Day 1: Istanbul / Sharm El Sheikh
Meet at the TURKISH AIRLINES counter in front of the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul New Airport at 06:00.
After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart for Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination, on Turkish Airlines' scheduled flight TK700 at 09:00.
Upon arrival at 10:50 local time, proceed to your hotel. You will be informed about tours and activities available in Sharm El Sheikh. Later in the day, you can enjoy the activities at your hotel and savor the unique sea. Guests who wish may join additional organized tours. Overnight at your hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from Advantageous Tour Package prices on extra tours, the payment must be made to the local agency authority during the tour.
- Extra tours require a minimum of 10 participants. If participation is below 10 people, changes may occur in tour prices or they may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
- If only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you upon arrival in the area. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. Different guides may accompany guests during extra tours.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting maximum 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, if the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the scheduled day and time, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or weather conditions make it impossible to conduct the tour, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot depending on available facilities in areas with closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation and the general terms and obligations listed below must be communicated to the guests. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Green Passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot accept any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; said passports must be renewed, and if the country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the Passenger and the Consulate. The Consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator has no responsibility regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the intermediary role. There is no penalty or responsibility for the Operator in personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator applies for a visa as an intermediary between the Passenger and the Consulate, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding the flight.
- The documents required for passengers applying for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees paid to consulates and similar charges, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa with their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and due to availability, high season, or special periods, hotels may change, and a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel subject to availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- At the time of reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalty fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests must definitely have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and must carry the relevant insurance policy. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility lies with the guests if they encounter fines due to not carrying their travel insurance.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/single/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border gates. Since this situation is outside the Operator's sphere of control, the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases, which is accepted by the parties.
- To provide economic and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days without changing the content or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such cases, the Operator is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.
- Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or accessed for any reason by local authorities are not conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes occurring during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be tracked by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (according to the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if going to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets are issued. Since airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, the difference in the amount specified by the airline company may need to be paid before upgrading the ticket from group class to economy class. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM Operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving briefly or entirely.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for forgotten, lost, or stolen items during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. The Operator cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
