Day 1: Diyarbakır
Meet at the FREEBIRD Airlines counter in front of the Diyarbakır Airport International Departures Terminal at 22:00.
Day 2: Diyarbakır to Sharm El Sheikh
After completing departure procedures at the airport, we depart at 01:00 on a FREEBIRD Airlines special flight to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination.
Upon arrival at 02:15 local time, we proceed to our hotel. After check-in, we settle into our rooms and spend the night at our hotel.
After breakfast, during the day (between 09:00-12:00), our guide will visit you at the hotel to provide information about tours and activities available in Sharm El Sheikh. Later in the day, you can enjoy the activities at your hotel and savor the unique sea. Guests who wish may join additional organized tours. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 3: Sharm El Sheikh
Morning, free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the additional tours organized. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 4: Sharm El Sheikh - Cairo
After breakfast taken early in the morning, we will check out from our hotels and embark on a pleasant 7-hour journey to Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Upon arrival in Cairo, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist attractions during our panoramic city tour, including the Citadel of Cairo, Muhammad Ali Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Shafi'i Mosque, Anwar Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic Art, Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, we will check into our hotel and enjoy free time. Guests who wish may optionally join the extra Nile River Dinner Cruise.
Extra Tour: Nile River Dinner Cruise // USD 75 per adult – USD 55 per child
During our boat tour on the Nile River, we will enjoy dinner accompanied by live music while taking in the lights and night views of Cairo. Hotel transfer to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dance show are included in the price. Drinks served during the meal are extra.
Day 5: Cairo - Diyarbakır
In the morning, after breakfast, we have free time and check out of our rooms. *Hotel check-out and key handover time is 12:00.* Guests who wish can join the optional Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour arranged additionally. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by our guide. After ticket and customs procedures, we fly with FREEBIRD Airlines' special flight to Diyarbakır at 22:45. Our arrival time is 23:55.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices for optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Optional tours are operated with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, the tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the dates of optional tours, provided that their content remains the same.
- Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices provided by the guide at the time of purchase will be valid for optional tours.
- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying a name and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding services will also have been purchased. Different guides may accompany our guests during optional tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of optional tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the optional tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place when local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at points where vehicle entry is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we recommend that they do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations cannot be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- As our package tours are intended for international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below to guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no obligation or responsibility for personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent travel.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary company and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may change during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if a suitable room is available at the hotel, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number as shown on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
- Whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, our guests are required to have international travel and health insurance that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the travel insurance was not carried, responsibility belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is outside BTB TOURS’ control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS has no responsibility in such a case.
- For the purpose of providing the group with benefits in terms of cost and time, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route must agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
- The flight seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in this case.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals themselves. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (according to the previous article, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the flight seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline before upgrading the requested ticket and moving it from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls/calls received abroad.
- When briefly or completely leaving the means of transport you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a letter of consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a letter of consent.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
