Day 1: Ankara (ESB) – Dubai
At 23:30, we will meet in front of the FREEBIRD Airlines counter at Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal to complete our check-in procedures.
Day 2: Dubai
After passport and customs procedures, we depart for Dubai at 02:30 via a special FREEBIRD Airlines flight. We arrive at 07:30 local time. After completing passport formalities, we set off with our waiting vehicle to begin our panoramic city tour. Before the tour, we first stop at a location where we will have breakfast. Following breakfast, we proceed along Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai's busiest and most grand avenue, to view the Emirates Towers, skyscrapers, shopping malls, and Medinat Souk panoramically. Next, we continue to Jumeirah Beach. At this stop, during our photo break, we will see the world-famous only 7-star Burj Al Arab Hotel. Afterwards, our tour continues by vehicle to Dubai Marina. With approximately 7 km of walking paths surrounded by restaurants and cafes, after a short free time in Dubai Marina, we head towards the hotels and complete our check-in procedures according to the hotels' check-in times. Guests who wish may join an additional evening ''Dinner Dhow Cruise Boat Tour with Fountain Show and Dubai Mall Tour''. After the tour, transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

We begin our tour by moving to the Dhow boat in the Marina where we will have dinner. As our boat sails within the marina, we enjoy an open buffet dinner while taking in the magnificent views of Dubai Marina and the Dubai Eye. After the boat tour, we proceed to Souk Al Bahar, located right next to Dubai Mall—one of the world's largest shopping centers—under the shadow of the world's tallest skyscraper, Burj Khalifa. This authentic market blends historical charm with luxury splendor, offering a pleasant stroll reflecting Arab culture. Day 3: Dubai

Riding camels is also available. Unlimited soft drinks, tea, and coffee are complimentary services included in the tour. After the meals and shows, our tour concludes, and we return to our hotel via our private 4x4 vehicles.
Day 4: Dubai
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the 'Lunch Included Abu Dhabi Tour' which will be organized additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

Departing from Dubai, we pass Jebel Ali, the world's largest man-made port. Our first stop will be the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, one of the largest in the world and capable of accommodating 41,000 people for prayer simultaneously. With its magnificent architecture and rich decorations, it offers unforgettable photo opportunities. While touring the emirate of Abu Dhabi, capital of the seven emirates, you will witness how modern the capital has become today, having been a small fishing village in the recent past. You will see the Al Bateen district and the Corniche Road in this ultra-modern Arab city with its wide boulevards and skyscrapers. Day 5: Dubai
Free time after breakfast. Guests who wish can join the extra organized ‘’Outlet Mall Global Village Tour’’ and ‘’Sky View, The View at the Palm Tour’’. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 6: Dubai – Ankara (ESB)
We check out of our rooms early in the morning. The journey to the airport begins at the time set by your tour leader. After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with FREEBIRD Airlines' special service to Ankara starts at 08:00’. Upon arrival in Ankara at 11:00’, our tour concludes.

- Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 10 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may be cancelled or changes may be made to tour fees.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from Advantageous Travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. In case of participation below 10 people, there may be changes in tour prices or it may be conducted by metro. Our guide may make changes to the days of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests upon arrival in the area. The included guiding service covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified km. In such a situation, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to guests along with the general terms and obligations available below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with a T.C. green passport whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a situation, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
- To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; said passports must be renewed and, if the country applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, the obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors.
- The documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. In case of failure to do so, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting consular fees and similar charges paid to the consulates, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week from the visa expiry date. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and hotels may show variations during high season or special periods due to availability, so similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTS THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, blockage is made by the hotel subject to availability.
- Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change penalty fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Our guests must have international travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering the relevant fine because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the parties accept that the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases.
- To provide economy and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour ends, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized tours for introducing cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such a situation, the Operator is obliged to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or price changes may occur.
- Tours or sites that are not permitted to be visited or accessed for any reason by local authorities are not conducted. The Operator cannot be held liable for the inability to conduct these tours or sites.
- Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single ticket for round trips. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will also automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (as per the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, due to missing the group's departure, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this situation, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline company after the tickets are issued. Since aircraft seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving temporarily or permanently.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.

- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may not be conducted by the Operator if the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time corresponding to the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot where possible at points with closed roads or where vehicle entry is not permitted.
