Day 1 Istanbul – Munich
Meeting in front of the Turkish Airlines Check-in Counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Munich on Turkish Airlines’s scheduled flight. Upon arrival in Munich, after passport, baggage and customs procedures, we proceed from the airport following the guide’s directions. In our panoramic city tour of Munich, the largest city and capital of the Bavaria region; Marienplatz, New Town Hall, Viktualienmarkt, Bavarian State Opera, Frauenkirche are among the places we will see. The largest Christmas market in Munich is set up in Marienplatz, the most touristy area of the city. After strolling among the stalls with enchanting cookie scents, we transfer to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel in Munich.
Day 2 Munich – Hallstatt – Salzburg
After having breakfast at our hotel, we move to our next stop, Hallstatt, one of the regions where you will enjoy being at Christmas the most. We have the chance to experience one of the biggest privileges of our tour. We begin to explore this town, which has a history dating back 7,000 years and has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Hallstatt; with its traffic-free roads, many churches, houses, and untouched views, will captivate us. You can collect memories of your holiday by shopping from its small stalls. While walking along its narrow and long road, you will want to take photos at every corner and won’t be able to get enough of being photographed. Recording magnificent memories in our minds, we move to Salzburg. In our Salzburg City Tour; Hohensalzburg Fortress, St. Peter’s Monastery Cathedral, Mirabell Palace, Main Altar and Mozart’s House, the city where Mozart was born, we complete our panoramic tour in Europe’s most attractive Baroque city with streets lined with colorful facades. Overnight at our hotel in Salzburg or nearby.
Day 3 Salzburg – Vienna
After having breakfast at our hotel, first we are given free time in the magnificent gardens of Schönbrunn Palace, the palace of Queen Sisi. At the end of our tour; we set off towards Vienna, which has one of Europe’s First and Largest Christmas Markets. After our arrival, we first carry out our Vienna City Tour. It includes the Opera House, University, Parliament Building, Theater, Prater, Hofburg Palace, Hundertwasser House and the Museums district. Following our tour, we have free time with the guide’s explanations. In the evening hours, we transfer to our hotel in Vienna at the time determined by our guide. Overnight at our hotel in Vienna.
Day 4 Vienna – Bratislava – Vienna
After having breakfast at our hotel; we embark on the Bratislava City Tour, the capital of Slovakia. Our city tour in Bratislava includes the Old Town Square, Bratislava Castle, Michalska Brana, UFO Bridge and the National Theatre. After finishing our tour in Bratislava, we return to Vienna. Overnight at our hotel in Vienna.
Day 5 Vienna – Parndorf Outlet – Istanbul
After having breakfast at our hotel, we head to Parndorf Designer Outlet, one of Europe’s most famous outlets. After the free time given at the outlet, we provide our transfer to the airport. Need to Know
- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- On our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily in seat planning, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to be able to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons; Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne); Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne); Perfume: 600 ml; Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items; Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg; Coffee: 1 kg; Tea: 1 kg
- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring that all places specified in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the trip. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty is applied. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request, unfortunately, are not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services booked outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Bluemaxx Travel.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Bluemaxx Travel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified km. In such cases, information will be provided by Bluemaxx Travel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or convertible (coachbeds), participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours cannot be carried out because they coincide with days/hours when local authorities prohibit visiting or entering other tours specified in the program, or due to closed roads caused by any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for the inability to conduct said tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicles are not allowed to enter due to closed roads.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held liable for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Bluemaxx Travel partner with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, excursions may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in flight-based tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website prior to the flight.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights due to not being present at the specified airport at the time announced by Bluemaxx Travel for tour participation, failing to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completing them on time but not boarding the aircraft. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are borne by themselves.
- Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change before the current tour and flight. Bluemaxx Travel is obligated to notify such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 years are exempt from paying airport taxes and airport service fees.
