DAY 1 | FETHIYE - RHODES
At the specified time, after check-in and passport procedures at Fethiye departure port, depart for Rhodes by fast ferry (catamaran) at 08:25 in the morning. After arrival at Rhodes Port at 09:55, transfer to our hotel with our private vehicle waiting for us. Free time after check-in at the hotel. Guests who wish may spend the rest of the day walking in the Rhodes Old Town area, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, see the Street of the Knights, and spend time around Mandraki Port. Overnight at our hotel.
DAY 2 | RHODES
After breakfast, free time all day. Guests who wish may spend the day in the historical center, see the area around the Palace of the Grand Masters, stroll through the narrow streets inside the walls, and spend time at local cafes and shops. Guests who want to enjoy the sea may prefer the beaches close to the city center or head to the Kallithea area for a day of both swimming and seaside relaxation. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast, free time all day. Guests who wish may take a walk along the coast, set aside time for shopping in the island center, and those who wish may spend the day swimming in the sea. Guests looking for a different route may head to Lindos to discover one of the island’s most beautiful spots, with its white houses, narrow streets, and sea view. Overnight at our hotel.

After breakfast, free time all day. Guests who wish may devote this day entirely to the sea and the beach, spend time on beaches close to the island center, or stroll through Rhodes’ charming streets and spend time at cafes and restaurants. Guests who wish may also spend the day by doing their last shopping and spending time around the port. Overnight at our hotel.

DAY 5 | RHODES – FETHIYE
After checking out of the rooms, free time until ferry departure. Guests who wish may spend their last hours with a short walk in the old town, time around the coast, or shopping. Transfer to the port at the specified time. After passport and departure procedures, we depart for Fethiye port at 16:30 by fast ferry (catamaran). Arrival at Fethiye port at 18:00 and end of our package.

Need to Know
- Package prices include round-trip ferry tickets, accommodation in the selected hotel category, and port–hotel–port transfers.
- Prices are calculated per person sharing a double room.
- Hotel check-in times are between 15:00–17:00, and check-out times are between 10:00–12:00.
- If more than one hotel alternative is offered in the same destination and/or only the hotel category is specified, the hotels where accommodation will be provided will be notified to you 48 hours before the tour departure date.
- Hotels may be changed due to occupancy; however, the hotel category will not change.
- Twin (TWIN) beds may be provided in some hotels. During the hotel stay, any request to change the room type is at the discretion of the hotel.
- There are no optional tours. The program has been prepared on a free-exploration basis.
- Ferry times may change due to weather conditions or operational reasons. In such cases, the program itinerary may be adjusted.
- City/climate taxes, personal expenses, lunch and dinner, and all expenses not included in the package are the responsibility of the guests.
- We kindly ask you to check the prices before making your purchase.
- The ferry journey from Fethiye to Rhodes’ / from Rhodes’ to Fethiye takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- The port visa / Schengen visa fee is not included in the package.
- Our company does not provide visa consultancy, application follow-up, or intermediary services for Rhodes port visa/Schengen visa applications.
- Guests who need a port visa may contact Tilos Travel, the ferry company providing transportation between Fethiye and Rhodes.
- Information about the required documents, application process, current fees, and other conditions must be obtained directly from the relevant company.

- Reminder: Guests who do not have a valid Schengen visa and will apply for a port visa must submit the required documents to the relevant application unit / authorized institution at least 10 days before travel. Applications made less than this period in advance may encounter problems during the process. Therefore, we kindly ask that guests be informed to pay attention to the required timeframe.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The ferry times stated in the program have been obtained from the relevant ferry companies and may change due to weather conditions, port operations, and operational reasons. In such cases, the program itinerary may be adjusted.
The first name, surname, and date of birth provided during the reservation must be complete and accurate, exactly as shown in the passport. Name verification will not be conducted afterward.
The hotel voucher and ferry tickets / reservation documents will be sent to you shortly before the package departure date.
All guests are required to carry their round-trip ferry reservation documents and hotel accommodation documents with them.
Our guests are advised to enable their mobile phones for use abroad.
ACCOMMODATION & ROOM ARRANGEMENTS
Triple rooms may be provided subject to hotel availability, and the third bed may be smaller than a standard bed. It generally consists of 1 double bed + 1 extra bed. Extra beds are portable and foldable. This arrangement is deemed to have been accepted by the guest.
Child discounts are valid only for one child who shares a room with two adults and meets the age criteria.
Breakfasts served at hotels may be continental-style according to the standards of the country visited.
Although hotel check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the occupancy of the property, the availability of rooms is at the discretion of the hotel.
OTHER MATTERS
Cancellation, refund, or change conditions may vary for packages offered under promotional and early booking campaigns.
Our company acts as an intermediary for ferry, hotel, and transfer services; in the event of program changes arising from schedule changes, delays, cancellations, or operational disruptions caused by service provider companies, responsibility lies with the relevant service provider.
Ferry services may be delayed or canceled due to adverse weather conditions, sea conditions, port congestion, or decisions by official authorities.
VISA & PASSPORT INFORMATION
Turkish citizens are required to have a Port Visa or a valid Schengen visa.
The port visa / Schengen visa fee is not included in the package price.
For the visa application, the required documents must be prepared in full together with a passport valid for at least 6 months from the end date of travel.
It is important for guests holding special (green) passports to check the validity periods of their passports.
Obtaining a visa does not guarantee entry into the country. The decision to grant entry is at the discretion of the border police.
Our company is not responsible for problems that may arise due to worn, wet, or damaged passports.
A notarized letter of consent is required if guests under the age of 18 will travel alone or with only one parent.
