Day 1: Izmir - Dubai
Meet at the FREEBIRD Airlines special flight counter in front of the Adnan Menderes Airport International Departures Terminal at 20:00. After passport and customs procedures, depart for Dubai on the FREEBIRD Airlines special flight at 23:00.
Day 2: Dubai
Our arrival is scheduled for 04:30 local time. After completing passport procedures, we will set off with our waiting vehicle to begin our panoramic city tour. Prior to the city tour, we will first arrive at a location where an additional breakfast will be served. Following breakfast, we will proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai’s busiest and most grand avenue, to view the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Medinat Souk panoramically. Next, we will continue to Jumeirah Beach. Here, during our photo stop, we will see the world-famous sole 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. Afterwards, our tour continues by vehicle to Dubai Marina. After a short free time in Dubai Marina, which features approximately 7 km of walking paths and is surrounded by restaurants and cafés, we will head towards the hotels and complete our check-in procedures upon their availability. Guests who wish may join the ''Dinner-Included Dhow Cruise Boat Tour with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour'', which will be organized as an extra activity in the evening hours. After the tour, we will transfer to our hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

We will first board the Dhow boat located in the Marina, where we will have our dinner. As our boat sails within the marina, we will enjoy an open buffet dinner while taking in the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and the Dubai Eye. After the boat tour, we will proceed to Souk Al Bahar, a market situated right next to Dubai Mall—one of the world's largest shopping centers—located in the shadow of the world's tallest skyscraper, Burj Khalifa. This authentic market blends historical charm with luxurious splendor, reflecting Arab culture, where we will enjoy a pleasant stroll. Guests who wish may use their free time after the tour to shop at Dubai Mall or spend enjoyable moments at its cafés and restaurants.
Day 3: Dubai
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the additional ‘’Miracle Garden & Al Bastakiya Tour” and ‘‘Dubai Desert Safari with Dinner’’. Overnight at our hotel.

In Dubai Miracle Garden, the world's largest natural flower garden, a world full of flowers awaits you. In the 72,000 square meter park, famous buildings and structures are arranged, all transformed into colorful flower exhibitions. Immerse yourself in this place filled with over 150 million blooming flowers, featuring many attractions and various interesting arrangements. Picked up in 4x4 vehicles, you can experience unforgettable moments in the desert and watch the sunset. After the fun and exciting ride on the red sands, we arrive at a Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here, we enjoy dinner accompanied by beautiful shows and belly dancing performances. Riding camels is also available. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are complimentary services included in the tour. After the meal and shows, the tour concludes, and we return to our hotel via our private 4x4 vehicles.
Day 4: Dubai
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish may join the 'Lunch Included Abu Dhabi Tour', which will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

Departing from Dubai, we pass Jebel Ali, the world's largest man-made port. Our first stop will be the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest in the world, capable of accommodating 41,000 people for prayer simultaneously. With its magnificent architecture and rich decorations, it offers unforgettable photo opportunities. While touring the emirate of Abu Dhabi, the capital of the seven emirates, you will witness how modern the city has become today, having been a small fishing village in the recent past. You will see the Al Bateen district and the Corniche Road in this ultra-modern Arab city with its wide boulevards and skyscrapers. After a photo break at Emirates Palace, you will visit Miras Village, an authentic replica of the city's past, where you can experience the traditional lives, customs, and mud-brick houses of the Arabs. Lunch will be served as a buffet during your tour. After the meal, we continue our tour. Day 5: Dubai
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the extra organized ‘’Outlet Mall Global Village Tour’’ and ‘’Sky View, The View at the Palm Tour’’. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 6: Dubai – Izmir
In the morning, after breakfast, we have free time and check out of our rooms. The journey to the airport begins at the time set by your tour leader. After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with FREEBIRD Airlines' special service to Izmir starts at 11:30. Upon arrival at 15:00, our tour concludes.

- The prices of extra tours may change during the season. Therefore, the current prices applicable at the time of purchase are valid for extra tours.
- Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may be cancelled or tour fees may be changed.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Points to be observed during the Mosque Visit on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings or shorts; and long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
- Points to be observed on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck problems, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
- To benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the dates of the extra tours, provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices of extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
- In cases where the arrangements are made as VB in the tour program, or where only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the sightseeing departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and the round-trip airport transfer. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
- Guests must inform the guide of any cancellation or changes to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the extra tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include entrances to museums or archaeological sites.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot be conducted because the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, within the available possibilities.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; a specific hotel name is not guaranteed.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be processed with old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept
- Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied at the same rate
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language knowledge.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate to guests the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Bluemaxx Travel has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Bluemaxx Travel only undertakes the role of intermediary. Bluemaxx Travel has no liability or sanction in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Bluemaxx Travel applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Bluemaxx Travel Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be blocked by the hotel subject to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During the reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether or not obtained from Bluemaxx Travel, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a penalty is incurred because the travel insurance was not carried, responsibility belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another or multiple countries or being unable to enter through the border gate. Since this situation is outside Bluemaxx Travel’ control, the parties acknowledge that Bluemaxx Travel has no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable possible alternative. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or their prices may change.
- Excursions or tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not take place. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The rules of the relevant airline apply in this case.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must obtain a new ticket at their own expense (as per the previous article, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in this case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only if there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline after the tickets have been issued. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
- When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- Bluemaxx Travel may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without changing the content of the program when force majeure events occur or when deemed necessary.
- Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent form from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent form.
The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
