Day 1: Istanbul – Doha
Meet at the Turkish Airlines counter in the Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal at 22:30.
Day 2: Doha
We are completing our check-in procedures. After passport and customs formalities, we depart for Doha at 01:30 on Turkish Airlines flight TK 782. Our arrival is scheduled for 05:50 local time. Following passport procedures, we begin our panoramic city tour of Doha. We will witness the city's magnificent skyline, where modern structures and traditional architecture blend seamlessly. Our tour starts along the 7-kilometer Corniche road. After viewing iconic landmarks such as the futuristic Doha Tower, the captivating old port of Doha, and the Museum of Islamic Art, we will explore the carefully designed Katara Cultural Village on foot. From the picturesque Doha Corniche, we will capture breathtaking views of the Persian Gulf and discover the beauty of Pearl Island, a man-made island project adorned with luxury residences and offering endless dining and shopping options. After Pearl Island, we proceed to Lusail Marina, featuring the crescent-shaped building that is an essential part of Doha’s skyline, where we will immortalize this special moment with photos. After the tour, we head back to our hotel.
In the evening, guests who wish may join the extra organized 'DHOW CRUISE TOUR WITH MEAL'. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Dhow Cruise Tour with Meal – Per Person: 90 Euro
In the evening, we explore Doha aboard traditional Dhow boats. After enjoying complimentary tea, coffee, and dates, we transfer to a Lebanese restaurant for dinner. Following the buffet meal, we return to our hotel by bus.
Day 3: Doha
In the morning, after breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the extra tours ‘QATAR CULTURE TOUR and ILLUSION MUSEUM’ and ‘DOHA DESERT SAFARI TOUR WITH DINNER’. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Qatar Culture Tour and Illusion Museum – Per Person: 100 Euro
The Education City under the Qatar Foundation, established by the Qatari Royal Family, hosts the Qatar National Library and the Minaret Mosque. After visiting these sites, we proceed to the Qatar National Museum. The Qatar National Museum presents Qatar’s history up to the present day through a unique architectural design, taking us on a journey through a time tunnel. Following this unforgettable experience, we head to the Doha Illusion Museum, where we will test how much you trust your senses and what you see. Together, we explore this deceptive world of illusions.
Extra Tour: Doha Desert Safari with Dinner – Per Person: 130 Euro
Enjoy an unforgettable experience in the desert with 4x4 vehicles and watch the sunset. After a fun and thrilling ride across the red sands, we head to the area where the desert meets the sea to witness another breathtaking sunset. Then, we arrive at a Bedouin camp located in the middle of the desert. Here, we enjoy dinner, and you also have the opportunity to ride a camel. The tour includes one complimentary drink per person (soft drink, tea, or coffee). After dinner and entertainment, our tour concludes, and we return to our hotel via our private 4x4 vehicles.
Day 4: Doha
After breakfast, free time. Guests who wish can join the extra organized ‘LUSAIL STADIUM, KATARA MOON TOWERS, LUSAIL MARINA, PLACE VENDOME MALL SHOPPING Tour’. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Lusail Stadium, Katara Moon Towers, Lusail Marina, Place Vendome Mall Shopping – Per Person: 50 Euro
Our first stop is Katara Towers located in the newly developing city of Lusail. We take our first photo stop in front of these iconic towers and Lusail Marina. We visit Lusail Stadium, where the FIFA final match was held, from the outside. We shop at Vendome Mall and watch the Dancing Fountain Show.
Day 5: Doha to Istanbul
In the morning, after breakfast, we have free time and check out of our rooms. ***The latest check-out time from hotel rooms and key handover is 12:00.*** Guests who wish can join the ‘MERYAL WATERPARK Tour’, which will be organized additionally. The journey to the airport begins at the time set by our tour leader.
EXTRA TOUR: Meryal Waterpark – Per Person: 55 Euro
Meryal Waterpark, Qatar's newest and most entertaining themed water park, offers guests a unique cooling and adrenaline experience in a hot desert climate. Located in the Lusail area, this modern water park stands out with dozens of slides, wave pools, themed river rides, and spacious relaxation areas suitable for all age groups. As part of our tour, guests are picked up from their hotels via private vehicle and transferred directly to the water park. The day-long fun includes thrilling slide experiences at your preferred speed, safe play areas for children, and Meryal’s iconic visual themes. After free time within the park, we gather at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time and proceed with our return transfer to the hotel.
The Meryal Waterpark entrance ticket includes round-trip private vehicle transfer and full-day access to the park. Services not included in the tour are meals and beverages, fees for special activities inside the park, rental charges, and personal expenses.
Day 6: Doha to Istanbul
Turkish Airlines flight TK 781 departs from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport at 01:45. Arrival in Istanbul at 06:35 and the end of our tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Points to note during Mosque Visits on Abu Dhabi tours: Men must not wear shorts; women must not wear sleeveless clothing, miniskirts, leggings or shorts; and long-sleeved cardigans and headscarves must be brought for the mosque visit. Lunch is included in our tour.
- Points to note on our Desert Safari tour: Sportswear and comfortable clothing should be worn, and a cardigan should be brought. Heavy meals should not be eaten and excessive amounts of water should not be consumed before the tour. Guests with stomach, back or neck complaints, as well as pregnant guests, must inform their guides of their condition.
- In order to benefit from the Advantageous Sightseeing package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, the tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the days of the extra tours provided that the content remains the same.
- Prices of extra tours may change depending on regional density or the period. The prices quoted by the guide at the time of purchase will apply for extra tours.
- In cases where the program is processed as VB, or where only category information is provided without specifying a name and/or there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or changes to an extra tour at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund status of the extra tour requested to be canceled may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2–3 hours, organized for the general introduction of the cities and conducted panoramically with the guide's narration from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrances.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the day and at the time of the tour, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot, where possible, in places with closed roads or where vehicle access is not permitted.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided; the hotel name is not guaranteed.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency in order to avoid being affected by exchange rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, extra tour reservations will not be made with old-style foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- Since transactions for extra tour purchases in the relevant destination are made in USD, the USD-EUR parity is applied equally.
- As our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.
GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, the tour program and the general terms and obligations set out below must be communicated to guests. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years old. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights from Türkiye may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or otherwise damaged passports, such passports must be renewed; and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guests' passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary; Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility whatsoever for the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. Bluemaxx Travel undertakes only the role of intermediary. Bluemaxx Travel has no liability or obligation regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When Bluemaxx Travel applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels the reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Bluemaxx Travel Visa department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they submit their passport within 1 week at the latest after the visa expiry date to prove that the visa was not used. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of contracting, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. Three separate beds cannot be guaranteed in triple rooms; if a suitable room is available at the hotel, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name and surname, date of birth and passport number as shown on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Whether or not obtained from Bluemaxx Travel, our guests must have an overseas travel and health insurance policy that begins one day before the tour date and ends one day after the tour date, and they are required to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. Responsibility for any such fine due to not carrying travel insurance belongs to our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to pass through a border gate. Since this situation is beyond Bluemaxx Travel' control, the parties acknowledge that Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility in such a case.
- Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable alternative possible. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
- Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and tickets are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The airline's rules apply in such cases.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be monitored by passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program because they missed the group's departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group's, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest's responsibility.
- Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided there is availability on the relevant flight of the airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in the group class, before upgrading the requested ticket, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from the group class to the economy class eligible for an upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
- When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings with you.
- Bluemaxx Travel may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program in cases of force majeure or whenever it deems necessary.
- Bluemaxx Travel reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for items forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place due to the absence of a consent letter.
- The General Terms are an inseparable part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
