  • In our programs, the guide will welcome guests at the destination. The guiding service included in the package covers only the panoramic city tour and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are purchased, guiding service will also be provided. A different guide may accompany our guests during extra tours. For return transfers, guests must be ready at the reception of the hotel where they are staying before the pickup time given by the guide.

Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for complaints that may arise within the scope of the information provided. Our guest is deemed to have read and accepted all articles in advance.
  • Guests traveling with a Turkish Republic green passport must renew their passports if the passport was issued more than 10 years ago. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are traveling to and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Türkiye. In such a case, responsibility belongs to the passenger, and Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible in any way.
  • To avoid problems with customs police at the border gate of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet and/or similarly damaged passports, such passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visas to Turkish Republic citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, responsibility belongs to the passenger.
  • Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months as of the return flight date. Otherwise, any resulting obstacle is the responsibility of the guests.
  • Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse to issue a visa when it deems necessary, and Bluemaxx Travel has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger’s inability to obtain a visa. Bluemaxx Travel only undertakes the role of an intermediary institution. Bluemaxx Travel has no sanction or responsibility in individual visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
  • When Bluemaxx Travel applies for a visa as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the guest must check the accuracy of the information on the resulting visa. Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for any incorrect spelling on the visa or for any resulting situation that may prevent boarding the flight.
  • Under normal circumstances, it takes 1 business day to obtain the documents required by passengers who will apply for their own visas (hotel confirmation, flight ticket, etc.). Our guests must arrange their appointment dates and times by taking this period into consideration. Otherwise, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for possible disruptions.
  • If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service fee will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Bluemaxx Travel Visa department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel agreement, and if Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after excluding fees and similar amounts paid to consulates for the visa, provided that they present their passport within no later than 1 week from the visa expiry date to prove that they did not use the visa. If the guest obtained their visa through their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa intermediary company, and Bluemaxx Travel cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
  • Routes may change depending on the city where the aircraft lands. The aircraft type and time may change, and since hotel availability may vary during the high season or special periods, a similar alternative hotel may be provided. These circumstances were notified at the time of the contract, and THE PASSENGER PURCHASED THE TOUR BY ACCEPTING THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES.
  • Triple rooms are provided according to hotel availability. Triple rooms have an extra bed, and the third bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if the hotel has a suitable room, it will be blocked by the hotel subject to availability.
  • Child discounts are valid only for children staying with 2 adults.
  • The breakfast served at the hotels is continental breakfast, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
  • Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
  • During reservation/registration, the first and last name, date of birth and passport number as shown on the passport to be used for travel must be provided and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued according to this information. Penalties for cancellation or changes to flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
  • Whether obtained from Bluemaxx Travel or not, our guests are required to have overseas travel and health insurance beginning one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. If a guest is subject to such a penalty for not carrying their travel insurance, responsibility belongs to the guest.
  • Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered or exited certain countries may result in being unable to obtain a visa for one or more other countries or being unable to enter through the border gate. Since this matter is outside Bluemaxx Travel’ control, the parties acknowledge that Bluemaxx Travel bears no responsibility in such a case.
  • Guests who do not wish to participate in tours conducted along the route for the purpose of providing the group with economic and time benefits agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra excursion ends. At the end of the excursion, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.
  • Panoramic city tours are excursions organized to introduce the cities. City tours and extra excursions may be organized on different days provided that their content does not change, or may not take place depending on weather conditions. In such a case, Bluemaxx Travel is obliged to offer our valued guests the most suitable possible alternative. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved, extra tours may not take place or their prices may change.
  • Excursions or tours that local authorities do not permit for any reason will not take place. Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such excursions or tours.
  • Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats, and are issued as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight may also be automatically forfeited. The rules of the relevant airline apply in such cases.
  • Last-minute flight delays and gate changes are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information must be followed by the passengers. If the flight is missed due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket at their own expense (if necessary, as a round-trip ticket according to the previous article). In addition, they may partially or completely miss the first day’s program because they missed the group’s departure; in such a case, responsibility belongs to the guest. Furthermore, if they travel to the relevant city/country on a flight different from the group’s, the airport-city or airport-hotel transfer is the responsibility of the guest.
  • Guests who wish to upgrade their flight tickets using miles may do so only after the tickets have been issued and provided that there is availability on the relevant flight of the relevant airline. Since the aircraft seats in our programs are in group class, before upgrading the requested ticket if availability exists, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline and transfer the ticket from group class to an economy class eligible for upgrade. Any price difference arising in this case is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure.
  • To use your mobile phones abroad, before leaving Türkiye you must check with your GSM operator whether your line is enabled for international calls and incoming calls.
  • When temporarily or completely leaving the means of transportation you use and the hotels where you stay during your trip, please make sure that you have taken all your belongings.

Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible if the flight does not take place due to the absence of a consent form.
  • The General Terms are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently of the tour program.
