Day 1: Istanbul - Hurghada
Meet in front of the AJET AIRLINES counter at Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Departures Terminal at 20:55. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart on AJET Airlines' scheduled flight VF251 at 23:55 to Hurghada, Egypt's exotic holiday destination.
Day 2: Hurghada
After our arrival at 02:30 local time, we proceed to our hotel. After check-in, we settle into our rooms and spend the night at our hotel.
After breakfast, you can enjoy the activities offered at your hotel. Guests who wish may also join the additional 'Hurghada City Tour' and 'ATV Desert Safari Tour'. Overnight at our hotel.

Pick-up from your hotel starts this exciting, action-packed tour lasting approximately 2 hours. You will dance among the desert sands on four-wheeled ATV Quad motorcycles, capture unforgettable moments with photo stops during a magnificent sunset, and have the opportunity to ride camels in the desert. At our final stop, a Bedouin tent, you will relax with tea service before being returned to your hotel. *** Bedouin tea and helmet are included in the tour price. Day 3: Hurghada
After breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Guests who wish can join the 'Orange Bay & Giftun Tour' arranged additionally. Overnight at our hotel.

Giftun reserve area, one of the most beautiful islands of the Red Sea, awaits you with its underwater treasures and other natural beauties. During our full-day boat tour, you can observe the underwater world with snorkeling and fully enjoy all the island's beauties. Limited non-alcoholic beverages and lunch will be served on our boat. Guests who wish can go scuba diving by notifying our guide in advance and paying an additional fee. The cost for sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as the National Park entrance fee, is included in the price.
Day 4: Hurghada
After breakfast, you will have free time to enjoy the activities at your hotel. Please check out and vacate your rooms by 12:00. (Subject to availability at the hotel and prior notification to our guide, you may extend your stay until your airport transfer time by paying an additional fee). Guests who wish may optionally join the extra tour: 'Luxor Tour (with Lunch)'. Transfer to the airport at the time determined by the guide.

The Luxor region, where many of the most important monuments of mysterious Egyptian history can be seen together, is located just 3.5 hours from Hurghada. In this excursion, we will depart early in the morning from our hotel and return in the evening, visiting Karnak Temple, Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, the Colossi of Memnon, and the Nile Delta, among other rare historical and natural treasures of the world, accompanied by our expert guide. We will have lunch at a local restaurant during the tour. This tour includes lunch and museum entrance fees.
Day 5: Hurghada – Istanbul
After ticket and customs procedures, our flight with AJET Airlines' scheduled flight VF252 begins at 03:50. After arrival at 06:35 local time, our journey ends. We look forward to seeing you on our next tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from Advantageous Travel package prices in extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency authority during the tour.
- Extra tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If participation is below 10 people, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be carried out by metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
- If only category information is given without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet guests upon arrival in the area; the included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers. If extra tours are taken, guiding service will also be included. Guests may be accompanied by different guides during extra tours.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such a case, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration inside the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or archaeological sites.
- Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, if the places to be visited are closed by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, roads on the route are closed due to any event, or the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to carry out said tours. Some tours may be done by public transport or on foot depending on the circumstances in areas with closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The tour program specified at the time of reservation must be communicated to the guests along with the general terms and obligations available below. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
- Guests traveling with T.C. green passports, if their passport issue date is older than 10 years; they must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are going to and/or their flights may not be implemented by the airline company from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports; it is required that said passports be renewed and, if it is a country applying visa to T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be on the new passport. In case of failure, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. In case of failure, this is the responsibility of the guests.
- The Operator is in an intermediary position between the Passenger and the Consulate. The Consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary; the Operator has no responsibility regarding the Passenger's inability to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no enforcement or responsibility. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
- When the Operator makes a visa application in an intermediary position between the Passenger and the Consulate, the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa must be checked by the guest. The Operator is not responsible for any incorrect writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors.
- The documents needed by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.) normally take 1 working day to obtain. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service is specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting the fees and similar amounts paid to the consulates for the visa, provided they present their passport proving they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date. If the guest obtained their visa with their own means and/or with the help of a different visa agency firm, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- There may be changes in routes depending on the city where the plane lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since availability at hotels may show changes during high season or special periods, similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were reported at the time of contract, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGE AND HOTEL CHANGE BY PURCHASING THE TOUR.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. There is an extra bed arrangement in triple rooms, and the 3rd bed is smaller than the standard bed. Triple rooms cannot guarantee 3 separate beds; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel according to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
- During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
- Our guests must definitely have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the relevant country's police. In case of encountering the relevant fine because they did not carry their travel insurance, the responsibility lies with our guests.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for another/multiple countries or being unable to enter through border gates; since this situation is outside the Operator's control, it is accepted by the parties that the Operator has no responsibility in such cases.
- To provide economy and time benefits to the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours made along the route may agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are tours organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days without changing the content, or may not take place depending on the weather. In this case, the Operator is obliged to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not achieved, extra tours may not be held or there may be price changes.
- Tours or trips that are not allowed to be visited or gone to by local authorities for any reason are not carried out. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to carry out these tours or trips.
- Airplane seats in our programs are group seats, and round-trip tickets are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will also automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
- Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur in flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These informations must be followed by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (according to the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may miss part or all of the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest goes to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, the area-city or area-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airplane tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline company after the tickets are issued. Since the airplane seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference indicated by the airline company in the specified amount and move the ticket from the group class to the economy class that can be upgraded. The price difference occurring in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM Operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey.
- While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please make sure you have taken all your belongings completely intact when leaving briefly or entirely.
- The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without changing the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
- The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
- The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held responsible.
- General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be thought of independently from the tour program.
