Day 1: Ankara - Sharm El Sheikh
At the FREEBIRD Airlines counter in the Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal, please meet at 16:15. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on a special FREEBIRD Airlines flight to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination, at 19:15. Upon arrival at local time 21:00, proceed to your hotel. After check-in, you will be settled into your rooms. Your guide will provide information about tours and activities available in Sharm El Sheikh. Later in the day, you can enjoy the activities offered at your hotel. Overnight at your hotel.

Day 4: Sharm El Sheikh - Cairo
In the morning, after an early breakfast, we set off for Cairo, the capital of Egypt. Upon our arrival following a pleasant journey lasting approximately 7 hours, we will have the opportunity to visit major tourist attractions during our panoramic city tour: Cairo Citadel, Muhammad Ali Pasha Mosque, Sultan Hassan Complex, Al-Shafi'i Mosque, Anwar Sadat's Mausoleum, Al-Azhar Mosque, Museum of Islamic Art, Cairo Tower, Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, and Tahrir Square. After the city tour, we check into our hotel. Guests who wish may optionally join the Dinner Cruise on the Nile. Overnight at our hotel.

During our boat cruise on the Nile River, we will enjoy dinner accompanied by live music while taking in the lights and night views of Cairo. Hotel transfer to the boat, dinner, live music, and belly dance show are included in the price. Drinks consumed during the meal are extra.
Day 5: Cairo
In the morning, after breakfast, free time. At the time determined by our guide, guests may optionally join the Giza Pyramids and Cairo Museum Tour. Afterwards, transfer to the airport at the time specified by the guide.

Day 6: Cairo - Ankara
After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with FREEBIRD Airlines' special service begins at 02:30. Upon arrival at 05:30 local time, our journey ends. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices for optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, tour prices may change or the tour may be operated by metro. Our guide may change the dates of optional tours provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices of optional tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply.
- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding services will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
- Guests must notify the guide of optional tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the requested optional tour may vary depending on the local supplier’s final decision.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances exceeding the stated kilometers. In such cases, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with explanations by the guide; they do not include museum or archaeological-site entrances.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the sites to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, in areas with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale, etc. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be processed using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- At the time of booking, it is mandatory to communicate to guests the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all provisions in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their airline may not allow them to board from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; if the country applies visas to Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, responsibility for any impediment belongs to the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse a visa when it deems necessary; BTB TOURS bears no responsibility whatsoever if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of intermediary. BTB TOURS has no obligation or responsibility regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting issue that could prevent boarding.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times accordingly. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa Department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport within no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date to prove that the visa was not used. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa agency, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contract and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF FLIGHT-TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will allocate it subject to availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number exactly as shown in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalties for flight-ticket cancellations or changes arising from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
- Whether obtained from BTB TOURS or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is incurred because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is outside BTB TOURS’ control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such circumstances.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if such excursions or tours cannot be conducted.
- The seats on the aircraft in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically canceled. The airline’s rules apply in such cases.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the passengers. If a flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket (if necessary, a round-trip ticket in accordance with the previous clause). The guest may also partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant airline’s relevant flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- Before leaving Turkey, you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and roaming in order to use your mobile phones abroad.
- During your trip, when temporarily or permanently leaving the means of transportation you use or the hotels where you stay, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- In the event of force majeure or when deemed necessary, BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used, without altering the content of the program.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names, provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both parents. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
- The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
