick building considered one of the largest royal residences in Europe. The Castle Square (Plac Zamkowy), which houses the castle and is famous for the statue of King Sigismund in the center, is the city's most iconic meeting point. Then, we enter the Old Town (Old Town) area, locally known as Stare Miasto, which enchants with its cobblestone narrow streets and beautifully restored historical buildings. This area, listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List, is the city's most popular stop for watching people, shopping, or tasting traditional flavors. While strolling around the lively Old Town Market Square (Rynek Starego Miasta) located in the heart of the historical city center, we discover the impressive Warsaw Barbican, one of the rare remnants of the city's fortification system dating back to the 16th century and appropriately restored after World War II. We immerse ourselves in the energy of Łódź on the legendary Piotrkowska Street, stretching approximately four kilometers, closed to vehicle traffic, lined with eye-catching shopping stores, stylish cafes, and delicious restaurants on both sides. With the long and enjoyable free time given here, we not only have the chance to shop but also to fully explore the city's unique architecture and lively atmosphere. Whether you hunt for trendy products in unique boutiques or examine the art installations on the street, we will have plenty of time for shopping. At the end of this satisfying and colorful Lodz adventure, enriched with the impressions of the day, we move to Krakow. After our arrival in Krakow, we begin our city tour with the Barbakan, an important part of the city's historical defense system. This historical area, currently on the UNESCO World Heritage List, holds great importance in keeping the memories of what happened during World War II alive in our minds. We begin our visit at the Auschwitz I camp area. Here we see the camp barracks preserved until today, the sections where administrative buildings are located, and exhibition and museum areas shedding light on the history of that period. While gaining information about the camp's past, we have the opportunity to understand the scale of what happened here more closely. Then we move to the camp also known as Auschwitz II, Birkenau. In this section, which spreads over a much larger area, we visit the monumental entrance gate of the camp, the railway line, accommodation areas, and the memorial area. The simple and silent atmosphere of the area strongly feels the traces of what happened in the past. After completing our visit, we move to Krakow. - To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred throughout the tour duration. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing item for the evening.
- In our tours, seat rotation (seat changing) is applied daily in the seating plan, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).

- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring all specified locations are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted along with the participant's cancellation request, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services booked outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Bluemaxx Travel.

- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability and may be offered accordingly. In these rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or coachbeds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and bed types that may occur in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the appropriate age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted via vehicle with guide commentary. They do not include entry to museums or historical sites. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours if they cannot be visited or entered due to restrictions imposed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour (including other scheduled tours), closure due to any event, closed roads, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted using public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where vehicles are not allowed due to closed roads or access restrictions.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Bluemaxx Travel partner with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, the excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up again from that point after the main tour is completed.
- For those participating in air-inclusive tours, check-in and boarding procedures are personal tasks and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website prior to the flight.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights because they did not arrive at the designated airport at the time specified by Bluemaxx Travel, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completed them on time but did not board the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for missed passengers to join the tour, as well as all transfer expenses in the destination area, are borne by the individuals themselves.
- Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Bluemaxx Travel is obligated to notify of such changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, the passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 years are exempt from paying airport taxes and airport service fees.

- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred throughout the tour duration. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing item for the evening.
- In our tours, seat rotation (seat changing) is applied daily in the seating plan, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring all specified locations are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted along with the participant's cancellation request, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services booked outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Bluemaxx Travel.
