Be at the Turkish Airlines counter in front of the Istanbul New Airport International Departures Terminal at 23:15.
Day 2: Istanbul / Sharm El Sheikh
After completing departure procedures at the airport, we depart at 02:15 on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight TK698 to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination. Upon arrival at 04:25 local time, we proceed to our hotel.
After check-in procedures, we settle into our rooms and spend the night at our hotel.
Following breakfast, you can enjoy the activities offered by your hotel and savor the unique sea. Guests who wish may also join additional tours organized during the day. Overnight stay at our hotel.

In the morning, after breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can join the tours that will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Excursion package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is less than 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. The prices at the time of purchase from the guide will be valid for extra tours.
- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the excursion departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours.
- Guests must notify the guide of extra tour cancellations or changes at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation-refund status of the requested extra tour may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2–3 hours, organized for general introductions to cities and conducted panoramically with the guide’s commentary from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological-site entrances.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place when local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time of the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot, where possible, on closed roads or at points where vehicle access is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency so that they are not affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made using old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program and the general terms and obligations below to guests. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all provisions in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. Bluemaxx Travel only undertakes the role of intermediary. Bluemaxx Travel has no liability or obligation in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Bluemaxx Travel applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times with this period in mind. Otherwise, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee are non-refundable. If the guest obtained the visa and visa service through the Bluemaxx Travel Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and if Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after consular fees and similar amounts paid for the visa, provided that they present their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date to prove that the visa was not used. If the guest obtained the visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and flight time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were communicated at the time of contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A CHANGE IN FLIGHT TIME AND HOTEL CHANGE.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, a block will be made by the hotel subject to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth, and passport number as shown on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
- Whether obtained from Bluemaxx Travel or not, our guests must have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is imposed because the guest did not carry travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to pass through a border gate. Since this situation is outside Bluemaxx Travel’ control, the parties acknowledge that Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing economic and time benefits to the group agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days or may not take place due to weather conditions, provided that their content does not change. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable possible alternative. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
- The aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip travel is issued as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in such cases.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a circumstance or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and obtain a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous clause). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant airline’s flight. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline before upgrading the requested ticket and to transfer the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
- When leaving the means of transportation used during your journey or the hotels where you stay, either briefly or completely, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- Bluemaxx Travel may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without changing the content of the program in cases of force majeure or when deemed necessary.
- Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names while keeping the same category.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a notarized consent form from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both parents. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
