Meeting at 18:00 in front of the Qatar Airways counter at Istanbul Airport, International Terminal. After check-in and customs controls, we depart for Doha on Qatar Airways flight QR 246 at 20:05.

16.10.2026 - DOHA – SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA

Arrival at Doha airport at 00:10 local time. After a short wait, we depart for Seoul on flight QR 858 at 03:30 local time. Upon our arrival in Seoul at 18:30 local time, we transfer to the hotel where we will stay. After settling into our rooms, we have free time.

17.10.2026 - SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA

After breakfast, guests who wish may join the extra "Han River Boat Tour" organized by our guides. You can witness the life of Seoul residents along the banks of this river, which is the 4th largest on the Korean peninsula and divides the city into two. During this tour, you will have the opportunity to see Seoul illuminated under the lights. After the tour, we return to our hotel. Overnight at our hotel.

18.10.2026 - SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA

After morning breakfast, we leave our hotel promptly. Our first stop on the half-day Seoul city tour will be the Gyeongbokgung Palace, built by the "Joseon Dynasty" in the 14th century. This palace, made even more popular by the changing of the guard ceremony, will be followed by the streets of "Buncheon Hanok Village" right next door. In this area where traditional Korean architecture is preserved, houses are now used as boutique hotels and attract great interest from tourists. Our final stop is Myeong-Dong market, famous for Korea's renowned beauty products, where we will have free time before departing at 13:00 towards the port where our ship is located. Upon arrival at the port, after checking in on the ship and settling into our cabins, our ship will depart at 16:00. Dinner and overnight on board.

On this day spent cruising at sea, you can spend your time shopping in duty-free shops or enjoying activities such as open and closed pools, fitness, and sauna on the ship. Additionally, you can enjoy fun times at the bar with shows and music or try your luck in the casino.

20.10.2026 - SAKAIMINATO, JAPAN

Our ship arrives at Sakai Port at 07:00 in the morning. After breakfast, you will have free time for personal activities and shopping. Guests who wish may join the extra "Sakai City and Surroundings Tour" organized by our guides. Sakai Port is a natural port protected by the Shimane Peninsula to the north. Geographically located almost exactly between Tsuruga Port and Shimonoseki Port, Sakai Port plays an important role in the economies of the Hanshin, Sanyo, and Kyushu regions due to its location. For centuries, this port has been the focal point of trade with the Asian mainland and holds significant strategic and economic importance due to its location. Within the city, Shirakabe Dozugun street and Izumo Shrine, which is one of Japan's oldest shrines and an important symbol of Shinto architecture, are notable. Matsue Castle is one of only 12 original castles remaining in Japan today and stands exactly as it was when it was built. Our tour continues with Tottori Hanakairo flower garden or the Adachi Museum of Art and its gardens. Our guide will make the best use of our limited time. We return to our ship at the end of the tour. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00. Dinner and overnight on board.

21.10.2026 - KANAZAWA, JAPAN

Our ship will arrive at Kanazawa port at 07:00. After breakfast on board, you will have free time for personal needs. Those who wish may join the Kanazawa tour organized extra by our guides. Kanazawa, known for its gold leaf and lacquerware, is one of the largest districts from the Edo period that has survived to the present day among Japan's major cities. One of the most important places in these districts is the Nagamachi Samurai District, surrounded by earthen walls hiding the former residences of Kanazawa's middle and upper-class samurai families. Kenroku-en Garden, the historical castle Kanazawa Castle, Omicho Market famous for fresh seafood, and local delicacies are highlights. Higashi Chaya District, featuring traditional geisha houses, is among the places we will see on the city tour. Our tour continues towards Ishikawa, known for its very special handmade souvenirs located in the center of the city. After free time, we return to the ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00 in the evening.

22.10.2026 - AKITA, JAPAN

Our ship will arrive at Akita port at 09:00 noon. After breakfast, you will have free time for personal activities. Guests who wish may join the tour covering Akita and its surroundings organized extra by our guide. Akita City is the capital of Akita Prefecture, located in the northern part of the Tohoku region of Japan. The city is known for hosting the large festival called Kanto Matsuri held at the beginning of August, where participants balance long bamboo poles with dozens of paper lanterns attached to their tips. This region, which receives the most snowfall in winter, is also famous for rice liquor, Sake. Places to see on our tour include Senshu Park, Akita Art Museum, and Nyuta Onsekyo where Lake Tazawa is located. Our ship will depart from the port at 18:00. Dinner and overnight on board.

23.10.2026 - AOMORI, JAPAN

Our ship will arrive at Aomori port at 07:00. After breakfast on board, you will have free time for personal needs and shopping. Guests who wish may join the extra "Aomori Tour" organized by our guides. Since Aomori Prefecture is located in the north of Japan, autumn comes early here. Towards the end of October, tree leaves begin to turn red, orange, and yellow. The best places to see autumn leaves are Hakkoda Mountain, Towada Lake, Oirase Gorge, Tsutanuma, Jogakura Ohashi, and Nakano Momiji Mountain. The scenery of rice fields waving like a golden carpet during harvest season and fields growing abundant apples are beautiful landscapes that only autumn can offer. Some of the places we will see during our tour include Nebusan Culture House, Towada Lake, Towada Shrine, Fujita Memorial Garden, and Factory Shopping Center. Our ship will depart from Aomori port at 20:00 at night. Dinner and overnight on board.

24.10.2026 - HAKODATE, JAPAN

Our ship will arrive at Hakodate port at 07:00 noon. After breakfast, you will have free time for personal activities. Guests who wish may join the tour covering Hakodate and its surroundings organized extra by our guide. Hakodate is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Hokkaido. With its magnificent views, historic buildings, hot springs, delicious food, and various events held continuously, this city is full of both urban charm and natural beauty.

Places included in our tour are Motomachi, Hakodate Bay area, Goryakaku Tower, and Onuma Park. Our ship will depart from the port at 17:00. Dinner and overnight on board.

26.10.2026 - SHIMIZU (FUJI), JAPAN

Our ship will arrive at Mount Fuji Shimizu port at 07:00 in the morning. First, we stop at Oshino Hakkai village to view the panoramic scenery of Mt. Fuji, the symbol of Japan. From this charming town with examples of traditional houses, our next stop will be Owakudani, formed by the eruption of Hakone Mountain approximately 3000 years ago. In this area with sulfur fumes and hot steam, we will eat black eggs boiled in natural spring water, and if the weather is clear, we will capture the view of Fuji on our cameras and memories. Then, we will descend to Togendai station and take a pleasant cruise on Lake Ashi, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, on pirate ships, and witness the natural beauty of the town up close. After our boat tour, we have free time in Hakone Machi and return to the ship. Our ship will depart from the port at 15:00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on board.

27.10.2026 - OSAKA (KYOTO), JAPAN

Our ship will arrive at Osaka port at 08:00. After breakfast on board, you will have free time for personal needs. Those who wish may join the Kyoto Tour organized extra by our guides. We arrive in Kyoto, which served as the capital of Japan for 1000 years and is considered the country's "cultural capital", after a 1-hour journey. This open-air museum city, which remained undamaged even after World War II, our first stop will be the eye-catching "Golden Pavilion" (Kinkakuji). We take photos of the reflection in the lake for a magnificent garden and then leave the Buddhist temple listed in the UNESCO list. Our next stop is Kyomizudera, also known as the Holy Water Temple, where hundreds of shops selling typical Japanese souvenirs are very attractive for shopping while climbing to the temple. The Buddhist temple within a large park complex, with its orange pagodas and tourists and locals wearing kimonos, will be the best place to pose. This area is also located in the Gion district, known for traditional tea houses, and with its wooden houses and narrow streets, you can feel like you are on the set of the movie "Memoirs of a Geisha". After visiting Kyoto's most iconic temples, we go to Osaka, seeing the second-largest city in Japan panoramically, and head to Dotonbori, the heart of shopping in Osaka. In this city also known as the people's kitchen, we will have free time for shopping at Dotonbori / Shinsaibashi. Our ship will depart from the port at 19:00 in the evening. Dinner and overnight on board.

28.10.2026 - TOKYO, JAPAN

Our ship will arrive at Tokyo port at 17:00 in the evening. In the evening, we will have an extra Tokyo Night Tour with interested guests. Ginza; the district where Japan's first Western-style buildings were constructed and still hosts the most luxurious shops, is the center of shopping in Tokyo with flagship stores of both Japanese and world-famous brands. After spending free time here, we go to the Shinjuku district, famous for Godzilla in the Japanese cinema industry and still housing its giant model. Although it has come to the forefront in recent years with its 5D advertising cat, we visit this central hub where people gather for shopping, dining, and entertainment day and night, and return to the ship. Dinner and overnight on board.

29.10.2026 - TOKYO, JAPAN - DOHA

After breakfast, disembarkation procedures. With interested guests, we will have an extra Tokyo tour. We start our city tour in Tokyo with the imperial gardens that house the world's oldest Imperial Family. At our next stop, we visit the historic Asakusa District remaining from the Edo period and its focal point, the Sensouji Buddhist Temple. Nakamise Street stretching in front of the temple offers a great opportunity reflecting the Edo period, with shops operated by the same families for years, lucky cat figurines, kimonos, samurai swords, and many authentic Japanese souvenirs, as well as famous Japanese delicacies like Sushi, ramen, or mochi (rice cakes) where they first appeared. Then our next stop is Ginza; the district where Japan's first Western-style buildings were constructed and still hosts the most luxurious shops, is the center of shopping in Tokyo with flagship stores of both Japanese and world-famous brands. After shopping time here, we continue to Shibuya district, famous for the world's busiest intersection. It is very enjoyable to watch the crowds formed by people coming to offices, restaurants, and shopping malls called Deepato, especially in the evening hours. After this beautiful and colorful tour, we go to the airport. After check-in procedures, we depart for Doha on Qatar Airways flight QR839 at 16:55 local time. Arrival in Doha at 23:05 local time.

30.10.2026 - DOHA – ISTANBUL

After waiting at Doha airport, we depart for Istanbul on flight QR 237 at 02:40 local time. After spending the night on the plane, we arrive in Istanbul around 07:00 local time. End of our tour.

IMPORTANT NOTES

If passports and required documents are submitted completely, AGENCY will assist with visa applications. For international trips, a passport valid for at least 6 months is mandatory.
AGENCY is not responsible for any problems arising from the late or incomplete submission of required documents for the visa.
Having obtained a visa does not guarantee entry into that country. Passport control officers have the authority to deny entry. In such cases, responsibility lies with the traveler.
In hotels offering triple rooms with extra beds, the third bed may be smaller than standard beds. Some hotels do not offer a third bed arrangement. In packages working with such hotels, AGENCY will inform guests during the sales process.
Child prices are valid only on the condition that children stay in the same room and cabin as their parents as the 3rd and 4th person. For the 0-2 years child policy, the child must not have reached 2 years of age by the tour return date; for the 3-12 years child policy, the child must not have reached 12 years of age by the tour return date.
AGENCY reserves the right to make changes to the program due to external reasons.
In case of insufficient participation, AGENCY will notify guests of cancellation or changes 21 days before the tour departure.
AGENCY acts as an intermediary between passengers and the airline and is subject to the Hague Protocol of 28.09.1955. Flight times may change prior to departure. All times must be confirmed 48 hours before the departure date. Passengers purchase the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.
Domestic low-cost flights include a 20 kg baggage allowance.
AGENCY reserves the right to change the hotels specified in the program, provided the category remains the same.
Extra tours are organized subject to a minimum participation requirement. If participation is insufficient, they cannot be organized. In cases where the number of participants is insufficient, prices may be revised by the guide and a new arrangement made.
For extra tours along the route, guests who will not participate will be directed by the guide to rest areas located before city entrances.
Tours that are not permitted by local authorities for any reason will not be carried out. AGENCY is not responsible for the inability to conduct these tours.
In case of cancellation or changes, the "AGENCY SALES CONTRACT" applies.
During the cruise, two of your evening meals are formal dinners. It is recommended that every male passenger wishing to dine there has at least one suit, and female passengers have at least one evening gown.
During the cruise, the restaurants and tables for our group's evening meals will be predetermined and numbered according to names. Therefore, everyone will sit at their predetermined locations from the first meal to the last meal on board.
During check-in for the ship, every passenger (only one person per couple) must present a credit card to the ship reception or deposit cash, without exception. Cash is not used anywhere on the ship except in the casino. The EUR currency and credit cards are valid on the ship. You can view all your expenses via the televisions in your cabins.
Bringing alcohol, irons, hair dryers, etc., onto the ship is strictly prohibited.
At the beginning of our cruise, luggage tags of specific colors for all our group's luggage will be sent to you along with your cruise ticket. These tags must be attached to your luggage at the cruise port.
Your luggage may not arrive in your cabins until late evening on the first day of the ship's departure. This is a situation caused by congestion and crowds, which is definitely the responsibility of the ship. Therefore, it is advisable to pack essential needs for the first day in a small handbag and carry them with you.
You must strictly adhere to the ship's departure times. At ports, boarding must be completed at least 60 minutes before the ship's departure time. Otherwise, you may not be able to board the ship. Our agency will not be responsible for such situations.
At the end of our cruise, you must collect your luggage, attach the labels that will be left in your cabins the night before, and leave them in front of your cabin doors by 00:00. After disembarkation procedures, our group will collect their luggage from the designated station. WE URGENTLY REQUEST THAT EACH OF OUR GUESTS PICK UP AND CHECK THEIR OWN LUGGAGE.
ALL GUESTS MUST CARRY THEIR ROUND-TRIP FLIGHT TICKETS AND CRUISE TICKETS WITH THEM. PASSENGERS WHO DO NOT HAVE PRINTED COPIES OF THE TICKETS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN ENTRY INTO THE COUNTRY/SHIP.
