The concert ticket included in the package is in the Diamond area, arranged by seating order.

Participation for infants aged 0-2 years is not suitable.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• To benefit from Advantageous Travel package prices on extra tours, the fee must be paid to the local agency representative during the tour.
• Extra tours take place with a minimum of 10 participants. In case of fewer than 10 participants, there may be changes in tour prices or they may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the days of extra tours while keeping the content the same.
• In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.
• In our programs, the guide will meet guests upon arrival in the area. The guide service included in the package covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip transfers to/from the airport. If extra tours are taken, guide service will also be included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.
• During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, the Operator will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.
• Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted panoramically with guide narration from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. 
• Panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program may become impossible to conduct due to closure of places to be visited by local authorities on the day and time of the tour, road closures on the route due to any event, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. In such cases, the Operator is not responsible for the inability to conduct the mentioned tours. Some tours may be conducted by public transport or on foot depending on available opportunities at points where roads are closed or vehicle access is not permitted.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• At the time of reservation, it is mandatory to inform guests of the tour program specified below and the existing general terms and obligations. The Operator is not responsible for any complaints arising within the scope of this information. Our guest is considered to have read and accepted all clauses in advance.
• Guests traveling with T.C. green passports, if their passport issuance date is older than 10 years, must renew their passports. Otherwise, they may not be admitted to the country they are visiting and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such a case, the responsibility lies with the passenger, and the Operator cannot assume any liability.
• To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; the aforementioned passports must be renewed, and if the country applies visa requirements for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be present in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, the responsibility lies with the passenger.
• Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the return flight date. In case of non-compliance, this is the responsibility of the guests.                    
• The Operator acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. The consulate has the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The Operator has no responsibility whatsoever regarding the passenger's failure to obtain a visa. The Operator only performs the role of an intermediary institution. In personal visa applications, the Operator has no authority or liability. Consumers have registered for the tour by accepting these terms.
• When the Operator submits a visa application as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate, the passenger must verify the accuracy of the information on the issued visa. The Operator is not responsible for any erroneous writing on the visa or situations that may prevent boarding due to such errors.
• For passengers who will submit their own visa applications, obtaining the required documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must arrange their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the Operator is not responsible for possible delays.
• If the guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/cannot participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through the Operator's Visa Department and this visa service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, the guest may receive a refund of the amount remaining after deducting fees and similar amounts paid to consulates, provided they prove they did not use their visa within 1 week of the visa expiration date by presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa using their own means and/or with the assistance of a different visa agency, and the Operator cancels the relevant tour due to insufficient participation or another reason, no refund will be made to the guest.
• Routes may vary depending on the city where the plane lands. Aircraft type and time may change, and hotels may show variations during high season or special periods due to availability, so similar alternative hotels may be provided. These situations were communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF TIME CHANGES AND HOTEL CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.
• Triple rooms are provided subject to hotel availability. Triple rooms involve an extra bed arrangement, and the 3rd bed is smaller than a standard bed. A guarantee of 3 separate beds cannot be given in triple rooms; if hotels have rooms suitable for this, they are blocked by the hotel based on availability.
• Child discounts apply only to children staying with 2 adults.
• Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.
• Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.
• During reservation/registration, the name-surname, date of birth, and passport number on the passport to be traveled must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Penalty fees for flight ticket cancellations or changes resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.
• Our guests must have a foreign travel and health insurance starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, whether obtained from the Operator or not, and are obliged to carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests who do not carry their travel insurance may be fined by the police of the relevant country. In case of encountering the relevant fine due to not carrying travel insurance, the responsibility lies with our guests.
• Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in the inability to obtain a visa for another/several countries or being unable to enter through border crossings. Since this situation is outside the Operator's control, the Operator bears no responsibility in such cases, which is accepted by the parties involved.
• To provide economy and time benefits to the group for tours made along the route, guests who do not wish to participate agree to wait for the group at a nearby facility until the extra tour ends. After the tour, our bus will pick up these guests and our tour will continue.
• Panoramic city tours are tours organized for the introduction of cities. City tours and extra tours may be organized on different days or may not take place depending on weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, the Operator is obligated to offer you, our valued guests, the most suitable alternative. Extra tours are organized with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient majority is not met, extra tours may not be held or there may be price changes.
• Tours or trips that are not allowed by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The Operator cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct these tours or trips.
• Aircraft seats in our programs are group seats and are arranged as a single round-trip ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically expire. The rules of the airline company apply in the relevant situation.
• Last-minute delays and gate changes that may occur during flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. This information should be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such a situation or personal reasons, the guest must pay for and obtain their new ticket themselves (according to the previous clause, if necessary, as a round-trip ticket). Additionally, they may partially or completely miss the first day's program due to missing the group's departure; in this case, the responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if the guest travels to the relevant city/country on a different flight than the group, the transfer from area-city or area-hotel is the responsibility of the guest.
• Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with their airlines can only perform upgrade operations if there is availability on the relevant flight of the respective airline after the tickets are issued. Since aircraft seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference at the amount specified by the airline company and upgrade the ticket from group class to economy class before upgrading. The price difference arising in this situation is the responsibility of the guest. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before the tour departure. 
• To use your mobile phones abroad, you must check with your GSM operator company whether your line is open for international calls/calls received before leaving Turkey. 
• While using transportation vehicles and staying at hotels during your trip, please ensure that you have collected all your belongings completely when leaving briefly or entirely. 
• The Operator may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company to be flown without altering the content of the program in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.
• The Operator reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.
• The Operator is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.
• Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father, those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother, and those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. In case the flight does not take place due to lack of consent, the Operator cannot be held liable.
• General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered independently from the tour program.
