Day 1: Istanbul
Be at the Turkish Airlines counter in front of the Istanbul New Airport International Departures Terminal at 23:15.
Day 2: Istanbul / Sharm El Sheikh
After completing departure procedures at the airport, we depart at 02:15 on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight TK698 to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination. Upon arrival at 04:25 local time, we proceed to our hotel.
After check-in procedures, we settle into our rooms and spend the night at our hotel.
Following breakfast, you can enjoy the activities available at your hotel and savor the unique sea throughout the day. Overnight stay at our hotel.
Day 3: Sharm El Sheikh
In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Overnight stay at our hotel.

After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with Turkish Airlines' TK699 scheduled flight begins at 05:00. After arrival at 08:55 local time, our journey ends. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- In order to benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices for extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of the extra tours, provided that their content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may vary depending on regional crowding or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply to extra tours.
- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, our guide will meet guests at the destination to be visited. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Guests must inform the guide of cancellations or changes to extra tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the extra tour requested for cancellation may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, arranged for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically from inside the vehicle with commentary by the guide, without including museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if the panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time corresponding to the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, as circumstances permit, on roads that are closed or at points where vehicle entry is not allowed.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- To prevent guests from being affected by exchange-rate differences, we advise them not to exchange large amounts of foreign currency. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks at the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations cannot be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are intended for international travel, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language skills.

GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate to guests the tour program specified, as well as the general terms and obligations set out below. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all items in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issuance is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or their flight from Türkiye may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- In order to avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed and, if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS bears no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. BTB TOURS has no obligation or responsibility regarding individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding the fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport proving that they did not use the visa within no later than 1 week after the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, a block will be made by the hotel subject to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as stated in the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest's responsibility.
- Whether or not obtained from BTB TOURS, our guests are required to have international travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If guests are subject to such a penalty because they did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another country or one or more countries, or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond the control of BTB TOURS, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be arranged on different days, provided that their content remains unchanged, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or their prices may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in such cases.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by the individuals concerned. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous item). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a flight different from that of the group, the airport-to-city or airport-to-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open to making/receiving calls abroad.
- When leaving the transportation vehicles you use and the hotels where you stay, either temporarily or permanently, during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when it deems necessary.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under the age of 18 must obtain a consent form from their father if traveling with their mother, from their mother if traveling with their father, and from both their mother and father if traveling with a third person. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent form.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
