IMPORTANT NOTES

● To benefit from advantageous sightseeing package prices for extra tours, payment must be made to the local agency representative during the tour.

● Extra tours require a minimum of 15 participants. If fewer than 15 people participate, there may be changes in tour prices or the tour may be conducted via metro. Our guide may change the dates of extra tours while keeping the content unchanged.

● Prices for extra tours may change depending on regional density or season. The prices valid at the time of purchase from the guide will apply for extra tours.

● When the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by your agency 48 hours before the tour departure.

● In our programs, the guide must meet guests at the destination. The included guiding service covers only panoramic city tours and round-trip airport transfers. If extra tours are booked, guiding services for those tours are also included. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.

● Guests must notify the guide at least 24 hours in advance regarding cancellation or changes to extra tours. Cancellation and refund conditions for requested extra tours may vary depending on the final decision of the local supplier.

● During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be located further than the specified kilometers. In such cases, the AGENCY will provide information 2 days before the tour departure date.

● Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted with guide commentary from the vehicle, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites.

● For panoramic tours and other tours specified in the program, the AGENCY is not responsible if these tours cannot be carried out due to closures of sites by local authorities on the scheduled day/time, road closures due to events, or weather conditions making the tour impossible. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot where possible, depending on closed roads or points where vehicle access is not permitted.

● Guide meetings in our tour programs take place at the arrival airport. For return transfers, guests must be present at the hotel reception before the pickup time provided by the guide.

● Hotels listed in the program are offered as examples. Availability may change during high season or special periods. Therefore, similar alternative hotels may be provided.

● To avoid exchange rate fluctuations, we recommend that guests do not exchange large amounts of currency. Old/worn banknotes are not accepted by banks at destinations. Therefore, reservations for extra tours cannot be processed using old-type banknotes that banks will not accept.

● Since our package tours are international, guests are responsible for their own foreign language skills.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

● Travelers holding Turkish Green Passports whose passports were issued more than 10 years ago must renew them. Otherwise, they may be denied entry to the destination country and/or their flights may not be operated by the airline from Turkey. In such cases, responsibility lies with the passenger, and the AGENCY cannot assume any liability.

● To avoid issues with customs police at border crossings due to torn, worn, wet, or otherwise damaged passports, it is required that such passports be renewed. If the destination country requires a visa for Turkish citizens, the relevant visa must be placed in the new passport. In case of non-compliance, responsibility lies with the passenger.

● Guest passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of the return flight. Failure to meet this requirement is the responsibility of the guest and may prevent boarding.

● The AGENCY acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the consulate. Consulates reserve the right to refuse visas when deemed necessary. The AGENCY bears no responsibility if a passenger fails to obtain a visa. The AGENCY only performs its role as an intermediary. There is no liability or penalty for personal visa applications. Consumers have registered for the tour accepting these terms.

● For passengers applying for their own visas, obtaining required documents (hotel confirmation, flight tickets, etc.) normally takes 1 working day. Guests must schedule their appointment dates and times considering this period. Otherwise, the AGENCY is not responsible for any potential delays.

● If a guest cancels their reservation and/or does not participate/is unable to participate in the relevant tour, the visa fee and service charge will not be refunded. If the guest obtained their visa and visa service through Bluemaxx Travel Visa Department and this service was specified as an additional service in the travel contract, and the AGENCY cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, the guest may receive a refund of the amount paid minus consular fees and similar charges, provided they prove they did not use the visa within 1 week after the visa expiry date by presenting their passport. If the guest obtained their visa independently or through another visa agency and the AGENCY cancels the tour due to insufficient participation or other reasons, no refund will be made to the guest.

● Routes may vary depending on the city of arrival. Aircraft type and timing may change; this was communicated at the time of contract signing, and the PASSENGER ACCEPTED THE RISK OF FLIGHT TIME CHANGES WHEN PURCHASING THE TOUR.

● Guests must be present at the departure airport at least 3 hours before flight departure. Domestic flight passengers must collect their tickets based on the flight time. Any problems and damages arising from failure to catch the flight due to the guest's fault are not the responsibility of the AGENCY.

● Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. Additional beds are used in triple rooms, and the third bed is smaller than standard beds. A guarantee of three separate beds cannot be provided in triple rooms; however, if hotels have suitable rooms, they will be blocked according to availability.

● Child discounts apply only to children staying with two adults.

● Continental breakfast is served at hotels, not Turkish breakfast. Continental breakfast consists of butter, jam or honey, bread, tea or coffee, and fruit juice.

● Group breakfasts may be served in a separate hall.

● During reservation/registration, the name, surname, date of birth, and passport number on the travel passport must be reported and entered into the system. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation or change fees for flight tickets resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the guest.

● Regardless of whether guests obtain it from the AGENCY or elsewhere, they must have international travel and health insurance covering the period starting one day before the tour date and ending one day after the tour date, and must carry the relevant insurance policy with them. Guests failing to carry their travel insurance may be fined by the local police. In case of fines incurred due to lack of travel insurance, responsibility lies with the guests.

● Due to diplomatic relations between countries, having entered/exited certain countries may result in inability to obtain visas for other countries or denial of entry at border crossings. As this situation is outside the control of the AGENCY, the parties acknowledge that the AGENCY bears no responsibility in such cases.

● To ensure economic and time benefits for the group, guests who do not wish to participate in tours along the route must agree to wait at a nearby facility until the extra sightseeing ends. After the sightseeing concludes, our bus will pick up these guests and the tour will continue.

● Panoramic city tours are organized for city introductions. City tours and extra tours may be rescheduled to different days or may not take place due to weather conditions, provided the content remains unchanged. In such cases, the AGENCY is obligated to offer the most suitable alternative to our valued guests. Extra tours require a minimum of 20 participants. If sufficient numbers are not met, extra tours may not be held or prices may change.

● Tours or sightseeing activities that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be conducted. The AGENCY cannot be held responsible for the inability to conduct such tours.

● Flight seats in our programs are group seats, and outbound and return flights are arranged as a single ticket. If the outbound flight is missed and/or not used, the return flight will automatically become invalid. The rules of the airline company apply in such cases.

● Last-minute delays and gate changes on flights are displayed on information boards/screens at airports. These must be monitored by individuals. In case of missing the flight due to such situations or personal reasons, the guest must purchase a new ticket themselves (and if necessary, a round-trip ticket as per the previous clause). Additionally, if the group misses the outbound flight, the first day's program may be partially or completely missed; in this case, responsibility lies with the guest. Furthermore, if traveling to the destination country/city on a different flight than the group, the transfer from airport-city or airport-hotel is the guest's responsibility.

● Guests wishing to upgrade their flight tickets with miles can only do so after tickets are issued and if availability exists on the relevant flight of the respective airline. Since flight seats in our programs are from the group class, if the requested ticket is available, it may be necessary to pay the difference specified by the airline to upgrade from group class to economy class before upgrading. Any price difference arising in this case is the guest's responsibility. Group tickets in our programs are issued a few days before tour departure.

● To use mobile phones abroad, guests must check with their GSM operator before leaving Turkey whether their line is enabled for international calls/making calls.

● While traveling, when leaving transportation vehicles or hotels temporarily or permanently, please ensure you have taken all your belongings with you.

● The AGENCY may change the order of cities in the program and/or the airline company flown, without altering the program content, in case of force majeure or if deemed necessary.

● The AGENCY reserves the right to change hotel names, provided the category remains the same.

● The AGENCY is not responsible for items forgotten, lost, or stolen during the tour.

● Children under 18 years old traveling with their mother must obtain consent from their father; those traveling with their father must obtain consent from their mother; those traveling with a third party must obtain consent from both parents. The AGENCY cannot be held liable if the flight does not take place due to lack of consent.

● General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of the tour program and cannot be considered separately from it.
