Day 1: Istanbul – Basel – Alsace
Day 2: Alsace – Obernai – H.Königsburg – Strasbourg – Alsace
After having breakfast at our hotel, we will depart for our tour where we will see OBERNAI panoramically. In our tour, we visit the fairytale-like city of Obernai with its colorful flower-decorated wooden houses and stone streets. After our city visit, we move towards H.Königsburg Castle. Located in the heart of the Alsace region, the pearl of Eastern France, H.Königsburg Castle is situated on a hill 750 meters high. The castle, which hosts half a million tourists annually, clearly displays unique views and Medieval vibes. Then we move towards Strasbourg, one of the most popular cities in Eastern France. The city, which has become a brand in terms of Christmas Markets, hosts French & German shared cultural vibes. Among the places we will see are architectures carrying traces of French & German shared culture, Petite France, Cathedral Square, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Kammerz House. After our tour, we transfer to your hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 3: Alsace – Riquewihr – Kayserberg – Colmar – Alsace
After having breakfast at our hotel, we will depart for our RIQUEWIHR tour where we will see it panoramically. In this small, clean town with clean streets, cookie-shaped houses, and Medieval vibes, we will walk through Christmas Markets. Leaving this city that captivates us and leaves an important place in our minds, we move towards KAYSERBERG. This city, full of Medieval vibes in Northeastern France, is one of France's wine towns with its period walls, semi-wooden fairytale houses, and churches. On this journey, we are heading to the city that excites us the most. Our next stop is again a brand related to Christmas Markets: COLMAR! After arriving in Colmar, which we call the Land of Fairytale, you will not be able to get enough of walking through its streets with its Christmas Markets, Old Customs House, Pfister House, and magnificent architecture around the Rhine River. We also do not forget to take photos in its most famous area, Petite Venice (Little Venice), with its colorful houses. In this unique environment surrounded by the Rhine River and canals, you will find many delicious foods according to your taste and many opportunities to buy souvenirs. After our tour, we transfer to your hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 4: Alsace – Basel – Freiburg - Istanbul
After having breakfast at our hotel, we move towards Freiburg. In our FREIBURG City Tour; the channels and waterways covering the entire Old Town with their 15.5 km length along the roads, the Cathedral (Freiburger Münster) visible everywhere in the city with its 116 m height, the Covered Market (Markhalle) which is like a paradise welcoming you with dozens of varieties from all world cuisines, the Grand Square Münsterplatz, the old and new City Hall Rathausplatz, Kaiser Joseph Street with many souvenir shops, chain stores, cafes and restaurants, and Gerberau where you can see the city's most enjoyable cafes, bars and beer gardens are visited, followed by free time for shopping. At the time determined by our guide, we transfer to BASel Airport. We complete check-in, baggage, and customs procedures. We carry out our flight to Istanbul on the scheduled flight belonging to Turkish Airlines. After our arrival, we conclude our tour with Christmas memories and good wishes. Day 1: Istanbul – Basel – Alsace
Meeting in front of the Turkish Airlines Check-in Counter at Istanbul Airport International Departures Terminal. After ticket, baggage and passport procedures, we depart for Basel on Turkish Airlines flight number. Arrival in Basel. After passport, baggage and customs procedures, we meet with our guide and transfer to our tour vehicle. We conduct our city tour in BASEL, known as the Cultural Capital of Switzerland. You can take a lunch break in the cafes and restaurants located in the narrow streets of Basel. The historic streets built along the river will leave you in awe. You can travel through historical eras in the city following Erasmus, Hans Holbein, Jacob Burchardt and Paracelsus. We do not forget to take a photo stop in front of the Red and Ornate City Hall and the Cathedral. After completing our tour in Basel, we transfer to your hotel and have free time. Overnight at our hotel.

Need to Know
- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the tour. It is advisable to bring a cardigan or similar clothing for the evening.
- In our tours, seat rotation (seat change) is applied daily in the seating plan, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic beverages (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic beverages (including spirits with less than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skin Care Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Confectionery: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring that all places mentioned in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the trip. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports obtained from Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request, are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services to be received outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Bluemaxx Travel.
- In cases where the tour program provides only category information without specifying names and/or offers options for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be notified by Bluemaxx Travel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances exceeding the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Bluemaxx Travel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are foldable or called coachbeds, participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted any potential crowding and bed types in the rooms. Child discounts apply only to one child accompanying two adults within the eligible age group.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate room allocated for the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction to cities, conducted from the vehicle with guide commentary, and do not include entry to museums or historical sites. If panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, cannot be visited or entered on the scheduled day and time due to restrictions by local authorities, closure due to any event, closed roads, or if the tour becomes impossible due to weather conditions, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, depending on available facilities, at points where vehicles are not allowed due to closed roads or access restrictions.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from such waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by the local Bluemaxx Travel we serve with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, tours may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, tour dates and times may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for those participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest at the airport counters of the relevant airline or online via the airline's website before the flight.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for guests failing to board their flights because they did not arrive at the specified airport at the times announced by Bluemaxx Travel for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or completed them on time but did not board the plane. All costs for new round-trip flight tickets required for missed passengers to join the tour, as well as all transfer costs in the destination area, are borne by the individuals themselves.
- Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. There may be risks of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Bluemaxx Travel is obligated to notify of such changes as soon as possible. The passenger purchases the tour accepting the risk of time changes. Children aged 0-2 years do not pay airport taxes or airport service fees.
- Vehicle types used in our tours are classified as follows based on the number of persons. For each tour, vehicle types are determined according to the number of participants:
