IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our tour program is organized subject to a minimum participation of 15 people. If sufficient participation is not achieved for the trip, the final cancellation notification date is 21 days before the tour departure. Tours cancelled due to insufficient participation will be notified to you through your travel agency.

  • In cases where there is insufficient participation but the tour still proceeds, English-speaking guides may be provided.

  • If only category information is provided without specific names in the tour program and/or options exist for the same destination, the hotel(s) will be communicated by your travel agency 48 hours prior to the tour departure.

  • Triple rooms are subject to hotel availability. In these rooms, the bed assigned to the 3rd person is smaller than standard beds. Triple rooms consist of 1 large bed + 1 extra bed. Since extra beds are pull-out or coach beds, tour participants booking triple rooms for the 3rd person and/or children are deemed to have accepted potential crowding and bed types in the room. Child discounts apply only to one child per two adults within the eligible age group. No bed guarantee is provided for children aged 0-2 years at hotels.

  • Breakfasts included in the tour program are served according to the breakfast culture of the country visited, generally as a limited continental menu consisting of butter, jam, bread, tea, or coffee, and may be served in a separate hall allocated for the group.

  • Since tour flights are group tickets, flight times may change. You can confirm current flight details with your travel agency. Current times will be communicated to your travel agency via the tour information notice.

  • Tour flight times must be confirmed before purchasing domestic flights. If a guest purchases their own domestic connecting flight from a provider other than the agency, they cannot request any refund from the agency in case the tour is cancelled by the agency or if there are time changes. The guest accepts in advance any material and moral losses resulting from tour cancellation or changes. Fly Express cannot be held liable for this situation. Fly Express is not responsible if guests who purchased their own domestic flights miss their international flights due to possible delays, flight cancellations, etc.

  • In accordance with airline regulations; if the outbound flight of round-trip tickets purchased is not used, the return flight is cancelled by the airline.

  • Guests included in the tour without flights must be present at the tour starting point using their own means and without any delay. Otherwise, they will have to arrange all their transfers using their own means.

  • Fly Express is not responsible for guests failing to board the flight because they did not appear at the specified airport at the reported times in accordance with airline regulations for tour participation, failed to complete check-in and boarding procedures on time, completed them on time but could not board the plane. All costs arising from obtaining new round-trip flight tickets required for missed passengers to join the tour, transfers in the destination area, etc., are borne by the passengers themselves.

  • Personal belongings, bags, suitcases, passports/IDs of persons participating in the tour are under their own responsibility, and Fly Express is not liable for lost/stolen/misplaced items. There is no obligation to return forgotten items to the country and/or person, and any costs incurred during transportation are borne by the owner of the item.

  • In cases of illness, loss, theft, etc., since the integrity and continuity of the group is paramount for the guide, the guide cannot accompany individual guests one-on-one in such negative situations.

  • When purchasing the tour, it is mandatory to accurately report the name, date of birth, and passport number as they appear on the passport. Flight tickets are issued based on this information. Cancellation and change penalty fees resulting from incorrect information will be charged to you.

  • Food and beverage services and online check-in services may be subject to fees on some airlines.

  • During the tour, seat numbers on the bus cannot be guaranteed.

  • During our tours, the times announced by our guide to guests refer to the movement time when the vehicle wheel starts turning. Our guide, who is responsible for treating all guests equally, will move the vehicle without waiting at meeting times. In case of a delay, our late guest must arrange their own transportation to the next stop.

  • Extra tours are organized by the local agency we use subject to a minimum participation of 20 people. If sufficient numbers are not met, trips may not take place, or extra tour prices, content, and vehicles used may vary depending on the number of participants. Additionally, tour days and times may be changed by the guide depending on whether museums and archaeological sites to be visited are open/closed and weather conditions. During extra tours, guests may be accompanied by different guides.

  • In our classic packages where extra tours are not included, extra tours are optional and depend on the participant's preference. Passengers who do not wish to participate in extra tours organized during the trip are deemed to have agreed to wait at a suitable rest facility along the route. These passengers will be dropped off at the roadside rest facility before the extra tour begins and picked up from that point after the main tour is completed.

  • In programs where extra tours are included, payment of museum & archaeological site entrance fees to the guide during the tour is mandatory.

  • The participant agrees in advance to participate in the tours specified in the tour program without disrupting the schedule and acknowledges that they will pay the amount previously announced in the tour program directly to the tour representative during the trip for expenses such as local guide fees, museum & archaeological site entrance tickets, city taxes, and audio headset systems if applicable.   • Fly Express acts as an intermediary between the airline and the passenger and is subject to the 1955 Hague Protocol. There may be a risk of delay in scheduled and special flights, or times may change before the existing trip and flight. Fly Express is obligated to notify these changes as soon as possible. Our passengers have purchased the tour knowing and accepting that flight details may change.

VISA

  • There is a visa-on-arrival policy for T.C. citizens. A passport valid for at least 6 months from the end of the travel date is required for entry.

  • The passport police have the authority to deny you entry into the country. Fly Express is not responsible for this situation; the responsibility lies with the passenger.

  • To avoid issues with customs police at the border of the country to be visited due to torn, worn, wet, and/or similarly damaged passports; said passports must be renewed, and if the country applies a visa requirement for T.C. citizens, the relevant visa must be in the new passport. Otherwise, the responsibility lies with the passenger.

  • The visa information specified in the program applies to citizens of the Republic of Turkey. Guests holding a passport other than the Republic of Turkey must obtain their visa information from the relevant consulates.

  • For our guests under 18 years old traveling alone or with only one parent, there is a possibility that the police officer in charge of entry-exit will request a document showing the joint consent of both parents; therefore, we recommend that our guests under 18 years old and their parents exercise caution in this regard.

Tour Program
Day 1: Istanbul – Hurghada

 

We will meet three hours before the flight at the Istanbul Airport international departures terminal. After baggage, ticketing and boarding procedures, we will board our scheduled Turkish Airlines flight to Hurghada. Following the flight, we will transfer to the private bus waiting for us at the airport. Then we will proceed to our hotel with accommodation on a soft all-inclusive basis. In the afternoon, guests who wish may join an optional evening tour: Desert Safari and Bedouin Village with Dinner (65 Euro). We will set off towards the magical atmosphere of the desert. First, we will experience an exciting ATV ride across the vast and impressive desert terrain. Next, we will continue with an adrenaline-filled safari tour in specially designed Spider cars, crossing various dunes. After the safari drive, we will visit the traditional Bedouin Village, where we can witness local life and enjoy herbal teas served with Bedouin hospitality. Guests who wish may also have the unique experience of riding a camel. After getting to know Bedouin culture up close, we will move to a special desert camp prepared for the evening. At sunset, we will enjoy our soft all-inclusive dinner outdoors under the stars. During the meal, we will have the chance to watch colorful performances. First, a mesmerizing belly dancer show will be presented, followed by the traditional Tennure (Tanoura) dance, which captivates the audience with its rhythmic spins. These lively and colorful performances will add extra energy to the desert night. After the tour, we will transfer back to your hotel in Hurghada and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 2: Hurghada

 

After breakfast at our hotel, we will depart for the Giftun Island and Snorkeling Tour with Lunch (60 Euro), an optional excursion for guests who wish to join. This tour visits one of the most beautiful spots in the Red Sea. Once aboard our boat, we will enjoy a pleasant journey toward the island, taking in the enchanting views of the Hurghada coastline as we sail across the sea. Upon arrival at Giftun Island, we will enjoy an open buffet lunch. Afterward, we will dive into the turquoise waters and experience the joy of snorkeling among vibrant tropical fish. Our guides will accompany us at the snorkeling stops to ensure a safe experience and help us discover the underwater life of the region. Guests who wish may sunbathe on the white sandy beaches and relax in the island's peaceful atmosphere. Throughout the day, we will continue exploring the unique coral reefs of the Red Sea with swimming, snorkeling, and rest breaks. After the tour, we will transfer you back to your hotel in Hurghada, followed by free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 3: Hurghada – Luxor – Nile Cruise

 

After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Luxor. Upon arrival, we proceed to our ship to complete check-in procedures. Following check-in, guests will have free time to rest. After lunch on board, we depart with interested guests for an optional tour of Karnak Temple and Luxor Temple (45 Euro). Karnak Temple is one of the most magnificent worship complexes of Ancient Egypt. This vast complex dedicated to Amun-Ra is known as a sacred site where every pharaoh added structures over hundreds of years. The 134 massive columns in the Hypostyle Hall are among the temple's most impressive sections, showcasing the power of ancient Egyptian architecture. Luxor Temple was one of the important ceremonial sites of the New Kingdom period. Its colossal statues dating to the reigns of Ramses II and III, intricately carved columns, and courtyards hosting royal processions will transport us back thousands of years. After the tour, we transfer back to the ship and enjoy free time to rest. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 4 NIL CRUISE

 

Movement for the optional tour to the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple (90 Euro) for guests who wish to join after breakfast on board. Departure for the Valley of the Kings, the first stop of the day. While walking in the Valley of the Kings, we will descend into the mysterious tombs of the pharaohs. We will witness ancient beliefs by examining colorful wall paintings and thousands of years-old symbols. Then, we move on to Hatshepsut Temple. After this visit where we will be amazed by the magnificent architecture carved into the rocks, we return to our ship. As our ship sails towards Esna, we have a great opportunity to get acquainted with the vessel. Free time for lunch and tea; the ship's special menus await you. Guests who wish can enjoy a pleasant evening at the Captain's Welcome Party during dinner. Dinner and overnight stay on our ship. 

Day 5: NIL CRUISE – ESNA – ASWAN

 

After having breakfast on our ship, we will depart for an optional tour to the Temple of Edfu (25 Euro), one of Egypt's best-preserved ancient temples, for guests who wish to join. While walking among the high walls of this temple dedicated to Horus, we will feel as if we are in the midst of an ancient ritual. The legends told by our guide will add a whole new meaning to the temple. After the visit, we will return to the ship and set sail towards Kom Ombo. We will have lunch on board. After afternoon tea, we will depart for an optional tour to the Temple of Kom Ombo & Sobek (25 Euro) for interested guests. In this unique temple dedicated to both Sobek and Haroeris, we will learn fascinating information about medicine, crocodiles, and ancient rituals. After our tour, we will transfer back to our ship for free time to relax. Dinner and overnight stay will be on our ship. 

Day 6: NİL CRUISE

 

After breakfast on our ship, we will depart for the optional Philae Temple & Nubian Village & Kitchener Island Felucca tour (65 Euro) for guests who wish to join. At this elegant temple dedicated to Isis, we will feel the mystical atmosphere of the Nile while walking among columns and reliefs rising above the water. After visiting Philae, we will proceed to the Unfinished Obelisk, one of Aswan’s most important archaeological sites. We will examine this colossal obelisk up close, which has survived from ancient granite quarries, and learn fascinating details about the stoneworking skills of ancient Egyptian masters. Following these visits, we will return to our ship for lunch. Then, we will set off for our Nubian Village and Felucca tour, where we will witness the colorful life along the Nile banks. In this village, known for its traditional colorful houses, warm welcomes, and local character, we will take a short break and get to know Nubian culture up close. After the village visit, we will embark on a Felucca tour on the calm waters of the Nile aboard traditional sailboats. Gliding over the Nile with the wind filling the sails, we will enjoy unique views. After the tour, we will transfer back to our ship for free time to rest. Dinner and overnight stay on board.

Day 7: Cairo

 

After breakfast on board, we will depart for Aswan Airport at the time announced by our guide to catch our flight to Cairo following room check-out. Upon arrival in Cairo, we will proceed with a panoramic city tour. First, we will visit Salah El-Din Castle, one of the most dominant landmarks of the city and one of the most important structures of medieval Islamic architecture. During our visit to the castle, we will see the Alabaster (Marble) Mosque of Muhammad Ali, considered one of the most impressive works from the Ottoman era. With its majestic domes, spacious courtyard, and commanding view over Cairo, this mosque offers visitors both historical and architectural fascination. After the castle visit, we will depart for an optional tour for guests who wish to join: The Mummy Tour with Lunch (Egyptian Civilizations Museum) & Khan El Halili Bazaar (45 Euro), which houses one of the world's richest archaeological collections. We will have the opportunity to see golden artifacts, royal masks, statues, sarcophagi, unique historical objects, and the mummies of the Pharaohs dating back from the Pharaonic period to the present day. During our visit to the Egyptian Museum, we will have the chance to closely explore thousands of years of Egyptian civilization. After the visit, we will take a short break by having lunch at a local restaurant in the city. Following lunch, we will head towards Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of the liveliest and most historic areas of Cairo. This historic market is famous for its narrow streets, scents of spices and incense, traditional handicraft products, and colorful shops, offering us both shopping opportunities and a chance to experience local culture. After the tour, we will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo and have free time to rest. Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.

Day 8: Cairo

 

After breakfast at the hotel, we will depart for an optional tour (130 Euro) for guests who wish to join: a lunch-included visit to the Giza Pyramids & Sphinx & Great Egyptian Museum, one of the most impressive structures from antiquity that have survived to the present day. Upon arrival, we will see the Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure up close and witness the engineering genius of Ancient Egypt; in particular, we will learn that the Great Pyramid of Khufu has stood for over 4,500 years and is the only one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World to have reached our time. Next, we will visit the legendary guardian statue, the Great Sphinx with a human head and lion's body, and listen to information about the symbolic architecture of the Old Kingdom period. During the tour, we will take a short break for lunch at a local restaurant. Afterwards, we will explore the Great Egyptian Museum, one of the world's largest archaeological complexes, examining thousands of historical artifacts, including Tutankhamun's treasure collection, and closely discover the millennia-long development of Egyptian civilization. After the tour, we will depart for an optional evening Nile River cruise with dinner (75 Euro) for guests who wish to join. Following the tour, we will transfer to our hotel in Cairo and have free time to rest. Overnight at our hotel.

Day 9 CAIRO – ALEXANDRIA

 

After breakfast at the hotel, we will vacate the rooms and depart for Alexandria at the time indicated by our guide. After a 3-hour journey, we will begin with a visit to the Kom El-Shogafa Catacombs, one of the most important underground burial complexes from the Roman period. This unique structure is a multi-level burial site that stands out due to its blend of Egyptian, Greek, and Roman architectural styles. Next, we will see the Pompey Pillar, one of the city's iconic landmarks, and learn about the significance of this massive granite monument during the era of the Roman Empire. Following our visit to the Pompey Pillar, we will proceed to the Al Montazah Palace (Montaza Palace) area, famous for its lush gardens, historic structures, and enchanting seaside atmosphere. As we stroll through this elegant palace complex, which bears traces of the reign of King Farouk, we will gain enjoyable insights into Alexandria's royal past. Continuing our tour, we will visit the Qaitbay Fortress, majestically located on the Mediterranean coast; this 15th-century defensive structure was built on the site where the Ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria once stood and holds an important place in the city's history. After dinner at a local restaurant, we will be transferred to Alexandria International Airport. 

Day 10 ISTANBUL

 

After our passport and luggage procedures, we depart for Istanbul airport via Turkish Airlines’s scheduled flight. Upon arrival at Istanbul airport, our tour and services conclude.
