Day 1 Istanbul – Belgrade
Meeting at the AJET Airlines counter in the International Departures Terminal of Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, 3 hours before our flight. We depart for Belgrade via a limited AJET Airlines flight. After a comfortable and pleasant flight, we arrive and complete entry procedures. Then, with our private bus, we begin our city tour of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia, a new symbol of vibrancy and activity, and one of Europe's oldest cities. Among the places to visit are the Old Palace adorned with magnificent carved ceilings from the Turkish era, the Millennium Monument, Belgrade Fortress (a supply center of the Ottoman navy where Fatih Sultan Mehmed was wounded but whose conquest was granted to Kanuni Sultan Süleyman) located at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers, Kalemegdan Square, Tašmajdan Park, Military Museum, the tomb of Şehit Ali Pasha, and Bayraklı Mosque. After our tour, we visit the Belgrade Christmas Market. Overnight stay at our hotel in Belgrade.
Day 2 Belgrade
After breakfast, guests who wish have free time all day and can join the Novi Sad - Sremski Karlovci Tour. Upon completion of this tour, we return to Belgrade. Overnight at our hotel.
Extra Tour: Novi Sad & Sremski Karlovci Tour: 75 Euro
In this tour, we set off in the morning with our private vehicle to Novi Sad. Our first stop is Sremski Karlovci. In this beautiful town, after 72 days of negotiations in 1699, the Treaty of Karlowitz was signed between the Ottoman Empire and Austria-Hungary-Venice and Poland. During our visit, we will see the four-doored building where the treaty was signed, as well as the square, the fountain with four lions, the historic high school, and the Orthodox and Catholic churches. After a coffee break, we continue our journey. On the way, we will see the Belgrade Gate, clock tower, Upper Town, Long Barracks, and Leopold Gate at Petrovaradin Fortress. Then we arrive in Novi Sad. Vojvodina is a multi-ethnic province in northern Serbia. It is economically the most developed region of Serbia, and its capital is Novi Sad. During our walking tour here, we will see Liberty Square, the People's Theatre, Tuna Street and its waterfront, the Svetozar Miletić Statue, the Catholic Cathedral, the Orthodox St. George Cathedral, St. Nicholas Church, and the Synagogue panoramically. Overnight at our hotel.
Day 3 Belgrade - Istanbul
After breakfast, check-out and free time. Transfer to the airport at the time specified by the guide. After baggage, ticket, and check-in procedures, we depart for Istanbul via AJET Airlines flight. Arrival and end of our tour. We hope to see you again at our next organization.

Need to Know
- To be able to shop and spend in all countries included in the program during the tour, it is sufficient for us to have Euros. In regions where local currency is used, the guide will assist with currency exchange.
- Comfortable walking shoes or sneakers should be preferred during the trip. It is advisable to bring a sweater or similar clothing for the evening.
- On our tours, a rotation (seat change) system is applied daily in seat planning, so fixed seats and front seat guarantees are not provided. Seat changes are organized by the vehicle guide.
- When entering Turkey from abroad, there is a mandatory minimum stay of 3 days to bring goods (alcohol, cigarettes, etc.).
- Duty-free shopping limit when entering Turkey from abroad: Cigarettes: 3 cartons, Alcoholic Beverages: 1 liter of alcoholic drinks (excluding spirits with more than 22% alcohol, wine, and champagne), Alcoholic Beverages: 2 liters of alcoholic drinks (excluding spirits with less than 22% alcohol, including wine and champagne), Perfume: 600 ml, Makeup or Skincare Products: 5 items, Chocolate and Sweets: 2 kg, Coffee: 1 kg, Tea: 1 kg
- In the tour program, guides may make changes to the program flow while ensuring that all places specified in the program are shown, depending on weather and road conditions.
- Guests who register for the tour have the right to cancel free of charge up to 30 days before the tour date. If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the tour date, a 30% penalty applies; if 20 days or less remain, a 100% penalty applies. Documents such as hospital reports from Turkish authorities, work permission letters, etc., submitted with the participant's cancellation request are unfortunately not accepted for cancellations of hotels and services booked outside Turkey.
- Our tour program is organized with a minimum participation requirement of 25 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 20 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified by Bluemaxx Travel.
- In cases where only category information is provided without specifying names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be announced by Bluemaxx Travel 2 days before the tour departure.
- During periods such as fairs, congresses, concerts, events, sports tournaments, etc., hotels may be used at distances greater than the specified kilometers. In such cases, information will be provided by Bluemaxx Travel 15 days before the tour departure date.
- Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability; in these rooms, the bed assigned to the third person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 additional bed. Since additional beds are foldable and referred to as coach beds, tour participants booking the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted potential crowding in the room and the type of bed.
- Breakfasts included in the tour package are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, typically as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall assigned to the group.
- Panoramic city tours included in the tour package are tours lasting a maximum of 2-3 hours, organized for general introduction of cities and conducted panoramically from the vehicle with guide commentary; they do not include entrance fees to museums or historical sites. Panoramic tours, including other tours specified in the program, may not take place if local authorities do not allow visits or entry on the scheduled day and time, if roads are closed due to any event, or if weather conditions make the tour impossible. In such cases, Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours. Some tours may be conducted via public transport or on foot, within available means, at points where vehicle access is restricted.
- Waiting times at customs checkpoints crossed by road during travel may exceed standard limits; Bluemaxx Travel cannot be held responsible for any negative consequences arising from these waiting times.
- Extra tours are organized by our local partner Bluemaxx Travel with a minimum participation requirement of 20 people. If this number is not met, the tours cannot be conducted, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary based on the number of participants. Additionally, the days and times of the tours may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and historical sites at the destinations are open or closed, and weather conditions.
- Extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's choice. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from the same location after the main tour is completed.
- Check-in and boarding procedures for individuals participating in air tours are personal processes and must be completed by the guest either at the airport counters of the relevant airline before the flight or online via the airline's website.
- Bluemaxx Travel is not responsible if guests fail to arrive at the specified airport at the times announced by Bluemaxx Travel for tour participation, fail to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, or complete these procedures but do not board the plane. All costs for round-trip new flight tickets and transfers in the destination area required for passengers who miss their flight to join the tour are borne by themselves.
- Bluemaxx Travel acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of September 28, 1955. There may be a risk of delays in scheduled and special flights, or flight times may change prior to the existing tour and flight. Bluemaxx Travel is obligated to notify of such changes as soon as possible. By purchasing the tour, the passenger accepts the risk of schedule changes. Children aged 0-2 years are exempt from airport taxes and airport service charges.
- The types of vehicles used in our tours are classified according to the number of passengers as follows. The vehicle types listed below are determined based on the number of participants in each tour:
