Day 1: Ankara - Sharm El Sheikh
Meet at the FREEBIRD Airlines counter in front of the Ankara Esenboğa Airport International Departures Terminal at 09:30. After completing departure procedures at the airport, depart via FREEBIRD Airlines' special flight to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt's exotic holiday destination, at 12:30. Upon arrival at local time 14:00, proceed to our hotel. After check-in, settle into your rooms. You will be informed by our guide about tours and activities you can do in Sharm El Sheikh.
In the afternoon, you can enjoy the activities at your hotel and savor the unique sea. Overnight at our hotel.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- To benefit from the Advantageous Trip package prices on optional tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
- Optional tours take place with a minimum participation of 10 people. If fewer than 10 people participate, tour prices may change or the tour may be conducted by metro. Our guide may change the dates of optional tours, provided that their content remains the same.
- Prices for optional tours may change depending on regional demand or the period. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply to optional tours.
- When only category information is provided in the tour program without specifying names and/or when there are options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
- In our programs, the guide will meet you at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If optional tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during optional tours.
- Guests must notify the guide of any cancellation or changes to optional tours at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation and refund conditions of the optional tour may vary depending on the local supplier’s final decision.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events and sports tournaments, hotels may be used at distances greater than the stated kilometers. In such a case, BTB Tours will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
- The panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting no more than 2-3 hours, organized for a general introduction to the cities and conducted panoramically with guide commentary from inside the vehicle; they do not include museum or archaeological site entrance fees.
- BTB Tours is not responsible if panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program cannot take place because local authorities close the places to be visited on the relevant day and time, roads along the route are closed due to an event, or weather conditions make the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted by public transportation or on foot where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted, subject to available facilities.
- In our tour programs, the guide meets guests at the airport of arrival. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time provided by the guide.
- The hotels listed in the program are offered for sale as such. Hotel availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, a similar alternative hotel may be provided.
- We recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of foreign currency to avoid being affected by exchange-rate differences. Old/worn foreign currency is not accepted by banks in the destinations. Therefore, optional tour reservations will not be made using old-type foreign currency that banks will not accept.
- Since our package tours are intended for travel abroad, guests are responsible for their own foreign-language knowledge.

GENERAL TERMS
- At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to communicate the tour program and the general terms and obligations below to the guests. BTB TOURS is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
- Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the date of issue is more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flight from Turkey may not be operated by the airline. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger and BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible in any way.
- To avoid problems with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
- Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting impediment is the responsibility of the guests.
- BTB TOURS acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate reserves the right not to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and BTB TOURS has no responsibility whatsoever if the passenger cannot obtain a visa. BTB TOURS only undertakes the role of intermediary. BTB TOURS has no obligation or responsibility regarding personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these conditions.
- When BTB TOURS applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. BTB TOURS is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent travel.
- Under normal circumstances, obtaining the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, airline ticket, etc.) takes 1 business day. Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into account. Otherwise, BTB TOURS is not responsible for possible disruptions.
- If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not or cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the BTB TOUR Visa department and this visa service is stated as an additional service in the travel contract, and if BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within no later than 1 week after the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of another visa intermediary, and BTB TOURS cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
- Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may change during high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF A CHANGE IN FLIGHT TIME AND HOTEL CHANGE.
- Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms include an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, the hotel will block it subject to availability.
- Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
- The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee and fruit juice.
- Group breakfasts may be served in a separate room.
- During reservation/registration, the first and last name as stated in the passport to be used for travel, date of birth and passport number must be provided and entered into the system. Airline tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to airline tickets resulting from incorrect information are the guest’s responsibility.
- Regardless of whether our guests obtain it from BTB TOURS, they are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If such a fine is imposed because the guest did not carry their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
- Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through a border gate. Since this situation is outside BTB TOURS’ control, the parties acknowledge that BTB TOURS has no responsibility in such a case.
- For the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits, guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the optional tour ends. At the end of the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
- Panoramic city tours are organized to introduce the cities. City tours and optional excursions may be organized on different days, provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, BTB TOURS is obliged to offer the most suitable possible alternative to our valued guests. Optional tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, optional tours may not take place or the price may change.
- Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if these excursions or tours cannot take place.
- The airline seats in our programs are group seats and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also automatically be forfeited. The airline’s rules apply in this situation.
- Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These details must be followed by the individuals themselves. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase and pay for a new ticket themselves (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; responsibility in this case belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the guest’s responsibility.
- Guests wishing to upgrade their airline tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and if there is availability on the relevant airline’s relevant flight. Since the airline seats in our programs are in the group class, if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and move the ticket from the group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade before performing the upgrade. Any resulting price difference is the guest’s responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
- To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Turkey you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is open for international calls and incoming calls.
- When briefly or permanently leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.
- In the event of force majeure or when it deems necessary, BTB TOURS may change the order of the cities in the program and/or the airline to be used without altering the content of the program.
- BTB TOURS reserves the right to change hotel names provided that the category remains the same.
- BTB TOURS is not responsible for belongings forgotten, lost or stolen during the tour.
- Children under 18 traveling with their mother must obtain a consent letter from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain one from their mother; and those traveling with a third person must obtain one from both their mother and father. BTB TOURS cannot be held responsible if the flight cannot take place because the consent letter is missing.
- The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
