DAY 1 | FETHIYE - RHODES
At the designated time, after check-in and passport procedures at Fethiye departure port, depart for Rhodes at 08:25 in the morning by fast ferry (catamaran). Upon arrival at Rhodes Port at 09:55, transfer to our hotel by the private vehicle waiting for us. After checking into the hotel, free time. Guests who wish may spend the rest of the day walking in the Old Town area of Rhodes, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, see the Street of the Knights, and spend time around Mandraki Port. Overnight at our hotel.
 
DAY 2 | RHODES
After breakfast, free time all day long. Guests who wish may spend the day in the historic center, see the area around the Grand Masters' Palace, wander through the narrow streets inside the walls, and spend time in local cafes and shops. Guests who want to enjoy the sea may choose the beaches close to the city center or head to the Kallithea area to enjoy both swimming and a pleasant beach day. Overnight at our hotel.
 
DAY 3 | RHODES
After breakfast, free time all day long. Guests who wish may take a walk along the coast, spend time shopping in the island center, and those who prefer may spend the day swimming in the sea. Guests who want to see a different route may head to Lindos and discover one of the island's most beautiful spots with its white houses, narrow streets, and sea views. Overnight at our hotel.
 
DAY 4 | RHODES – FETHIYE
After vacating the rooms, free time until the ferry departure. Guests who wish may spend their final hours taking a short walk in the old town, spending time around the coast, or shopping. Transfer to the port at the designated time. After passport and departure procedures, we depart for Fethiye port at 16:30 by fast ferry (catamaran). Arrival at Fethiye port at 18:00 and end of our package.

  •      Travel insurance package (including cancellation coverage).
Need to Know
  •      Package prices include round-trip ferry tickets, accommodation in the selected hotel category, and port–hotel–port transfers.
  •      Prices are calculated per person based on double occupancy.
  •      Hotel check-in times are between 15:00–17:00, and check-out times are between 10:00–12:00.
  •      If more than one hotel alternative is offered in the same destination and/or only the hotel category is specified, the hotels where you will stay will be notified to you 48 hours before the tour departure date.
  •      Hotels may be changed due to occupancy; however, the hotel category will not change.
  •      Twin (TWIN) beds may be provided in some hotels. During the hotel stay, any request to change the room type is at the hotel’s discretion.
  •      There are no optional tours. The program has been prepared on a free-time sightseeing basis.
  •      Ferry times may change due to weather conditions or operational reasons. In such cases, the program schedule may be adjusted.
  •      City/climate taxes, personal expenses, lunch and dinner, and all expenses not included in the package are the responsibility of the guests.
  •      We kindly ask you to check the prices before completing the purchase.
  •      The ferry journey from Fethiye's to Rhodes’ / from Rhodes’ to Fethiye’s takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  •      The visa-on-arrival / Schengen visa fee is not included in the package.
  •      Our company does not provide visa consultancy, application follow-up, or intermediary services regarding Rhodes visa-on-arrival/Schengen visa applications.
  •      Guests who need a visa on arrival may contact Tilos Travel, the ferry company providing transportation between Fethiye–Rhodes.
  •      Information about the required documents, application process, current fees, and other conditions must be obtained directly from the relevant company.

  •      Reminder: Guests who do not have a valid Schengen visa and will apply for a visa on arrival must submit the required documents to the relevant application unit / authorized institution at least 10 days before the trip. Applications made less than this period in advance may cause problems in the process. Therefore, we kindly ask that guests be informed to pay attention to the required timeframe.

 

 

  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION
         The ferry times specified in the program have been obtained from the relevant ferry companies and may change due to weather conditions, port operations, and operational reasons. In such cases, the program schedule may be adjusted.
         The first name, surname, and date of birth provided during the reservation must be complete and accurate, exactly as they appear in the passport. No subsequent name verification will be carried out.
         The hotel voucher and ferry tickets / reservation documents will be sent to you shortly before the package departure date.
         All guests are required to carry their round-trip ferry reservation documents and hotel accommodation documents with them.
         Our guests are advised to enable their mobile phones for international use.

    ACCOMMODATION & ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
         Triple rooms may be provided subject to hotel availability, and the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. They generally consist of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable and foldable. This arrangement is deemed to have been accepted by the guest.
         Child discounts are valid only for one child who shares a room with two adults and meets the age criteria.
         Breakfasts served at hotels may be continental style, in accordance with the standards of the country visited.
         Hotel check-in and check-out times may vary depending on hotel occupancy, and the availability of rooms is at the hotel’s discretion.

    OTHER MATTERS
         Cancellation, refund, or change conditions may differ for promotional and early-booking campaign packages.
         Our company acts as an intermediary for ferry, hotel, and transfer services, and responsibility for program changes resulting from time changes, delays, cancellations, or operational disruptions caused by service provider companies belongs to the relevant service provider.
         Ferry services may be delayed or canceled due to adverse weather conditions, sea conditions, port congestion, or decisions by official authorities.

    VISA & PASSPORT INFORMATION
         Turkish citizens require a visa on arrival or a valid Schengen visa.
         The visa-on-arrival / Schengen visa fee is not included in the package price.
         For the visa application, the required documents must be prepared completely, together with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the date of the end of the trip.
         It is important for guests holding green passports to check the validity periods of their passports.
         Having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The entry decision is at the discretion of border police.
         Our company is not responsible for problems that may arise due to worn, wet, or damaged passports.
         Guests under the age of 18 traveling alone or with only one parent must have a notarized letter of consent.
